Made it safely back to my condo and even got a bunch of little **** done and got to (finally) meet Jono/GAWA for the first time IRL when I went over to his and Patman01's place to snag my computer chair back plus catch up a bit. Was really really really itching to play on PS, plus wanted to make sure my software was all up to date and working, and wanted to try out my new HUD, so put in a super super short session of PLO Zoom before heading off for the night. First 285 vpps on the yr are done with, only INF more to go





Don't really have a specific plan for tomorrow but would like to get in some light weights (mainly just to start building a pattern of getting into the gym as I will ease my way back into lifting) plus a warmup jog and run stairs a few times in my condo building, along with a fair amount of PLOz and some 9s/18s with maybe a couple mtts like the 320 Wed thing.

Gl everyone tomorrow, hopefully I can pump out like 2-3k vpps tomorrow, would be solid for my first day clicking on PS in >3 weeks

What time you plan on hitting the gym usually!? I've been going most mornings when I wake up sometime from 8-9:30.

Super proud of you bro! I know how it is when you haven't played in awhile, especially to start the new year, all you want to do is get back to the tables. The fact that you're staying focused on health from day 1 is the biggest EV move. Keep it up!

FYI, I suck at tennis but like to hit it around just for fun. Let's meet up next week to make an excuse to drink beers afterwards.

Probably really late when I'm done for the day, not really sure though. I definitely am someone that strongly prefers to workout in the peace and quiet, by myself as well. Think it's that only child mentality coming out, like to have my space.

That being said, I'm sure we'll run into each other in the gym a bit

Can maybe do that, I'm really stressing over SNE already so might not really be up to much until I get back to pace. And no drinking for me unless it's out at dinner somewhere, that's unfortunately one of my biggest triggers of a stomach attack

Ran pretty bad today at PLO, giving it up as I don't have the hours to dedicate to PLO study, so pretty pointless to play it, will save learning it for another time. Day 1 and I'm already semi panicked over the fact I might not be able to make SNE with the grind plan I have in place. I mean worst case I will grind hypers to catch up to pace at some point in the year, but yea, I need to make certain of some things.




Feel like **** right now, I drank a sprite that was in my refrigerator and I'm really not sure why the F I did so, but I feel awful right now. Am gonna go unpack the rest of my stuff and sort through all my meds (I might take a pic of how many meds I had to bring back before unpacking them, my Mom for getting it all done for me, mom's are so awesome!), take a hot shower, then stretch/breathing exercises and hopefully sleep quick, I am absolutely exhausted today.

Gl to everyone out there, big turbo day in the works for me tomorrow!

gl man.

see if you can lay off the soda. it'll make losing weight a hell of a lot easier. same with alcohol. obv cold turkey on both of those would be ideal, but that's not practical, so just cut down as much as possible.

quit cold turkey and make sure to criticize anyone drinking soft drinks. After a while you'll start to hate it just like a lot of ex smokers cant stand smoke.

The criticizing is self-hypnotic, just like those tv show thread where people trash talk decent shows and then they all start to hate it for real.

Yea I have pretty much cut soda completely out, had already cut way back before I got sick, and then since, have pretty much completely cut it out because it messes with my stomach.

I should def lose a lot of weight just between not drinking soda and only allowing myself to drink alcohol when out for dinner at a restaurant (Ruse and I probably doing a LL bet on no alcohol minus dinners out once he gets back). Luckily both mess with my stomach if I drink a fair amount on b2b days, so that will be more motivation to just not drink soda or alcohol.

And yea, agree with you here for sure. I went cold turkey on cigs, adderall and bud, only tapering off of the Xanax because you are at a risk of seizure if you just cold turkey it, especially with how high of a dose I was taking.

Didn't ever have any noticeable withdrawal symptoms, but that's probably because the Xanax withdrawal was killing me .

Bout ready to start my first 'real' mtt sesh of the year! Will be mixing in 9s at start and possibly end of my sesh, and completely plan to play every 18m that goes off entire time I'm regging unless I F2T or deeper something cool. Gotta really make sure I'm getting a lot of vpps per day to start getting caught up to and then surpass pace. Really want to be close to about 550-600k when May ends

Here's most of my medicine cabinet that my mom sent me with lol. Tums, antacid, some other stomach relievers, asthma inhaler, amoxicillin (fighting off a sinus infection atm), lactose pills (am lactose intolerant and now with my gallbladder problem it really messes with me as I found out the hard way while home), vitamin d-3, vitamin b-12 (low in both of those), and finally some zyrtec for my allergies. Lol pretty ridic, #whenwewerewithered




Anyhow, going to make some bfast and then be ready to jump on the grind in about 20 mins, gla today!

