6) this goal i always seem to fail on in the past, now that im eating cleaner its been harder to put on weight i havent made much progress here im gonna begin to eat like a starving pig

7) ive been meditating 10-15 mins every day consistently and it feels amazing

8) ive been consistent with this but now im a bit sick so missed a couple days but will get right back on track here

if u don't load your popcorn in butter and salt it is actually a pretty healthy snack, lots of whole grains and some other goods

think I need to stick it out a little more with meditating, are you using any kind of training aid/app?

hello, i am in the 500s group. i made an attempt to break into 1ks but was about 200k under ev during that time when my ev was breakeven vs the regs ( breakeven is very very good considering rake) and towards the end there was some word that ppl were using bots so i quit my attempt and im now focusing on crushing the 500s and expanding our stable (team 651)

hey!! thanks for the tip about the popcorn, the only time i eat popcorn really is at movie theatres and i know that kind is terrible haha. with the meditation i use to do it with an app called " breathe" now i enjoy the silence

here is the update on the goals i have for this month

1) ev roi has took a hit this month, had a rough stretch but was still running good im no longer on pace for 6 percent i will post some graphs in the near future

2) ive been reading like a machine i finished 4-5 books last month so crushing this goal " how to have confidence and power in dealing with people" was one of the best books ive read ill be updating on what my favorite ones are as the year goes on

3) been soo busy reading books, grinding, and coaching team 651 that i havent really gotten to this yet but we are planning to go to spain in september for a couple of weeks and possibly stopping in lisbon and malta as well

4) spot on here i can remove the snooze button at this point

5) diet has gone perfect havent slipped up once all year

6) been eating like a machine taking two weight gainer protein shakes per day "pro complex gainer" is what i take from the research ive done this is the absolute best on the market in terms of putting on weight in a healthy way

7) i meditate even more then 10 mins on most days as i dont have a timer and i get lost in staring into a wall and breathing usually i go around 15 mins and it feels great

8) been crushing the gym lately staying very consistent going 5 times per week, every week

9) always staying consistent here and mixing up the concept and teachings to keep things exciting

10) at this point i dont even remember what i was talking about when i first wrote this ( just kidding!! will share them at some point )

weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee we get an update for you guys here!!!!!

1) my ev roi is 4.09 on the year due to playing some regs at 500s, although my ev roi at 100-300 ( all fish games) is 6.26 which is considered very very high for these stakes

2) ive been reading like a machine basically getting through about 4 books per month so im wayy ahead on this goal and learning sooo much!!!!

3) slacking here haha, i just cancelled on going to barcelona with her. im just very focused on grinding right now and coaching team 651 and expanding there

4) NEVER!!!

5) EZ GAME here havent slipped up once

6) this is not going as planned as im eating healthier its becoming more difficult to put on weight, but really its just bull**** excuses i can push harder on this end and i will be doing that

7) i love meditating its like second nature to me at this point

8) ive been going about 4-5 times but the days that ive missed in the last couple of weeks we have been playing bball in toronto in public parks, if you live in toronto send a message in here and you can come ball with us on wednesdays!!!!!

9) this is something ive been consistent with for almost 2 years now, even when im on vacation i make sure im coaching those hours, and if im absolutely not available then we get someone on our team to fill in for me. we dont like cancelling sessions ever!!

10) i was probably lying about this to gain more traction and add more mystery to this thread or maybe i wasnt!!!!!!!!!!!!!! maybe there coming soon, who knows? i dont even know anymore

depends what stakes, at 500s and 1ks you need a bot at this point, but it seems pstars are getting rid of all the bots. at lower stakes i dont know whats going on really
