hey guys!!!!! i am extremely excited about 2019 and what it has to bring, i will share some of my goals below, there are some goals that i keep private like financial goals but i will share most of my goals here and be updating you guys on my progress with them throughout the year. If your reading this and you haven't created goals for yourself i strongly encourage you to create goals for yourself and revisit the goals at minimum once per month to check up on how your doing and ask yourself what more can you do to achieve your goals and what processes/disciplines/habits that you have to implement into your life to achieve all your goals!!! also make sure they are specific and measurable!!!

2019 goals

1) I WILL EASILY READ ATLEAST 48 FULL BOOKS THIS YEAR ( READING IS AMAZING AND HAVING KNOWLEDGE IS ONLY POTENTIAL POWER, I WILL BE TAKING ACTION ON EVERYTHING I READ!!!!)

2) I WILL EASILY WAKE UP AND JUMP OUT OF BED BEFORE 9:00 AM EVERY MORNING WITHOUT HITTING THE SNOOZE THIS YEAR TO REALIZE MY DREAMS AND GO THE GYM FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!!!! ( I WILL BE 100 TIMES MORE PRODUCTIVE IF I WAKE UP AT THIS TIME, AND BE FUNCTIONING DURING THE DAY AND HAVING TIME TO MYSELF IN THE MORNINGS TO EAT AND DO INCANTATIONS)

3) I WILL EASILY EAT HEALTHIER THEN EVER THIS YEAR, ORDERING 50 PERCENT OF UBER MEALS FROM HEALTHY SECTION BUT EATING MASS QUANTITIES ( EATING HEALTHIER WILL HELP ME IN EVERY ASPECT OF LIFE, INCLUDING ALL THE GOALS I HAVE SET FOR MYSELF)

4) I WILL EASILY WEIGH 190 POUNDS THIS YEAR AND BE ROCK HARD STRONG MUSCLE ALL THE WAY TO MY ****IN CORE ( WHY AM I CURSING <<< BECAUSE YOU WANT TO ADD EMOTION TO YOUR GOALS SO THAT WHEN YOU READ THEM THEY SPARK AN EMOTION IN YOU AND PUMP YOU UP IN SOME WAY!!

5) I WILL EASILY MEDITATE FOR 15 MINS EVERY DAY TO BE IN MY HAPPY PLACE, AND FEEL IN MY BODY THREE THINGS I AM GRATEFULL FOR ( THIS HELPS CLEAR THE MIND AND BECOME MORE PRESENT, AND WILL ALSO IMPROVE MY FOCUS AT THE TABLES)

6) I WILL EASILY GO TO THE GYM 4 TIMES A WEEK EARLY IN THE MORNING BEFORE THE COACHING SESSIONS THIS YEAR TO BUILD THE BODY OF MY DREAMS, AND LISTEN TO AUDIOBOOKS WHILE THERE ( THIS WILL HELP ME WITH MY WEIGHT GAIN GOAL AND THE DESIRED BODY I WANT. GOING TO THE GYM IN THE MORNING IS PROVEN TO IMPROVE YOUR SLEEP QUALITY!!!)

7) I WILL EASILY CREATE ATLEAST 1 YOUTUBE VIDEO PER WEEK FOR MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL TGOL SO THAT CAN LEAD,TEACH, AND INSPIRE OTHERS TO LIVE THEIR BEST LIVES ( I LOVE THIS!!!!!)

8) I WILL EASILY BE CONSISTENT WITH TAKING LESSONS IN PUBLIC SPEAKING/IMPROV AND MAKE SURE THAT I FACE THAT IRRATIONAL FEAR 100 PERCENT AND DIVE IN HEAD FIRST!!!! ( THIS IS IMPORTANT FOR MY PERSONAL GROWTH AND FINANCIAL GROWTH)

9) I WILL EASILY ATTEND ATLEAST TWO LIVE SEMINARS THIS YEAR TO BETTER MYSELF AND MEET INCREDIBLE AND LIKE MINDED PEOPLE AND HAVE A POWERFULL IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE, I WILL GO TO VALUETAINMENT CONFERENCE IN MAY AND ALSO LOOK TO JOIN A MASTERMIND HERE IN TORONTO.( I LOVE THIS!!!!)

10) I WILL EASILY TAKE ATLEAST 8,000 STEPS PER DAY ON AVERAGE EVERY MONTH!!!! ( THIS WILL ENSURE MY HEALTH AND WELL BEING WHICH IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AS I SIT MOST OF THE DAY)

11) I WILL EASILY GET A SPORTS MASSAGE ONCE A WEEK ON TUESDAYS TO GET THE KNOTS OUT OF MY BACK/NECK AND TO IMPROVE MY POSTURE AND BE AWARE OF IT AT ALL TIMES ( POSTURE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR MY HEALTH SO SIT UP STRAIGHT)

haha thank you papi! we will reach our goals if we stay focused on them and not make any excuses at all. Just achieve it all with laser focus and make sure you are reading your goals weekly or monthly so that your mind will never forget about it and can always focus on what you are trying to create in your life

Do you read all paperback books or do u read some ebooks or google play books etc?,

If u wanna pack on size do what bodybuilders do,food alone will take years if ever to do what u can do in weeks or months and theres such good supplements now u dont even need to break the law.