Wow, thats a lot of medication. Just stop taking all the pills and start treating your body like its your own and you will probably feel better.

Damn that medication... you might wanna watch this documentary https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7HLrxt7_a9M and try juicing, even if you do it only once per day I promise you that you will feel way better and can drop all those "vitamin"pills.
Fresh is ALWAYS better than pills.

    About to get ready to go grab dinner, Ruse coming back Tuesday and we're doing a mass shopping trip so trying to make it through on food til he gets back (have a few things at condo but obv not much being gone for 3 weeks). Will respond to other posts in a bit as I'm trying to get going here kinda quickly.



    The 'bad' news is that I found out today I can't reasonably do the multisite grind with 9s/18s, both in terms of it being literally too difficult for me to do, even at a kinda low table count, and also just not possible with my current grind setup.

    TN2, and apparently some of my other sng software as I closed out TN2 and turned on PS hotkeys, mess up all the other sites. They were bugging out/had to reboot ipoker/party/888 a combined like 9 times, but even worse was that I couldn't stack my tables as even when they would pop up when action was on me, they'd end up disappearing back into the stack.

    So yea, that kind of sucks since there is a lot of good value in the non PS sites, but I'll just have to deal with it. I have a few different grind options, as SNE is still the #1 priority to me, but I'd like to still mix in a lot of MTTs if possible, so I'm going to essentially do what I did today, minus the multisiting. So will just be 9m/18m to start the day, and then once I get a bit into my session will cut out the 9mans so I get sync breaks every 2nd hour.

    As long as I can get enough vpp/day this isn't the worst news, just semi tilting as I like to just play mid-hsmtt across all the sites and not be limited to just PS outside of Sunday . If I don't get enough vpp/day, then I have a new problem and I'll have to figure it out from there.

    Today shoulda been decently profitable since I only fired like 10 MTTs and sold huge % of 1k/109rebuy/320 6m and only sold 35% of the party 50rebuy, and think I only lost like 900 or something at sngs while running quite bad.

    Will check that link out. Overall, I agree with doggz though, especially since most of my medication is something that I essentially HAVE to take when something flares up. The tums/stomach stuff is just for anytime I have a stomach 'attack,' so maybe twince a month I'll use it. The allergy medication is for the few times a yr that the weather drastically changes, in which I ALWAYS end up with a sinus infection (same as my mom, her sister and their mom). The only thing I'm taking on a daily basis is the Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12, of which I'm low in both, hence why I'm taking them. That's really not that bad in the grand scheme of things, everything else just there for specific, rare occasions I'll need it.

    Lol already changed my mind on my grind. I got to thinking about how bad my vpp/hr / vpp/day would be mixing MTTs with the turbo sngs. Every time I ran nice and deep in a donkament, I'd have to quit loading turbos, and for you turbo sng regs, you will know how torturous it is to get a session going.

    So with that being said, going to just play hyper sats tomorrow with MTTs mixed in. This might not be a viable option long term if I can't be b/e or better pre rb, but only time will tell. The switch to hands/lvl instead of mins/lvl definitely messed with my edge, so am hoping I can still do okay. I did win EV today in a super lol like 125 game sample, but better than that was I felt pretty comfortable in game and felt I was playing pretty well (all my charts definitely help out here).

    Pretty funny I have a lot of 'okay' options, but nothing really sticks out as being a super awesome option or something that will work 100/100 times. Just gotta fig it out early in the year, knew this year would be a bit of a transition, and even thought my original grind plan might not be viable, but was holding out hope (and got showered ). Who knows, could even work such that I grind turbos and mtts some days and then hyper sats and mtts others, only time will tell.

    With all of that being said, I'm about to study a bit as I marked 59 sng spots today, and then get ready for bed. First round of freerolls going to come on Tuesday night once Ruse is back and we sort of piece together a plan we each want WRT mostly 'life' but also a bit grind. Will probably be something to do with alcohol consumption, # of days I make it to gym, # of 'bad' meals I eat, etc.

    Gla tomorrow, hopefully I have a couple MTT sweats of my own!

    I've been reading the other threads you made, enjoyed it a ton. One of the best PG&G out there imo. I'll follow you progress in 2015. Wish you all the best.

    Well, talked it over with backer and coach and I'm going to just give up on SNE and mtt pro it . This this makes the most sense w/out a doubt with what my strengths are and when you take future EV into account.

    So, lot more MTT sweats than otherwise planned .

    Hit the grind like an hour ago, planning on a huge Friday grind, probably loading til sometime around the Hot 109. Gla today
