Hahah I laughed at this. I think I agree with you that my ex gf Alisha is the hottest girl of them all. It's kind of weird though, she would sometimes do her makeup in a way that would look bad. Or like the black hair, it was definitely significantly worse than blonde or her natural hair color IMO. To me, when she looks good (in my eyes) there's no girl that looks better to me

Hard to say though. There's def been random girls that I've met in the clubs or wherever over the years that are more attractive than girls I've posted in my PGCs over the years, but any of the girls I post about are girls I know quite well and hangout with or go out with.

Well the past few weeks I've not been playing much. It really depends, during COOP/festival times I'm working nonstop and then during the summer, I work a lot less. So more than having a normal week to week schedule, it really just depends on what time of the year it is.

Typical summer week I might dedicate 20-30 hours to poker and during a COOP it's more like 80-100

So, been a hectic summer per the usual. Not happy with the effort I've put in at the poker tables but hopefully am about to turn it around!

I have however been doing a fair amount of study and am working on learning the 25bb SKOs a bit. I always try to go where I think the best EV is, and learning those and playing those at night over the timbey stake 16mans and 6mans makes it such that the 300k game challenge wont be completed, but I think it's higher EV right now to focus more energy on those games for the night grind.

We'll see how all of that ends up at the end of the year of course, but I always am aiming to make the highest $EV that I possibly can.

Haha I miss the SNE days for sure, I just wish I would have played sats from the getgo and not spent so many years on 25bb as it clearly wasn't the best EV for myself. Worse was the decision to play HS's backed in 2013 and not just grinding $30s-$100s with some shots at $200s+ on my own dime.

So once again, I haven't played any poker on Mon-Wed to start the week once again lulz. Whoops...on the bright side, I'm about to be going into crazy work mode for a few weeks and Ruseman and I are going to quit going out and being crazy bros so that should help out too . Basically will be working on all the exciting stuff going on and then hanging out with Vivi and otherwise not doing much.


So, in the biggest news, Bfizz11, his GF Fernanda and their 2 pitbulls will be fully moved into my condo by Friday . They will be staying with me for 1-3 weeks before heading back to Texas for a while. Lenballs is taking a little sabbatical from poker and is on his way back to the US tomorrow, so instead of Bfizz paying by day to keep the house that they all lived in, we decided this would be a great opportunity for them to move in and for us to just buckle down and get a whole slew of **** done for TK!

Bfizz, spades and myself will be working on a TON of behind the scenes Turbokings content, along with Bfizz streaming a fair amount. Additionally, I will be streaming with hole cards exposed for the first time ever at some point in the next couple of weeks! There's a lot in development stage right now, hopefully most of it will work out nicely in the end



But yea, so that's super exciting and I'm quite looking forward to it. Will be a bit cramped with all of us in my condo, but luckily we're all already quite close/feel like family and I'm sure it'll be just great! Bfizz will be streaming on the Turbokings channel tomorrow for a while which will be leading into the PokerstarsSchool Twitch session for tomorrow evening at 6pm PST IIRC. I'm sure I'll make a few appearances throughout the day but I am going to be trying to go super hard tomorrow since I haven't yet played any poker this week

Wooo, more b*tches and trucks

Hahah . Speaking of trucks, Bfizz and I were checking out this super sick 6.2L Ford Raptor Roush Edition that's parked here in Tower 2. Sick truck that performs really well, 600 HP under the hood. It would likely give my truck a run for it's money in 0-60mph/0-100km/hr time though I think my truck would still win slightly. Read they have ~5.3 second 0-60 time and my truck should be running nearly 5seconds flat now, was 5.3ish before we took the engine out to do this latest round of upgrades under the hood.




















Put in a big grind both today and on Thursday. Going to play a big one tomorrow as well, hopefully will be on the grind at 4am my time for the peanut stakes and playing through the cooldown+supersonic per the norm. That prop bet ended up not running and Bfizz has been focusing a lot more on coaching and on TK. He's playing a lot of volume on other sites + apps too. This summer he went up to LV for the WSOP and just got back a few days after busting the ME

Now we'll be focusing on the grind + TK and coaching and whatnot really hard once he's fully moved in for the few weeks they'll be here. His plan is to go back to TX for a few months and then head back here to Mexico by December I believe, but might end up just staying for the holidays and New Year and whatnot and then make it back!

