There has been no nosebleed sat action at all, which is to be expected. The $300-$1k 25bb is running decently, games a bit tough at times and other times good. My abi is quite low, as I expected, compared to past WCOOPs (2015 it was $375ish abi for example), but I would say the $181+ games are running at ~ what I thought they would.

Trying my best to optimize my grind, sometimes dropping some 25bb in favor of mass tabling sats when there is a lot of low stakes sat action $9-$37.50. Kind of hard though

Tyty! I came to Mexico with a bit of Spanish as I took 4 years in high school. Although honestly it didn't really serve much purpose; was definitely not capable of having any sort of 'real' conversation whatsoever, but I was able to open my bank account by myself, go to the internet office by myself, and never had problems ordering food/drinks/etc

I am definitely not fluent at this point, but I would say I am in the 75-80% range. I never use a translator, all text is me at this point and has been for a long time. I still struggle at times speaking to men, I think they in general speak with a lot more slang and definitely try less hard at accommodating the non native speaker compared to women. I am getting a lot better though from hanging out with my mechanic and some of the homies up there while we're ****ing around with the truck, it's great practice.

I have 0 problems whatsoever with all the girls I hangout with and know well. Even if I say something slightly incorrectly, they know what I mean. Usually it's just conjugations of irregular verbs in the tenses that are used less frequently that I will sometimes say incorrectly.

But yea, my Spanish is more or less very good at this point. Can have a full on conversation with any random person I encounter without a problem at all. These conversations I posted are all while I was still playing and that's where I'm more likely to make errors as I can't focus as well on what I'm saying

Played pretty badly yesterday, was pissed at myself. Misplayed 4 500/1k 25bb spots really badly and got punished in EV in all 4, deservedly so. Got nowhere near enough sleep Sat/Sun/Mon night and am still kind of dragging today as I didn't go to sleep until 4:30 am last night (3.5 hours before the 11rebuy COOP started)...hoping I can get to bed a bit early tonight but I still have to study

Hungout with Sofia last night which is why I went to bed so late. Nice time as always, hopefully before WCOOP ends the 3 of us (her/daughter/me) get a chance to do something fun, but we'll see

Anywayyy, just down to the $55 fo on WPN so going to start studying. Month was going well until the end of today, I managed to have a losing day today with like a 16% avg roi, pretty absurd! Here is the MTD graph; forgot with all the non STT volume that I am putting in that my HM2 graphs aren't totally accurate

Planning a huge session tomorrow I think, am leaning towards playing the late thrill and late mini thrill etc which will mean I'll grind like 14-16 hours, we'll see if I actually follow through with it or not though ....depends on how the traffic looks

Haha yea man, I mean you guys that I talk to on skype sometimes know that I openly admit to making lots of blunders postflop and whatnot. But things like push/fold/call in my normal games, I don't really ever make any mistakes. Making 4 big errors at 500/1k 25bb in 1 day was ****ing obnoxious, and obv each time I got it in with like 30% equity at most lol, l8errrr ev. Very frustrating!

25bb ran forever tonight, was super random as it's been dying fairly early as per the norm. Just got done playing not 20 mins ago. I've got a ton of **** to get done and then will be on the grind <10 hours from now, so going to just post graphs and gtfo!

He made a lot, that's for sure. His graph isn't exactly precise, as years and years ago, Sharkscope used to miss like 2-3% of the games or something like that, and jorj told me once that he used to go back through and manually enter only the games he won haha! So he has boosted his stats by probably hundreds of thousands that way

Additionally, if you don't set the filter to $1+ all his FPP sats, which literally just count as free profit, make his graph REALLY incorrect

I really don't know what RB % jorj got, but I will just post an overall graph of $1+ stakes with 65% RB. Obviously he made money off his stars deal as well, although it was less than most ppl think (he didn't just get 100% RB like I've heard numerous people say).

He has been pretty over it for 2-3 years now. Over time he got worse and worse at actually grinding and you could see him just being over it.

In 2014 he still showed up basically every Tues/Thurs/Sun like 2-3 hours before the 1k/1k/Sunday Mil and additionally played most Wednesdays in the afternoon and before the Wed $320. By 2016 he was only playing like 1 hour on Tues and Thurs each and then like 1-1.5 hours on Sunday and sometimes skipped that all together. Didn't play any hands between SCOOP and WCOOP in 2015 and 2016 (took all summer off) and this year, he basically played TCOOP and that was it.

But yea, great career for one of the good guys, happy that I've gotten to know him over the years!

