Am considering bringing this thread back or making a new thread for SCOOP 2017; not sure which would be better (leaning towards new thread)

For now, you guys can enjoy my ugly graph; TCOOP ME day was a complete bloodbath (lost >50k at like 350 abi) and it hasn't really improved since heh. Getting demolished at 360+ sats is never going to make for a nice graph

Luckily now have separate deals and am cruising along at the lower stakes

03-21-2017 , 01:13 PM
New thread please!

Definitely an ugly graph, hopefully you can turn it around, you certainly have before and for larger amounts.
03-21-2017 , 04:03 PM
glad you're posting again.

I've wondered this for a long time-where is your avatar from? I can't find it anywhere and for some reason it bothers me not knowing
03-21-2017 , 04:16 PM
that sucks, keep your head up, i know the feeling

Yea I am leaning towards new thread as well, and yea thanks, luckily with SCOOP coming up there should be some nice traffic at the bigger games!

Haha it's from Meet Bill, big fan of the movie. Jessica Alba super sexy in it as well

(hug) (hug) indeed broski, gl the remainder of the month

Today was more of the same, not much you can do except to continue putting in the effort. Had a few others say I should get back to blogging after reading this so I think at the very least I'll post during SCOOP but if there is interest I can try to start updating a bit more starting now, although life is very busy at the moment

Hope everyone is doing good, read a fair bit of PG&C and enjoy quite a few threads, hope the lurkers are having lots of luck as well

Meet bill is a great movie and Jessica Alba obv confirmed super hot in it. Hope it turns around for you soon. Do you feel bored with grinding nlhe at all after all these years?
03-21-2017 , 08:45 PM
Good to see you posting again, have you been following the Zima /ipuntstacks thread?
03-22-2017 , 08:27 AM

Yea (inlove). Honestly not really tired of it, I'm not all that good at NLHE yet, in terms of deeper stack play, since I've never studied a single hand before in the past, so that helps keep it a bit more interesting being put in tough spots where I haven't a clue what to do . And luckily the hyper sats are so action packed that they (to me) could never be boring, so I am more than content.

I read a tinyyyy bit of it, I honestly don't read that much of 2p2 or any website as a matter of fact. I've never been on reddit longer than to look for a stream link for a sports game. I don't read any news website or anything like that, not into politics or economics. Besides 2p2, the only website I'm really on is espn.com and other sports sites to check scores. Ruseman is big on almost all of these things and keeps me in the loop during our conversations while out for dinners/drinks/watching games and the like.

Back on the subject, I only read the first page basically. Have heard a bit more in the mod forum on the situation; sounds like zima still owes a ton of money and the other guys involved look 'less bad' now that they have at least paid some money (as far as I understand, though I could be wrong). I only met Zima once in person, for a dinner at Susannah's here in Rosarito. Never had much interaction with him or his stable, just maybe 1-2x a month looking for a trade or something like that. Pretty crazy situation though :O

Haha thanks . I think he's one of the elite regs at the format, he is certainly having a better year than I thus far

Right back at ya broski (as I go to open your thread to see if you've posted anything more after bloodbath of past session )

Dang, making these responses but I've got to run in a minute and get going with my busy day IRL. Do have some exciting news to share more in depth though when I get the chance, signed the papers and put down a deposit for some land down here in Rosarito! Very exciting times, rough estimate is construction could start on the house (if I choose to build immediately) is about 4 months from now. Will try to go into some more detail later, until now here is a link to a 'virtual tour' of the neighborhood

https://roundme.com/tour/85597/view/215669/

Very good view in every direction. There are already 9 tennis courts, clay/grass/hard and one in a mini stadium. My plot is about 2 blocks from there. Soon they will be breaking ground on the massive clubhouse which will have an Olympic size swimming pool, jacuzzi's etc, my plot is about 1/2 block from there. And in the further future, there will be a Hotel Boutique with shops etc. I've bought in during Phase 3, which is now ~80% sold out. Phase 1/2 already has IIRC 103 houses completely constructed and 70 houses with full time guests, and currently 46 houses are currently being constructed.

Will also include this so you readers get a better idea of where I currently live and have lived in the past. C/P from a skype convo

[3/18/2017 9:23:18 AM] Joshua Hoesel: also when you first pull up the link, look to the left and youll see the 4 towers together (2 look very brown), I used to live there. currently live farther to the left than there (around the corner where you can't see) in very similar towers

Anyway, I am off to start making calls to lawyer, real estate agent, etc, have some running to do in town and then have an appointment with a visa officer at 2pm. Busy day! Gl to all out there grinding

YES THIS wonder how much cost? Are buying with future EV from backers? Or have money now?
03-23-2017 , 12:25 AM
Quick google returns around 35k usd for a half acre plot. And i imagine construction is cheap there

Sickkkkkkkkkkk, was it difficult to purchase the land as a US citizen? Did you have to buy it through a trust?
