Luckily Lupita wants to get back into her running routine and to start adding in the gym once we're living together, will be great motivation and much easier to put in the workouts when I'm doing it with the person I most prefer to spend my time with . She had surgery on her back last month and is still in recovery mode a bit, but around the time we plan to move in together is around the time she will have no restrictions

So yea, will be fixing that in the future and am already starting to eat more healthy in the past weeks as I went and got blood tests done and my acetic acid level is high which is causing the swelling and pain in my legs/feet. Gotta cut out a lot of red meat, a lot of alcohol, all of this will ofc help me with the weight loss grind

Yea the 'trip' money is going to buying the land, very happy with the situation and big thanks to Pokerstars for helping me with that

__________________________________________________ _

Busy day today and tomorrow, won't be getting really any poker in until Wednesday. Am hanging out with Lupita in a bit, went and did all of my running/errands with Ruseman this morning while the maid was at work.

Tomorrow morning I have a meeting with my lawyer and the notary public; after this the corporation should nearly be completely set up and we should be in good shape for our Apr 5th closing date that we are planning on. Have a slew of my own papers and Lupita's papers to bring to this meeting, today her and I will be making sure we get all of our papers in order BEFORE we begin to drink heh

Doing a bit of studying right now in my down time, also was talking to my mechanic last night as we are discussing our next set of orders. Here are a few of the things we will be buying

Cold Air Intake
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1998-2003-Fo...3?roken=cUgayN

These trucks heat up and run at super hot temperatures and I will definitely have problems this summer if I don't upgrade the headers and put in a better cold air intake as these bad boys need to BREATHE

We're having a lot of trouble finding headers for a 7.3 (easy to find them for the 6.0s and 6.4s) so no pics of what we're likely to order on that yet

Turbo Housing
http://www.xtremediesel.com/ATS-2029...r-Housing.aspx

My neighbor has a 2001 Ford Excusion with the same 7.3L Powerstroke TurboDiesel engine and after he upgraded the housing in his turbo, it sounded absolutely sick. Sounds like a jet, so yea besides obviously being better for the longevity of the turbo, it will sound a helluva lot better as well

And while I have a bit of time, I can go into a bit more detail and show some pics from at the very end of 2016/very beginning of 2017. We realized something was wrong deep in the engine after we had injector 8 (the most important injector that does the most work) rebuilt and it didn't solve the issue. Ended up having to drag the entire engine out of the truck (a massive pain in the ass) and we realized that one of the pistons was heavily damaged.

Ended up having to order a whole engine rebuild kit, had the piston fixed and the cylinder resleeved was rehoned etc. Didn't drive the truck for about a month at that point as my diesel mechanic put as many hours as he could into it and takes his time and makes sure and does everything correctly, cleans everything, repaints and retouches up, etc. Was quite the scary time as it was already quite the expensive fix, and if it didn't solve our issue, I would have been in an even worse spot

But yea, here are some pics and descriptions from that. His house was absolutely hilarious during this process, you entered and there were just pieces of my truck scattered absolutely everywhere

Damage on the piston

Engine out of the truck

Mechanic metal brushed and cleaned up everything and redid some paint and polished up where it was needed (a lot was needed)
Fun side note, 1 of my 8 injectors for my truck are bigger than all 6 for my Chevy Malibu that has IIRC a 3.4L V6 engine; absolutely insane how large they are and just how big the engine is in general.

End of the job and the engine ready to go back in

Okay about time for me to shower and then head out to pick up the GF. If people are not interested in the truck related project, I can surely not post about it. Just thought it was a nice change of pace from the past where I mostly just posted about poker related content! GLA on the grind

_______________________________________________

Long day today, just finally got home about 45 mins ago after leaving the house about 9am. Meeting with the lawyer went really well, actually ended up going to the notary public meeting with my real estate lawyer and then 2 of her associates; a criminal lawyer that was mostly shadowing (young, prob my age) and then the immigration specialist (also young, very hot as well ). Felt like a boss and was a funny situation, my team of lawyers/the lady's ended up just riding with me in the truck to the meeting .

But yea, went really well, basically have all the paperwork done now and I believe next Monday we should be signing all the final paperwork to make the corporation official. Also got confirmation that it would basically be impossible to buy land in my name/without a Mexican National involved; was essentially sure on that but wanted to ask again since Ccuster brought it up.