I don't read any paperback books, i only read audiobooks on audible. I have been making great progress with weight gain actually im at about 182 lbs now. my ultimate goal is to be shredded at 200 lbs but now i have a bit of fat so i have to workout harder to get that off

Hey guys 2020 is here and i want to give you guys an update on the goals i had for 2019 and ill write my 2020 goals in the next post as well. 2019 overall was an incredible year for me, team 651 expanded in a big way, i put on about 30 lbs which i wanted to do and im playing better poker then i ever have before. I have got some huge plans for 2020 and will post some of my goals in a second but will recap the 2019 goals here


1) i didn't get to read 48 books on the year i think i read somewhere around 30 which is still great and my goal for next year will be 36 books. i realized that i don't want to force myself to read more as i already watch plenty of self development/growth content on youtube and my entire life is already dedicated to being the strongest version of myself so no need to kill myself on this front

2) throughout a lot of this year i didnt end up waking up at 9am and i was pushing the snooze button a lot until jason (bubbleoutcas) and i decided to make a bet with eachother that we have to wake up at 9am everyday otherwise we owe the other 50$. the bet runs every single day so thats been the best way iv'e been able to stay on track with this here and the last few months have been great with no snoozing

3) been eating a lot healthier this year then ever before as im not eating bread or pasta or anything like that anymore since i'm on a gluten free diet so this has worked out well for me

4) i almost reached this goal i got as high as 188 lbs at the end of 2019, my new goal for 2020 is to weigh 200 lbs and pack on as much muscle as humanly possible

5) always do this

6) fell off track for a few months this year with the gym but now we are back and i'm physically stronger then i ever have been in my entire life so that feels amazing

7) i was inconsistent with this one here, was only able to push out about 2 vids per month which is actually gonna be my goal for 2020 as well as at this point i don't want to water down my content and want to continue to be pushing out high quality content for you guys on my tgol youtube channel. In the future i may start posting a lot more frequently depending on where i want to take the channel but for now 2 vids per month is where i want to be and on some months i may post more

8) i've been taking 2 improv classes every week so i feel great about this and continuing this into 2020

9) i only went to one seminar in 2019 which was the vault conference my patrick bet david but i will for sure be going to atleast 1 or 2 seminars in 2020 as its an excellent way to network and meet like minded people

10) i fell really short on this one here i think my yearly avg was about 5,500 but we are setting the same goal for this year and i will for sure be hitting this goal

11) i haven't been going once a week for a massage but i look to implement it more in 2020 and ill likely be getting two massages per month on average alongside going to a place called hoame meditation which is a meditation center where you have a live guided teacher and its incredibly relaxing and will set my mind up well for the weeks grind

So with all this said here, i hope you guys had a great 2019 and if you didn't then i encourage you to create some inspiring goals for yourself in 2020, goals that will get you excited when you think about them and strongly believe that your able to manifest into your lives. I will continue sharing my journey here and as soon as im done with this post i will be posting my 2020 goals. Lets all kill it in this new decade!

As promised here are my 2020 goals, i have changed some of my goals from 2019 but a lot of them are similar. Also i have more goals then these but some of them i prefer to keep private so ill be posting the ones that i am comfortable with sharing

1) I WILL EASILY READ ATLEAST 36 FULL BOOKS THIS YEAR ( READING IS AMAZING AND HAVING KNOWLEDGE IS ONLY POTENTIAL POWER, I WILL BE TAKING ACTION ON EVERYTHING I READ AND LEARN

2) I WILL EASILY GO ON ATLEAST 2 DATES PER MONTH TO FIND A WOMEN THAT I AM COMPATIBLE WITH AND TO MAKE MORE TIME FOR RELATIONSHIPS IN MY LIFE

3) I WILL EASILY GO ON ATLEAST 3 DIFFERENT VACATIONS THIS YEAR EITHER BY MYSELF OR WITH FRIENDS/GIRLS TO REALLY ENJOY SOME TIME IN THE SUN AND EXPLORING A NEW CITY OR RESORT

4) I WILL EASILY WAKE UP AND JUMP OUT OF BED AT 9:00 AM EVERY MORNING WITHOUT HITTING THE SNOOZE THIS YEAR TO REALIZE MY DREAMS AND GO THE GYM FIRST THING IN THE MORNING