Yea, so apart from all that, I put in a solid half grind today and am about to hit the study grind hard for a couple of hours and then relax. Tomorrow I plan to play another half day session (Bounty 44 through Hot 109 once again) and then after we're all done grinding, we'll be going to Ollies pizza to celebrate Bfizz, Fer and the pups first full day in the house! Think Vivi will be arriving around 7pm and then we'll be heading out after that!

Fairly uneventful July on the online felts. Didn't put up enough of a grind but got back into a good routine the last week+ of the month so that's something at least.

On Monday, Bfizz and I started a prop bet that is designed to get us both going down the healthy path once again. We actually started seriously discussing it on our double date with our ladies over at Ollies last Wednesday night and we officially finalized details and booked the bet on Sunday. On my end...
-No caffeine (I only drink soda anyway, but can't just go replace soda with coffee or some ****) except on Sunday
-No alcohol except when I'm with Vivi
-No other drugs/substances
-1 hour of some form of exercise per day. So far I've mostly been just doing the stairs + stretching, doing some other light exercise as well and will expand over time
-No eating past 9pm
-5 sessions per week
-Some amount of HRC per day


I've been doing fairly well overall. Today though I have been without any energy. Dem caffeine withdrawals + the heat on getting to me hehe. Am hoping to feel a bit better tomorrow as the Thursday grind is usually one of my big days, although Vivi and I might be hanging out tomorrow as well which would cut out the night time MTTs.

Back to her English skills for a moment. Her comprehension of English was already like 40-50% (very good compared to almost any girl I've met down here that has never lived in the US), her biggest weakness is having the confidence to try to speak it and writing it is definitely super hard for her/she doesn't really do it.

She has a super cute accent and she's getting better about trying to speak English around me. I'll randomly just switch to speaking to her in English and she'll sometimes speak back in English or at least try and then say words/phrases she doesn't know in Spanish. I also will randomly switch to writing to her in English via text but she still hasn't gotten to the point where she'll write back in English, we'll get there though .

It's been fun working with her on English. I'm actually super patient with her and we're usually both giggling and having a good time laughing at both of our ****ups in the others natural language. Quite funny as when it has come to trying to teach anyone anything poker related I get quite tilted really quickly . It's honestly probably 1 small reason why I've never formally offered any coaching as I just don't think I could get through it w/out raging on people haha . She and I both see eye to eye on almost everything and we've already gone through a lot of stuff (@ problems/****show w her family) together that I'm not going to talk about publicly that has made our relationship quite strong really quickly, I guess that probably has a lot to due w my patience level while 'coaching' her in English





Anyway, I'm about to get back on the HRC grind. I'm working on some more explo 6m sat stuff and then also need to get back to running some 25bb 6m hyper spots as I've not run any spots in a few weeks. Additionally been checking some 16m CEV and ICM spots to make sure my ranges are still on point...am also working on improving my explo play at the 1st table vs recreational players.

Having Bfizz live with me has actually been helpful to me in terms of getting back to some explo tendencies vs recs that I had started straying away from after doing so much work with BBZ and another buddy of mine. So many spots where I have definitely been choosing unoptimal sizings (esp with value range) and I'm working on getting back into playing a good explo game vs those weak players.

My day just got a lottt better, the new nanny finally arrived last night super late (and 2 days late, coming up from down south) at Vivi's so finally seeing each other for the 1st time in a week. I was supposed to spend the afternoon with her and her son on Sunday after a huge ****show at home but I ended up having a deep run in the milball and wasn't able to make it.

Am quite looking forward to being able to drink alcohol and well, gotta love that she's demanding going to the best pizza place I've been to outside of Chicago. Going to grind through the hot 109 and then get in my stair workout and play whatever I have left on my phone, followed by some study until she arrives.

How did you go about learning Spanish? I spent awhile learning it last year but I'm totally out of practice and I wanna get back into it haha

Heyo, so I arrived to Mexico with 4 years of HS Spanish that I excelled in. I barely used it between HS and moving to Mexico so was super rusty, but I was still able to communicate even though my comprehension was quite bad. I was one of the few poker players that was actually able to go make their own bank account, open up a phone line etc w/out the help of anyone else.