After finishing up with the lawyers, I was with my mechanic for a few hours this afternoon. We ended up adding a 2nd fuel pump to the truck, the longest of the below videos goes a bit more in depth on that

As thabighurt asked for, here's some vids of the truck on the road today. I will certainly post better pics and vids when I'm actually done with the truck; prob will be a somewhat steady stream of pics/vids that I randomly take on the way to being done as well

About to put in an order for some parts for the truck too. Will be ordering the parts I linked yesterday along with these parts and some smaller things as well

http://www.xtremediesel.com/bd-power1043900uppipes.aspx

These are the pipes that run to the exhaust from the turbo (afaik, I am also not a 100% expert on many of these things). Larger, more durable pipes and actual gaskets to seal will lead to better longevity, performance and sound

New shocks. Going to get the better shocks with reservoirs in the front as that is where most of the bouncing problems originate from. When you get the shocks with reservoirs, they are just more durable and last longer; am not an expert enough in this area to really go into a reason why, but just for those that have no clue, that's the difference between 'with reservoir' and 'without reservoir' shocks. Will go a bit cheaper on the rear shocks, especially as I already have the rear airbags and don't do much offroading

Will stop there with truck stuff, don't want to get to where it's a pain in the ass to read/look at my truck related content....I could definitely go on forever if I was able to

Edit to add: Watch this 1 minute video and you will see what I'm talking about when I say these trucks get HOT and NEED to be able to breathe (I went into this a bit yesterday when talking about the cold air intake and headers). The turbo and the pipes connected to it literally turn red hot when you are running the vehicle hard. There are a couple little tricks/parts you can buy that will help in that regard, such as a turbo blanket. This is one of the small parts that I will order in this big order of parts (http://www.roadandtrack.com/car-cult...blanket-helps/)

Monday night went out and had some fun with Lupita. Both knew we'd be working long hours the rest of the week so wanted to blow off some steam; ended up getting back in time to watch the sunset in the jacuzzis here in tower 2, snapped a few pics although the camera on my phone has been acting up lately and leads to pretty **** pics

For now, I'm going to hit the study grind for a bit. Small chance I'll jump in for a quick session tonight but I am quite tired so probably will just end up in bed. Definitely putting in 2 big sessions Wed/Thurs, probably playing at most a half session on Friday and then Saturday/Sunday will be full sessions as well! Gla

Sounds decent now yea, I'm telling you though, once we get the turbo housing in, it's going to sound a LOT better. My neighbors Excursion sounded a significant amount better/stronger and more jet-like after upgrading from the stock housing to aftermarket housing.

Actually I've ordered the same housing that he uses (and same engine in both trucks), so I will be impatiently waiting for this to get added. Will be a long wait though unfortunately

__________________________________________________ ________

Yesterday's grind got interrupted by real life, and I had to dash out to meet my lawyer quickly today in the morning, but got in a decent grind starting about 20 mins before the 1k. Had a strong ending to the month, very nice considering I had just spent 1.5 months losing essentially every session. Here come's a slew of graphs

Past 2 Days

YTD Graph

$300 and under YTD

$301+ YTD

YTD BI EV

Just got done ordering a ton of stuff for the truck. Kind of sucks/long process to get things down to Mexico; have to order everything and have it sent to my mechanics parents place in California (or find someone else to receive parts) and then have them bring it down to Mexico. Things I ordered that were already pictured
-Turbo Housing (~$425)
-Cold air intake ($300)
-Up pipes (~$425)

Black headlights (~$125)
I should go into a bit more detail about the style I'm going for with my truck, as that will explain the needed change of headlights. You guys haven't seen it in the pics I've posted, since they are all old, but we're slowly working on blacking out the truck completely.

The windows are all tinted, the tail lights are tinted (will post pic below), my light bars are all lightly tinted and I've even bought different amber/smoked color (more dark/blacked out) tow mirrors than what you guys have seen pictured and amber/smoked color recon lights (that go on top, in front of the top light bar).

The blacked out headlights will leave me with essentially 1 more thing that needs to be blacked out in the future and the look will be ~complete; my rims. Still waiting to find the right tires+rims and will have the rims professionally blacked out..already know who will do the job when the time comes

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Tail light picture: Truck is getting a whole new paintjob+body work done in the near future, so that spot that is ****ed up on the tail light will get fixed...pissing me off just looking at it in the picture

Ended up going with something else for the shocks/suspension. Ended up finding a good deal on a 2" lift kit that comes with good front and back shocks for the same price the shocks themselves would have been. This is basically going to be a replacement kit for the lift (I have a different 2" lift on my truck I believe) and then the new shocks which are very much needed

Lift+Shocks (~$525)
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001FBKXOG..._vr62ybGKKX07B

Additionally had to order the sway bar and the bushing kit
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000E39MSE..._XG62ybHQ9KRZ7
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000QQXAHI..._WH62yb4PTDJ01

Also ordered a slew of small parts. 2 more additions to my Viper alarm; a motion sensor (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and a back up battery system (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

The Viper alarm itself is top of the line ($500ish without the additions). Unfortunately I found out the hard way it was needed; my big, top light bar was stolen off my truck and then my truck was additionally broken into right in a public parking lot with security officers and all. I already knew my truck was flashy and probably needed more protection, but after those 2 incidents happened, I snap got the best alarm system I could get.