5) I WILL EASILY EAT HEALTHIER THEN EVER THIS YEAR, ORDERING 50 PERCENT OF UBER MEALS FROM HEALTHY SECTION BUT EATING MASS QUANTITIES (GLUTEN FREE)

6) I WILL EASILY WEIGH AT MINIMUM 200 POUNDS IN THE MORNING BY THE END OF THIS YEAR AND BE ROCK HARD STRONG MUSCLE ALL THE WAY TO MY ****IN CORE ( REASON FOR THE STRONG LANGUAGE HERE IS WHEN IT COMES TO LIFTING WEIGHT IN THE GYM YOU REALLY WANT TO PUMP YOURSELF UP SO I THINK ITS IMPORTANT TO EMPHASIZE THIS SO THAT WHEN YOU READ IT YOUR MOTIVATED INSTANTLY)

7) I WILL EASILY MEDITATE FOR 15 MINS EVERY DAY TO BE IN MY HAPPY PLACE, AND FEEL IN MY BODY THREE THINGS I AM GRATEFULL FOR

8) I WILL EASILY MAKE SURE THAT TEAM 651 IS RUNNING ITS ABSOLUTE BEST AND OPTIMIZED TO ITS FULLEST POTENTIAL, AND MARKETED EVERYWHERE. STAY CONSISTENT WITH THE COACHINGS AND ALWAYS ASK FOR FEEDBACK

9) I WILL EASILY GO TO THE GYM ATLEAST 4 TIMES A WEEK EARLY IN THE MORNING BEFORE THE COACHING SESSIONS THIS YEAR TO BUILD THE BODY OF MY DREAMS, AND LISTEN TO AUDIOBOOKS WHILE THERE

Thanks papi! really appreciate that but keep in mind that everyday i am not enthusiastic, i have some bad days too where i feel off or i don't feel good for whatever reason but i continue to push forward and don't allow anything to stop me from what i want to achieve in my life. We all go through rough times its really about changing your perspective during those times and staying mentally strong

Alright everyone, half of the year is up and i have some updates for my goals, things have been a little wierd ofcourse because of the covid 19 situation but wanna give you guys an update of exactly where i'm at with the goals i set for myself at the beginning of this year


1) on track to read about 25-30 books so i won't reach the full 36 unless i go on a reading rampage. Reading at the gym is one of the things i love to do and since the gym in my building is closed i haven't been working out as much, just working out on the machine i have in my apt for now which i can only do dips and push ups on. Still reading every morning while brushing teeth and making breakfast and that alone adds up in a huge way

2) this ofcourse is on a major hold because of covid 19 situation but i'm gonna start setting up some video dates and see how things go from there

3) this one completely on hold from covid

4) i've decided to wake up at 9.42 am, don't ask me why the wierd time haha it just simply works for me and i've decided to stick to it. Find a time that works for you and wake up same EXACT time every single day, its one of the biggest things i've been learning this year from several different books

5) on track with this

6) i'm about 187 lbs right now which is actually a 33 pound gain that i've made over the last 18 months from my low point of 154 so i'm making huge progress on this front and will do everything in my power to see 200 on that scale before this year is up

7) always on track with this one, which has been even more important now because of covid to keep a fresh clean mind

8) always consistent here too as its my main focus

9) been working out just twice per week on average i would say since my gym closed down in building, can def step this up moving forward

10) i've been consistent here, if you guys don't follow my youtube channel then go and subscribe and check out the content, lots of gold there. Just search TGOL into youtube and the channel will come up. the full name of the channel is The game of Life but for some reason won't show up unless you type TGOL

11) On hold because of covid

14) my average is about 6200 steps this year soo far, gonna look to step this up in a huge way in the second half of this year

16) i've made a decision earlier this month to not do incantations anymore after i've realized the concept of letting go and just "being" chanting things about yourself can potentially cause you to feel separate from the thing your chanting about so i decided its best for me to skip on this. My morning routine now is simply just listening to an audiobook for 15-30 mins and studying gto for 15-30 mins



This is the full recap, if you guys are strugging from your goals because of covid, DO NOT give up on them and keep plugging away and improving each day. Don't allow covid to be an excuse to not achieving your goals, obviously some of them are gonna be a lot harder or even impossible because of the circumstances but realize that it's easy to use covid as an excuse for basically everything so don't fall into that trap

Hey guys, just here to give a quick recap on my goals from 2020 and will be posting my 2021 goals later today down below. 2020 was a bit of a wierd year overall, there were soo many more things i wanted to do but was held back by the entire covid situation but also extremely grateful for all the progress i made in my life during that time.

