October was good month.
I realized a lot of things about the game and did a lot of off-table work. Also played good volume, 82 hours & 35k hands.
Mental game performance was great, I didn't spew while tilted. There were couple of sessions I could have skipped, but overall it was good.
I think I will still be playing 50nl. There are still some things I need to work on. It's always easier with ½ the money compared to 100nl. But I have started to look for good 100nl tables, if there's not enough action at 50nl.
Goals for November:
[ ] Clear Betsson first deposit bonus. Not a lot left.
[ ] Play only on weekends or when you have time
[ ] No procrastination or laziness.

Things have been going smoothly since then. It has been due to my "Keep it simple"-approach. September 1st I decided that I was going to keep it simple. No spewing, no big bluffs, simple folds etc.
So imo simple poker works, but maybe it's not the optimal. Hoping to keep this approach up. But I have to increase the aggression eventually.

One gameplay goal for the month would be to review 3-bet pots more extensively. I have 6.25% 3-bet. It could be higher.
Some regs don't fold to 3-bets on the BTN, or to cbets in 3-bet pots. But I think it's no excuse to not 3-bet. Just have to look for leaks. Have been focusing on the most easiest targets with 3-betting last month.
So yeah, 3-bet pots are one aspect of the game I haven't figured out yet. Some regs 3-bet too much, and probably without too much logic. I need to search for the optimal amount.
Also there seems to be trouble with my blind defense vs button. That's a couple of topics to work on off-the-table.

November was nothing interesting. 10k hands, breakeven'ish, ended up -150€. Mainly due to the last session where I lost nearly -300€ before RB, but didn't tilt while playing.


I am now done with autumn semester at school after a lot of exams.

Put in 9 hours today and got decent results. Very happy since my main focus lately has been to get back into the grinding mindset. No gambling etc.
As you can see in the graph, it's up's and down's. But at the end of the day just keep playing solid and you will see the profit. After RB ~200€ profit. That's nice since I tend to play better when I have some profits "behind".

Today was pretty frustrating day.
Still happy to put in the 5 hours.

It was pleasure to have one of these days.
Found a lot of fish on the tables and that shows in the graph. Still faced some annoying spots, but that's okay mixture. Hate it when there's the super good days, followed by super bad days.
Profit goal for the month will be 1k. Atm like 700€/1000€. Also planning to clear as much of the reload bonus as possible, in order to put in some hours.

Last session of the year was extremely frustrating one. For some reason my nerves have been non-existent lately, getting really mad when I don't run good.
Somehow the fish always seem to have it (donk the river) which is really annoying. Board runouts have been very bad also.
It has all gotten in my head and was really frustrated in the end. Need a fresh mindset before I start grinding again.
Shots at 100nl went decent, but that was partly because of the holidays that brought a lot of weak players. Not sure which stake I continue on.

Today was a real hell on earth.
Day started with +400€ session.
Followed by 2-hour -800€ session.
Gladly there were some spewtards and managed to recover.
I played nearly 12 hours. I had really bad focus at one point. Still managed to resist tilting or doing anything stupid, which is always an accomplishment.
Still happy with todays results, just need to review extensively that one session where I lost a lot. Poker is such a rollercoaster of emotions.

h6: vs new player. noticed that the river brought 4-straight, but didn't see it was flush card. That's typical when adrenaline kicks in. I am bluff catching vs fish with <10 hands, maybe this is one of the worst rivers though.
My turn sizing was too small because I got biased, was really hard to get people to call. Same with 63s hand, I bet smaller to induce calls or raise. Should just go normal sizing.

Made some mistakes again in big pots. Things are tough at 100.
I could get that EV line above 0 if I would correct the mistakes.
I think volume is the best medicine for bad beats etc. Helps you forget those mistakes and get over them.
I feel like writing a report of my recent experiences. Probably playing few more days, just so I get good reward from rake race. Have seen and noticed a lot of interesting things lately. I need to work on strategy.
While I struggle with aggressive players, it's interesting to find leaky players too.

Almost all bluffs made through today and had a good run of cards.
For most of the session I was very focused and played my A-game. Lot of weak opponents on the tables and it shows in the red line
School is starting again tomorrow. Probably playing a lot on the weekends from now on. Trying to make school #1 priority again, but not going for best grades. Just passing the courses is fine with good grade, you'll forget most of the stuff soon anyways