I already have an audio detector added to the alarm, the motion sensor should be pretty self explanatory and then the backup battery is pretty sweet as even if someone gets under my hood and cuts the power through the batteries (which then disables/deactivates >99.5% of alarms), the alarm will still be armed. Also nice in case your batteries die and you don't realize or don't get it started back up right away, alarm will still function for 24-48 additional hours.

Honestly though, nobody has touched my truck since I put the Viper in. The lit up logo (also an addition) is warning enough to scare off most anyone that would potentially be trying to break in

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Other parts are all small enough/don't have a somewhat interesting story to share to bother posting. But yea, productive day in that regard!

Tomorrow I have another meeting with my lawyer and I believe am seeing an accountant. In the afternoon I'm going up to playas de tj to meet up with Gramps. Am hoping I will get home in time to put in a late session mostly focused on 25bb. Weekend I plan to put in 2 big grinds unless something unexpected comes up; basically trying to get everything done with so I will be good to go and can just focus on grinding during SCOOP!

Speaking of 25bb, since that is the plan for tomorrow, I better get to the study grind! Gla on the tables

I thought stars was strict on the prize having to be used for travel. How were you able to convince them to let you buy land with it? Nice that that worked out as it seemed like you weren't that excited about doing a bunch of extra traveling.

Honestly, was just a shot in the dark. I emailed them and explained the situation and asked their thoughts and they approved it, was absolutely thrilled when I got the word

And yes, was very much not interested in traveling, I could have used up to $25,000 on a vacation but was very very thrilled to get this $20k approval from Stars...definitely worked out for the best!

Got in a lot of study last night along with a short session of NL50zoom and PLO50zoom, lost a bit but was fun nonetheless! Marked a few spots that I will run by a buddy of mine who is a boss, hopefully will learn something. Planning to play a short session in a bit and hopefully will be home tonight to play some more after the busy middle part of my day.

My malibu has been out of commission for over a month now; major electrical problems after the last storm caused damage to the internal computer along with basically every other electrical part of the car, heh . I'm hoping it's finally completely fixed and running after this weekend, was an absolute ***** to find all the parts needed for it down here in Mexico. Took my mechanic and I numerous trips to junkyards to find them all; luckily the last Malibu we came across was a 2002 that was in VERY GOOD condition and we ended up stripping it of a lot of non mechanical **** as well that is going to make my car a lot more comfortable if and when we finally get it running
-leather front seats (mine were not leather and really torn apart)
-new back seat (not leather but INF better than mine)
-all new carpet throughout the car
-all the parts for power windows

Here's what the inside of the car looks like right now lol, had to take the entire thing apart as the body wire harness kit runs throughout the entire dash of the car, really is nothing short of a ****show. We actually took it to an electrical shop to have the job done but the guy was a douche and hadn't done anything in 4 days, so we just rolled up in my truck the other day and towed my malibu back to my mechanics house and he'll just do it himself.

Anyway, off to shower and hit the grind for a short while, gla on the grind!

Haha thanks, I honestly don't notice anything. Whether I win a ton or lose a ton in a day, I never have a different attitude/emotions during and after playing. It's like a normal job to me, I know I'm supposed to win $x/hour and all that matters is I put in the hours that I'm supposed to play.

Hope you have a good April my friend

Had a good day today, one of the best ones in quite a while . Felt really nice to run good throughout the day. Additionally pumped out nearly 1000 games today (976), biggest volume day in quite a while as well I believe.

It's quite late already though, alarm is going to go off super early for me and I want to run through some spots, so will just post graph along with a truck audio clip below and call it a night! Gla tomorrow!

Can skip to ~0:40 if you just want to hear the truck and not hear my nonsense, I was more turnt up than I remember

Damn, so incredibly tired after this crazy grind. Didn't take any sync breaks all day either, just played straight through.

Ran really well in the SNGs, didn't do much in the MTTs, although I only played a couple. Am so tired that I'm going to just post graphs and gtfo , have accounting to do and want to study some spots tonight, but first going to kick back and relax for a minute
