Really annoying day but just daily business since 3 month or so. Punted one stack off and made some semi tilt station calls against ******ed obvious plays which i make very rarely

honestly i asked my self the same question when i posted the JTs hand. i think i did not expected to many folds ott against his calling range and EV might be same between x and b but i am not a GTO expert. Betting seems fine.

since i forgot to post a track in my last update here it is:

In that AQ spot I think pio jams most AA/AQ and KQ blocking clubs, checks KK and KQ unblocking the bdfd. In practice I think we could x/f KQ because people just don't valuebet that thin and probably overfold turn. AQ (specially blocking the bdfd) should bet a lot because we block his bluffs (Ax floats), so it doesn't make sense to x/c that and he can call us with KQ.

Your line with JTs makes sense, that turn is very strong for villain and we should check a lot with our range, but most people won't abuse that spot to the point of forcing us to make use of pio strats like you did (they won't raise turn thin with check backs/won't bluff enough and won't overbet vs our checks enough). Donking otr shouldn't be a thing, but if villain is very mergy OTT and will x back lots of rivers that's a good move imo.

Day 4:

HIPHIP HURRAY what a good day. Well, actually i played the most hands during the night and just a few on daytime but i does not really matter. There where quiet some nice spots which you find in the hands section. Just felt great to be on the upside of variance for at least one day

Off the field i went to gym today and bothered myself with some back training. I go there on regular basis for almost 3 month now and try to keep it up at least 4-5 times a week. My goal is to build up muscles and body weight, feeling fit and having a healthy live. Seeing real grills for at least one or two hours a day i also cool.

For some reasons i was down to 65kg at 1.85m height two years ago which was the worst time of my life and i am really happy to be back at 85kg now. So moving up to maybe 95kg by the end of the year would be great and i might post some before/after pics when i reached my goal.

Btw, that J6cc hand is so obvious lol. But a funny fact is that pio likes jamming in villain's shoes (I've only simmed that OOP though), but the funny thing is that it doesn't like doing it with the type of hand he chose with and this guy probably isn't valuebetting like that, and if he is, he is doing with the wrong combos lol.

I think his line is very strong witg JJ/Tx for value and AJdd/AJss/A9dd/A9ss as a bluff. Those combos look weird as hell and counterintuitive but that's a good strat both in theory and practice. It's an equity denial play and AJss/dd and A9ss/dd block a lot of our Tx and play rivers horribly, but they could be ahead of villain's range and even get calls from worse, folding better as well.

In that JKhh hand I like calling turn, villain could have lots of Tx with his sizing scheme, now if he had potted flop and 50% OTT I like folding lol, fullhouse all day going small to get incorrect calls from draws