1) didn't read 36 books i fell really short here i think i read 19 or 20 books total in 2020 and mainly because i get most of my reading done at the gym but gyms were closed since march. Still i get reading done in the morning when i wake up while im brushing my teeth and getting ready to take on the day

2) found a girl that aligns with my core values and has a lot of the qualities i look for in an ideal partner so we'll see how things go with this

3) big donut here since covid happened obv traveling has been basically impossible but looking forward to hopefully doing a bit of traveling at the end of 2021

4) 9 am was too early for me i found so i later on in the year switched to 9.42am and hten later on switched to 10.18 am and then later on switched to 10.42 am. Without being able to go to the gym in the mornings i don't see any real reason to force myself up earlier so for now and moving forward in 2021 10.18 am is a great time for me to be up unless gyms reopen then ill be getting up earlier

5) eating healthy meal delivery service mostly now and have started eating gluten again and my body has reacted completely fine to it but still mostly eating very healthy

6) i got up to 187 pounds which is the highest i've ever been but then decided to try some gluten and dairy free diets to see how my body responds and i instantly dropped 19 pounds in 2 months so that was a huge setback, now i weigh 175 but my ideal weight to be is around the 185-190 range will ill make my goal to be in 2021

7) always do this

8) always do this, but haven't been as consistent as i should with asking for feedback so will do that early this year

9) gyms are closed so this goal i for sure fell short on but i've been working out 2 or 3 times per week during the entire covid time at home doing dips, pullups and pushups with the machine i have here. also my gf bought me some kettle bells and i bought myself some dumbells so will be able to do full body workouts for 2021 from home

10) been on track with this

11) this one has been impossible to do obv cuz of corona but ill be streaming a bit more this year on the team651 twitch channel and be doing some cash giveaways and playing some big hu tournis on there so follow us on twitch to see that

12) i would say i do this 90 percent of the time, sometimes if i just ate and im way too full i don't wanna do an ab excersize or do any crazy stretching but i do this almost always

13) covid obv blocked me from this

14) finished the year averaging about 7k steps per day which im happy with but for 2021 we're gonna push that and achieve the 8k steps per day for sure

16) i decided early on in the year not to do this one for personal reason and won't be bringing it back

he has made free tools to assess biases, assess where you are over confident, aid decision making etc etc. he has a really inspiring podcast. its a lot more grounded in science and evidence than the gurus that ask the universe/use incantations.

Ya, all the books i read are either self development or business related books. Those are the things i'm most interested in. I've never heard of that website or anything like that before

Alright humans, as promised we have the mid year update here to let you guys know how i'm doing with these goals. Ill update again at the end of the year to share all my successes/struggles or failures of reaching all these goals. Hope you enjoy

1) easily on pace for this one, i've been reading every single morning and listen to audiobooks while working out 3-4 times per week

2) I changed this one to waking up at 10.42 am and its working out a lot better for me and i'm very consistent with this time and feel great about it

3) easily doing this too, have set up a meal delivery service which delivers meals to me twice a week and they're super healthy with the best part being that i don't have to browse around ubereats and be concerned about what i'm gonna eat every afternoon

4) Making huge progress towards this goal, we are at 187 lbs so extremely close to closing this one out

in goal 2 you changed your goal, is that something you do often? how do you decide on what goals to make an extra push to achieve and which to modify ? is it to make them more attainable or to get better outcomes?

i really like your TGOL channel the information content is great but the production is really going to make it hard to achieve numbers. your T651 channel is on point with its thumbnails / intro / branding etc. you're really up against some sick set ups in the personel development genre on youtube - yout content is so valuable, but the production just isnt there.

hope you take those comments in the spirit that they were offered.

channels like Alpha Gaming [https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAT...zmYeDbjnS8WwA] have tonnes of content on how to improve streams [and also youtube videos] and what gear is best for different price points and there is a stremer called devin nash that goes deeeeep on the buisines side of youtube, twitch etc

he often does collab streams where he gets people on and gives advice, he might like to take a look at your story and channels etc as his audience might find it intersting given you have multi platform, multi genre business interests and the high stakes poker backstory is interesting

in goal 2 you changed your goal, is that something you do often? how do you decide on what goals to make an extra push to achieve and which to modify ? is it to make them more attainable or to get better outcomes?

i really like your TGOL channel the information content is great but the production is really going to make it hard to achieve numbers. your T651 channel is on point with its thumbnails / intro / branding etc. you're really up against some sick set ups in the personel development genre on youtube - yout content is so valuable, but the production just isnt there.

he often does collab streams where he gets people on and gives advice, he might like to take a look at your story and channels etc as his audience might find it intersting given you have multi platform, multi genre business interests and the high stakes poker backstory is interesting

Really appreciate all your advice and i agree completely about the production quality just simply not being good, i'm still considering what to do with it at this point because i don't like doing things like editing videos or creating thumbnails but i know its important to get the views up and reach more people. As far as your questions go i would say its not something i do very often but i will do it if i feel that its something that will benefit me more. Its to get better outcomes and also to make them more attainable at the same time. Also some goals are just simply more important then others for me personally and thats a decision you're gonna have to make about your own goals
