Hello, Jack. Do you think its real to have 6% evroi in hypers? How much is real to have on midstackes on turbo and regspeed (separatly) if we have about 20% games with regs in your opinion?

ya its real to have 6 percent ev roi in hu hypers but only vs fish, as far as the midstakes turbos and reg speeds i dont know whats a great ev roi in those but i would imagine in turbos something like 8 percent and in reg speeds you can get 10 percent. just guessing out of my ass haha havent really dabbled into those games much. i think its best to stick to one format and master it, and hu hypers is my format

just some quick updates for you guys here!!!!

1) my overall ev roi has dropped a bit to about 4 percent because i played some regs at 1ks. althought at 100-300 my ev roi is now 6.5 percent which is probably amongst the highest in the game

2) this is a goal that i never slack on, reading is soo important and i will continue to be consistent here. i truly believe continous learning is the absolute key to success

3) def been slacking here haha, shes going to barcelona by herself to visit her family for two weeks. i could have went but i wanted to stay behind to focus on grinding and team 651. i will def pick up the slack here late this year i will plan something

4) NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRR

5) easy game, no slacking here. i finally found some very healthy chips that i am indulging in. there is only three ingredients. potato, avocado oil, and himalayan salt.

6) miserably failing here as im more health concious now so i try and stay away from pastas, and bread as much as i can. so im not eating those heavy foods to help me put on weight. im gonna have to step it up big time here to reach this goal

7) i love meditating, its my alone time where i just breathe and relax

8) ehhhh ive been going 3-4 times per week because we have been playing bball in toronto once a week with a bunch of toronto ppl and its left me super sore every single week!!! my body just cant seem to get used to playing bball for 2 hours straight. so ive been going to the gym on avg probably 4 times and one bball session per week. in the winter time we are back to 5 times a week

9) this is something ive done consistently for almmost two years now with no plans on slowing down

What is your cEV from each position? You know us spinplayers... Only can think in cEV terms.

it was very tough to get games early this year when the ques were all very very long. also noqqx was sitting from 1k down to 60s. im only playing 500-200 soo way less games.

just a quick update here guys on whats been going on. ive been grinding really hard and everything has been going very well and ive followed up on all my goals and have been crushing all of them, exceptttt ive been neglecting my gf a little bit more then i would like lately. Ive been soo focused on coaching team 651, the grind, and crypto currencies lately that ive basically been sacrificing a lot of time with her and thats one area that i am looking to focus more on moving forward. We are going on a vacation to new york and san juan in late december so we will be able to get some time to spend together without any distractions.i will give a full update in early january as to how i did with every goal that ive set for myself and also will be writing about areas that i will need to focus on more and also my new goals for 2018!!!! im very excited about that.


i hope that all of you guys reading this have goals of your own and that i can be an inspiration to you to reach out and set goals for yourself and hold yourself accountable to achieving those goals. If you have set goals and your not achieving them then its important to take a step back and look at the situation objectively. Ask yourself why am i not achieving my goals? is there something wrong with my process? have i set realistic goals? what can i do in the coming year to make sure i reach my goals? ask yourself as many questions as you can so that you can fully understand what exactly is stopping you from reaching the goals that you have set out for yourself, and look to fix that immediately. For those of you who have reached your goals, congrats to you and aim higher next year!!!

2018 year in review!!!!!!

2018 was an incredible year for me. I made progress in every aspect of my life, which is the way every year should be. When i reflect back on the year the biggest things that stand out are the growth of team 651, and also the growth of myself as a poker player through studying more gto then i ever have this year and teaching it. Im very much looking forward to what 2018 will bring and constructing the goals that id like to hit in 2018, this process is always exciting for me. i will be posting my 2018 goals very shortly on this thread. The entire point of this thread is to inspire everyone to reach higher and chase their dreams, whether that be through poker or something else. The goal is to inspire you guys to reach a little bit higher every year and also to hold myself publicly accountable for the goals that i set for myself. For those of you who keep your goals private i encourage you to create a thread and publicly declare your goals. Its easy to let yourself down, but its a lot harder to let down all those people that follow your thread and are asking about your goals and your progress. This is one of the best things you can do to keep yourself accountable for all that you strive for. I wish everyone the best year of their lives in 2018!!!!!! lets kill it!!!

here are some of my goals for 2018, keep in mind i have more goals but some of them i prefer to keep private. its very important the language you use when creating goals so that they dont seem like huge obstacles when you read them, and your goals should be written in a way that sparks strong emotion and excitement in the process!!!!!

1) I WILL EASILY READ ATLEAST 24 FULL BOOKS THIS YEAR ( READING IS AMAZING AND HAVING KNOWLEDGE IS ONLY POTENTIAL POWER, I WILL BE TAKING ACTION ON EVERYTHING I READ!!!!)

2) I WILL EASILY WAKE UP AND JUMP OUT OF BED BEFORE 9:30 AM EVERY MORNING WITHOUT HITTING THE SNOOZE THIS YEAR TO REALIZE MY DREAMS ( I WILL BE 100 TIMES MORE PRODUCTIVE IF I WAKE UP AT THIS TIME, AND BE FUNCTIONING DURING THE DAY AND HAVING TIME TO MYSELF IN THE MORNINGS TO EAT)

3) I WILL EASILY EAT HEALTHIER THEN EVER THIS YEAR, ORDERING 90 PERCENT OF UBER MEALS FROM HEALTHY SECTION, ALSO NO FRIED FOODS INCLUDING FRIES, NO SODA,NO PORK, NO HOT DOGS, NO POPCORN, NO ICE CREAM, NO BACON, NO CHIPS ( EATING HEALTHIER WILL HELP ME IN EVERY ASPECT OF LIFE, INCLUDING ALL THE GOALS I HAVE SET FOR MYSELF)

4) I WILL EASILY WEIGH 175 POUNDS THIS YEAR AND BE ROCK HARD STRONG MUSCLE ALL THE WAY TO MY CORE ( I WILL FIT GREAT INTO MY CLOTHES AND FINALLY BE AT THE WEIGHT I WOULD LOVE TO BE)

5) I WILL EASILY MEDITATE FOR 12 MINS EVERY DAY TO BE IN MY HAPPY PLACE, AND TELL MYSELF THREE THINGS I AM GRATEFULL FOR ( THIS HELPS CLEAR THE MIND AND BECOME MORE PRESENT, AND WILL ALSO IMPROVE MY FOCUS AT THE TABLES)
