New update!

As previously said I played quite a bit this week and the results were good even if I had a decent downswing one day:

The red line is quite sick also for my standards, but the field is quite nitty on average and I find it really difficult to get maximum value and thin value, although my image should be pretty terrible by now. Seems like people call 3barrels only with 2pair+ no matter how many stacks I spewed in their face

They told me few times that I am a CS, guess is well deserved:

Spoiler:

Will take the weekend off, then I'll probably keep this grinding pace from Monday on for the next week

Pretty swingy days!

BR @ 860$

Monday I managed to lose like 10 stacks in 600 hands in the most unreal ways, but yesterday I ran the exact opposite and won all back.

Poker is really a sick game

I planned to leave for Italy on Friday evening, but I will anticipate the trip and leave today. Cause of that, I wont be able to play on Pokerstars.com until next Monday when I'll be back in Germany.

GL everybody

New update!

Came back on Sunday from Italy and started with a big downswing. I certainly had "luckier" strings, but to be honest I also played quite bad and that -10 could have been easily a -5.

Seems like my mindset is not as strong as I thought after all

Since Tuesday I played (and also ran) better

BR @ 983$, 10-15 stacks more and I might take some quick shot at NL50

Hello everybody!

Here is my graph since the last time:

Took a small shot at NL50 (you can see it at the end of the graph) but it didn't go that well One mistake and many unlucky spots, so nothing to worry about.

However, considering the aggressive bankroll management I'll go back few days at NL25 as planned.

Here is my overall graph at NL25 so far:

In the 2nd half of the sample I started using a much more balanced strategy, as you can see from the red and blue line being much more similar. It's working fine, also because some regulars are definitely treating me as the spew-monkey I was for the first 30k hands

Might switch gears again depending on how the various regulars react.

Had very few time these days to dedicate for the challenge, but here are the last hands I played at NL25:

Kept a low volume but a pretty high quality, the run was ok as well

BR @ 1.110$

Will now try another shot at NL50 with a pretty small stop loss!

Things seem to be going in the right direction

Would you mind posting your full stats at 10nl and 25nl? I´m beating 10nl atm, but the style I had to learn in order to be able to do it is quite the opposite from what you seem to be doing (I have losing redline, winning blueline). If you don´t want to give up much information here, I can understand.

Anyway, gl sir!

Hello, I never had problems posting my stats I play very differently depending on my opponent so I'm not really giving away much.

Here is my full NL10:

Here is NL25:

About red line / blue line I think you can be a winning player both ways, is really about your approach. I see many winning players on both "sides".

Just try not to be overly concerned about red/blue line or some stats. Play every spot the best you can and stats will come along

Thank you! It´s what I´ve thought, you have a style way more aggressive than my current one. I tried a style close to yours, but looser pf, and it worked wonderfully especially at 2nl, but also at 5nl. At 10nl, it was a disaster lol. I can see you play considerably tighter preflop ranges than I was playing back then, maybe that is the difference here. Anyway, playing a less aggressive style with tighter ranges is working right now (with completely different blue and redline profiles), so I´ll probably keep it until it stops working, but nice to see it´s possible to win playing like you do. Your winrate is also way higher than mine lol. As I said before, thank you very much.

Here are the first hands from my shot at NL50 zoom

So far, so good! To be honest the field seems pretty cheesy, until now I really didn't find any major difference between this field and the NL25 one.

Let's see if I'll get punished for that statement in the next week

[x] kind of

This EV run is becoming really frustrating, just hit 70 stacks below EV since the first day of the challenge (180k hands so far)!

Not much to do there I guess

I'll try to get some volume in the next days since I'll be in Italy next weekend, hoping not to get busto for the shot

Definitely had worse weeks!

And I officially EV-completed the challenge!

However... there is no way to cashout EV if I don't remember wrong, so we have to keep going!

Let's anyway celebrate with an ordinary bullying hand: Link to Boom!
(I would use the 2+2 converter as usual, but apparently it's not working for some reason)

Will now leave for Italy, but be back on Monday to push the challenge! GL everybody!

Thanks!

I will probably play 20-30k hands at NL100z to get an idea of the field.
Then, if I feel confident in the pool, I'll directly move to NL200 (the stake I was playing in Italy before I started with the Chinese App) and take some time to evaluate the most +EV option between regular websites and Asian Apps (not only in terms of $)