And was talking about this with B3rtstare earlier today, I am the last standing hyper sat reg from the SNE era. I have been feeling extra old and withered this WCOOP, in tons of physical pain etc, and now it all makes sense..I'm the old, withered reg now

Got 11th in the zoom today for like 12k. Was really tilting finish. Went to normal dealing with 18 left (6 3handed tables) and when I KO'd someone to put me 3/14, I never had a 3rd player join my table. We got to 12 and then 11 and I was still HU on my table and the other tables were 3/3/3. Also HU dealing was backwards; as in BB was IP and SB was OOP. Really ****ed with me as I had other tables and with how tired I am from grinding, I kept forgetting action/confusing myself....the whole experience was really tilting and was worse as I couldn't win a ****ing hand HU.

Whatever, not much I can do about it. Shoutout to Graffy who ended up shipping it for like 90k+

Other than that, day was okay. Played a lot of hours, got in a lot of games, felt I played alright. I have a massage in a bit, then video call with Salma and then will be off to bed as there are 2 big days of volume coming up!

Been superrrr busy grinding and then with life stuff as soon as the grind ends. Haven't studied a single hand since before WCOOP started and was hoping to tonight, but been railing my good pal and former roommate Kleath, who is currently HU in the 215 zoom with 80k up top! Gl boss, finish this ****er

I'm running quite badly at 1k 25bb, actually on a pretty ridic like 60k straight DS at them...luckily the EV is staying positive. Other than that, grind has been going well enough I suppose. Volume at the different stakes is more or less what I expected it to be and I feel like I've been putting in a good effort on the tables each day, but I am going to ramp it up starting tomorrow!

Thursday: ~12-14 hours
Starting at 7:00am my time (30 mins before 215 COOP / 215 Bounty Builder)
Loading reg speed MTTs through the Bounty 162 (5:30PM my time), will wind down with hots



Friday: ~13-16 hours
6AM start (530 WCOOP)
Probably will just stop with reg speeds at the Bounty 55 and then finish with the Hots and late fast (4PM start time)
I expect HSSNGs to run though, similarly to Tuesday when I was on grinding until about 9pm-10pm



Saturday: ~14-18 hours
4AM start (530 WCOOP)
Idkkkk, going to be beat this day. Prob just Bounty 55 and then Speedway + Hot 44 (4:15PM) after? I again get stuck playing SNGs kind of late often here too IMO


Sunday: ~14-18 hours
4:30AM start (30 mins before WCOOP Kickoff)
Will be a long grind, especially if I flick in WPN.





Gonna be tough. Obviously if I was just playing MTTs, it wouldn't be so bad. But I'll play 20,000+ hands / likely 1k+ games every single day and I will probably only take 1-2 sync breaks per day

So, been super busy between grinding and life. Today at 7am my computer tech arrived as my video card was basically burnt out on my desktop. Having tons of problems booting it up, so much so that on Friday, when I FINALLY got it started, I didn't turn the comp off nor even touch it until he arrived today.

It is now 8:10AM and he has just left and I'm ready to go! Put an upgraded gaming video card into my machine, one that could handle up to 4 4k res monitors and we also doubled up my memory from 16 to 32.

More fun than all of that though is that we got my new 40" curved 4k monitor hooked up! Finally arrived to my house on Saturday and obviously didn't try to hook it up due to he issues I was having. Super excited to play my first session with it!















Month has not been going that well, ran under EV all weekend long which is annoying but what can you do but continue on! Hopefully the last week of the series will be a good one

Is Scoss retiring as well? Gosh hyper era has ended. I know you don't like talking about players you play against, but if they retired, would you say both were very similar in playing style? Or had distinctive styles. Jorj95 was king of multitabling ( he could get over 50 going at once) were you playing that day a few years ago when Scoss had that horror $200-$300k downswing in 24-48hrs playing the $3500sats? You think that affected him (playing wise) understand if you don't want to comment.

In non poker news, huge earthquake hit Mexico City today . 100+ dead and that number will go up. There was another about 2 weeks ago that killed 90. Really sad

Salma lives somewhat close to the area but she and her family are fine. But my ex Lupita, girl pictured in OP, is stuck down there right now. Her Aunt, who more or less raised her, died in the night on Sunday night and so she flew down there yesterday so she could go to the funeral today. Funeral gets over and there is an earthquake, so ****ing unreal. Epicenter is near Puebla, where she was born and where all her family is originally from (fun fact about Puebla...it's where Cinco de Mayo originated).

But yea, feel super **** for her. She's hoping to make it back tomorrow and is coming straight to my house whenever she does arrive. Has said she has slept <1 hour since finding out on Monday morning super early, really tore up about all of this.



Anyway, I have a lot of studying to do. Also very very exhausted myself and need to try to find a good nights sleep for the first time in weeks
