Also you doing a great job with TGOL channel.
One day I was listening and told to my girlfriend about this channel. I started to listen with her from the beginning first few videos then I saw she continues watching every day a lot of videos to catch me and watch together again.
Sometimes when we do something or somethings happen, have this funny sentences "you remember what Jack said".
If you have the opportunity to come in Thailand with your girlfriend, accommodation is on me my friend, you are my guest. We living on Koh Samui almost 3 years now in Thailand.

This made me smile, appreciate you and your gf supporting the TGOL youtube channel. I've actually never been to thailand but its somewhere i will go one day for sure and if im there i will remember this message and we will meet up and go for a dinner

Alright guys, 2021 just came to an end and it was a really wierd year with the pandemic and travel restrictions so i hope everyone used this as a time to really lock in and improve on all aspects in life. There was plenty of time indoors which means more studying, reading, and learning then ever before. I'll be typing a new message right after this one with my goals for 2022 and i'm really excited to hit the ground running.

1) done

2) I was all over the place with this one, at times in the year i woke up at 10.18, other times i woke up at 11 or 11.30 or even 9.30. I wasn't as consistent as i'd like to be here but will do my best to fix this in the coming year

3) have a meal delivery service so a lot of meals are very healthy but i do have atleast one cheat meal every night and i don't mind that for now since i'm trying to put on a bit of weight but eventually ill cut down to a few cheat meals per week

4) i weight exactly 190 lbs now

5) always

6) always

7) i've been working out only 2 or 3 times per week but thats exactly where i want to be for now

8) slacked a bit on this at the end of this year as i didn't post a new vid in december but was on track the entire year otherwise

9) always

10) only had about 5k steps per day and its been tougher to do this with lockdowns and trying to get the steps inside my apt, 8k steps is a lofty goal for a poker player who sits on a chair most of the day so i've decided to lower then to 6k in the coming year

11) huge fail on this one as i completely over estimated the amount of followers i would get by just streaming on twitch. I'll have to reconsider the numbers on this one for the coming year. I ended the year with 343 insta followers, 1.28k on team 651 youtube channel and 439 on tgol youtube channel

Hey guys, giving a mid year update here on my goals and the progress that i've made and challenges i've had along the way

1) very easily been doing this, love reading

2) i have been doing this but for sure not consistent enough with waking up at 9:15. Sometimes i wake up at 10 or even 10.30

3) have been challenging here too with eating a bit too much junk but i try and squeeze in some healthy things when i can

4) just had a recent bout with covid and that crushed me a bit and had me drop instantly 10 pounds within a 5 day period because i simply just could not eat. I am down to 180 now but will be working my way back up

8) doing this

9) only once per week for now but will start doing twice per week in the winter

11) ehhh i have about 5k steps per day on the year so i have to step it up here

12) have not been doing this one at all, ill have to plan to start this later on this year

13) struggling here as well considering ontario ( where i live) got segregated from the rest of the market so there is not much action to stream but i will be streaming sporadically some random big mtt series that they have

love to hear that you're watching and enjoying TGOL channel. I would stream more often but i'm living in ontario and the markets were segregated so i'm only playing on .ontario sites which have very low traffic and player pool. I still will come on to stream a few times per year randomly

With the year coming to a close i'll update you all on where i'm at with these current goals followed by a post for my 2023 goals

1) I've been reading like an absolute machine this year, i haven't counted exactly how many books i've read but i know for certain it is over 24

2) I changed this goal mid year, i use to go to the gym 3 times per week but i noticed my muscles are extremely soar and i wasn't able to lift as much as i had wanted to and just felt weaker at the gym and was never breaking any records. I since bought a workout program from a guy named greg o'gallagher and now i go to the gym 1-2 times per week only when i'm feeling 100 percent and can lift as heavy as i can, haven't noticed any real changes in my body doing this tho so will have to keep an eye out

3) I have been focusing more on eating healthier this year but there is always room for improvement on this front. I'm trying to cut down on anything processed and anything sugar related and deep fried but i still have some of these foods from time to time. This is a work in progress

4) Covid got me twice this year and one of the times i got hit really hard with it which destroyed my appetite for two weeks. I ended up losing some weight because of this and never fully recovered from that weight loss so i weight about 177 pounds right now but am looking to get to atleast 185 next year

5) always stay on track with this, the only days i don't meditate is when i'm on vacation which has been very rare the last few years

6) I feel myself and my partners have done an excellent job with team 651 in the year of 2022, we actually have some really cool things in the works for 2023 to roll out and can't wait for that

7) going 1-2 times per week and i'm happy with that as of now

8) I also decided to change this goal as well because 2 youtube videos in addition to everything else i have on my plate was a bit much and i didn't want to water down the quality of the videos i'm posting. So i've decided for now that i will post 1 youtube video per month on my channel for the foreseeable future

9) I've been taking improv classes consistently once per week but now that i'm taking two days off from poker per week i may look to add that 2nd class in the coming year

10) i do this everyday always except for if i'm on vacation

11) i took 4,500 steps per day this year which is not where i want to be. I will look to improve this area of my life in 2023 by adding to my morning routine a 15-30 min walk outside daily. It's important to get out and try and catch some sun and be around humans especially for us poker players who are isolated throughout the day and are mostly inside and sitting