Honestly, my Spanish stayed pretty meh until I met my first GF, Alisha. I was conversational and I could talk to girls nps at all and we could spend the entire day together w/out it being awkward at any point but I couldn't have any sort of deep convo really. Alisha is quite the ***** but I will always have to thank her for being so patient with me, correcting me when I made mistakes and overall just helping me improve my Spanish so very much.

Honestly once my fluency hit ~50%, it was a lot easier to get it from 50% the the ~85%ish that I am now. I still struggle with comprehension at times but it's mostly in situations where people are using slang and I don't get know it. I'm slowly getting better with that, definitely out of everyone here I spit and understand the most slang of possibly any American down here that I've encountered.

TL;DR: Talk to girls lulz. Or /use it in person. I think that's by far the best way to learn. I never grinded apps or had a tutor or anything like that

After the Sunday grind, Vivi ended up coming over and we had dinner and a lovely evening together and she bounced early afternoon today. Was a great time as always and was the longest amount of time we'd gone without seeing each other since we met a few months back due to her nanny having issues at home and not being able to come.

I'm pretty excited as I'm getting to meet her son on Friday; I will be the first guy she's ever been involved with that has met him, other than his father of course. He already knows about me and it's perfect as she used to work at a casino and that's her cover story with him, so me being a poker player is going to work out perfectly lulz. They will be leaving on Sunday to go to Mazatlan for a week to celebrate her birthday with her comadre, returning on the 19th (actual bday is the 20th and we'll be together).

Once Bfizz moves out she's planning to bring her dog over anytime she brings her son. He apparently hates other dogs and also hates men, but she has promised that he'll be fine with me because he'll sense that she's happy/calm/relaxed/etc in my presence, should be interesting to see

He too is a pitbull and has a badass name, Zeus. Super loyal and I'm glad she has him as there has been a few attempted break-ins at her house lately. We're actually working on getting a security system installed at her house this week. The nanny couldn't come due to having a break-in at her house and Vivi's mom had a break-in at her house down in Veracruz; Mexico been really bad this year, one of the worst years in terms of crime in a long time.

Anywayyy, back to the study grind for me. Studied pretty hard today and planning to grind Tues-Thurs and Sat+Sun this week. It's going to be ridiculously hot again this week, mid to upper 90s (32-35c iirc) and humid, really sucks with no AC. Vivi beats the heat by putting towelettes in the freezer lulz...smart girl and I need to do the same

Well, hardly any HS games are running these days, but I still don't remember many people making 6figs at abi <25 in any recent years. I confirmed suck at HS though

So a whole bunch of **** has been going on lately covering basically every aspect of my life...my own grind, turbokings, bfizz/fer/pups and my condo and their new condo, construction going on in my condo and on Calafia Tower 2 itself, etc etc. Not really wanting to get into any of it, but has kept me from grinding a bit and I've been a bit bummed out due to a few things in my personal life. It didn't get any better tonight when I ran into my ex Lupita when I just tried to hit and run my buddy's bar/restaurant after the long grind.

I'm about 20k games behind the 300k game pace which is going to be really tough to make up as that's nearly a whole month's worth of volume, but if WCOOP sats dont end up ****ed up and there is good traffic, I might make a run for it after my parents visit me here in Mexico during mid-late October.

Luckily, I think I've found a really renewed hunger for the grind, something I've certainly lacked since SCOOP ended. I think I'm going to even put in a half session tomorrow and I really can't remember the last time I've played a session on a Monday outside of a COOP/festival; it's certainly been a while. I might wake up and decide to just study a ****ton. If I don't play, it is going to be a forced day of very ****ing intense study and not half studying and half ****ing around all day long.

I've also gotten a bit back on the health and fitness train, have shed a bit of weight back and have gotten into a bit better of an exercise routine and I'm going to churn it up another notch this week. My assistant is going to be cutting out bread and most carbs in general this week with my food, she too has been getting more on the healthy food grind and has started going to the pole dancing class that her sister Fernanda goes to.

So yea, lot of positives to go with those negatives and after writing this all right now, I feel a significant amount better than I felt just 20 mins ago. So success I guess!

Kind of nice though, my place has always just resembled like a clean frat house in the past lolz...starting to finally feel like a nice, comfy home and not just a house

I guess this is the price of growing up, I guess I can deal w it










Gonna run a few more sims and then head to bed. Hoping to be on the grind by 7am tomorrow and had quite the long day IRL today on my off day from poker, so am quite tired! RL is certainly much more difficult than clicking buttons all day