12) I have not done any of this, actually the meditation studio "hoame" has shut down completely and not available. I could however get sports massages but i haven't prioritized this and likely won't in 2023 either. I may look to do weekly massages of this sort at some point in the future tho

13) This one was also a complete bust. Since ontario is now a segregated market there is not much to twitch and to build an instagram following. Also its not a priority for me as of now but something i can see possibly focusing on more in the future

Overall i had a great year, was an absolutely blast all the way through and i feel great. As you guys can see i didn't achieve all my goals and i switched some goals throughout the year but that's the entire point of goal setting. Some goals you will reach, some goals you will attempt to reach and come short, other goals you will decide are not a priority or just simply things you don't want to do at this stage in your life. Appreciate anybody following my journey over the past 5 years and will continue to post on here

Hey guys, just giving a midyear update on my goals.

1) I've actually been focusing more on rereading books this year as oppose to reading new ones. Really trying to go deep with the content and the books that i think are the most useful to my personal life but have been reading every single day

2) I've been walking everyday and also sometimes up to couple of hours per day so this has been going really good and i notice myself feeling better when i walk outside a lot

3) I for sure have been hitting the snooze button more times then i wanna admit so def not perfect here, almost all days i hit the snooze two or three times so this is something i can work on

4) Not eating as healthy as i could but trying to squeeze in healthy meals as much as i can and stay away from complete garbage but my diet is for sure not anything close to perfect

5) Very far off on this one since i've been doing intermittent fasting i'm about 170 pounds and not sure ill be able to get to 185 but if i get to 180 ill be happy with that as well

7) we've been doing our best and have implemented all kinds of fun new coaching projects and asking for feedback along the way so very happy with this

8) i've been going consistently once per week and working out extremely hard each time and going to the max on how much i can lift until muscles give out then sore for a week then repeat

9) been on track here

10) been very much on track here and have added a toastmasters to my weekly routine and 1 or 2 improv classes weekly as well

11) i always do this

12) doing this as well with so much of the walking i've been doing outside i find myself over 10k steps on a lot of days and on avg we are at about 6k

Hey guys, as 2023 is coming to a close here are my updates on where i'm at with my goals and which ones i've achieved and which ones i haven't. When looking at your own goals don't be to hard on yourself if you haven't achieved 100 percent of your goals. Take it as a learning experience and try to do better next year

1) This is a goal i've achieved consistently over the past 10 years or so. Really happy about this habit

2) I walked everyday outside when there was sun to get my vitamin D levels up, haven't walked as much during the winter time but my main goal with this was to get more sun so i consider this one a success

3) Def have not done this one well, there has been lots of days where i woke up at 10.30 11 or even sometimes 11.30-12 range so this is something i'll be looking to focus on in 2024 and ill bring my wake up time back 10 mins to 10.10 and see how that time suits me

4) i've been focusing a lot on eating healthier this year and have been so proud of that

5) huge fail here, i actually dropped weight this year as oppose to gaining it. I'm at about 170 right now and gonna make this more of a focus for 2024

6) easily been doing this and have been meditating 10 mins as oppose to 5

7) i always do my best to stay on top of this by studying as much as i can in gto solvers so i can show up at my best for all the Team651 players

8) i haven't ever went to the gym twice per week but have been going once per week pretty consistently for the most part

9) have been consistent here and producing quality content

10) staying very consistent here as well

11) always consistent here for atleast 5 years now

12) i ended up taking about 7,200 steps per day in 2023 which is great so ill slightly up this goal for 2024

Year in recap, it was a great year and i learned a lot like i do every year and feel i'm continuing to grow and understand myself better each year. Ill be posting my 2024 goals shortly and i hope this inspires you to create atleast a couple of goals for yourself as well. Best of luck to everyone and happy new year

3) I WILL EASILY WAKE UP AT 10.10 AM EVERY MORNING WITHOUT HITTING THE SNOOZE THIS YEAR TO REALIZE MY DREAMS AND GO THE GYM FIRST THING IN THE MORNING

4) I WILL EASILY EAT HEALTHIER THEN EVER THIS YEAR, ORDERING 50 PERCENT OF MY MEALS FROM HEALTHY DELIVERY SERVICE BUT EATING MASS QUANTITIES

5) I WILL EASILY WEIGH AT MINIMUM 182 POUNDS IN THE MORNING WITH SWEATPANTS ON BY THE END OF THIS YEAR

11) I WILL EASILY DO MY 8-10 MIN STRETCHING EVERY SINGLE DAY BEFORE I TAKE A SHOWER

12) I WILL EASILY TAKE ATLEAST 7,500 STEPS PER DAY ON AVERAGE EVERY MONTH

13) I WILL EASILY IMPROVE MY POSTURE AND BE AWARE OF IT AT ALL TIMES



I also have some private goals in addition to these that i keep to myself. In total i have 19 goals for 2024. I look at my goals at the beginning of every month and check in to see if i'm going towards them or if i'm not making progress in a certain area then i can quickly brainstorm on how i can start making progress on it.
