I cover my 190gr of protein with two Cottage cheese, whey and meat twice a day.

Might get back on the PGC thread in october, only got 3 weeks of grind left before I have to start studying for my exams and will take a 6 week break from poker.

Sick didnt know that man, yeah my quark thing is more like a super low fat cheese - drained feta tastes decent. Currently 79kg, dont know bf% i have a 4 pack tho haha. Looking to get really lean. Any tips appreciated.

In 2011 my last possible year as junior, but after that I realized that I must double my stack and I didnt want to do that.

You guys are sickos, i might even out the cals but def gona test it this way first. My revised cals are 1550 and 2350 on training days.

Won a bit today, just under a stack nothing interesting.

Going to a friends bbq tomorrow so will take it as a rest day instead of Monday.

Month looking meh due to 4 tabling zoom experiment. All profits are from 100nl reg tables.

Played a late night session last night and will move my volume to euro nights since there is 3x more traffic. Day 1 of August is down, played at 2am-ish last night for an hour. Excited for a big month ahead, have tweaked a few things in my schedule and study. Also heading to Hungary mid month for a holiday so volume will be a week short. glgl

Played well today, but feeling quite tired and not going to force more hours in. Hit my br requirements for shotting 200nl, but going to keep playing 100nl for another week or two. This week has been quite demanding but pushing through it all, car issues, life things in general. Looking forward to taking a small vacation later in the month, feel like that slight burnout is accumilating.

Meh finish to the day, but happy overall.

Usually reviewing the previous days hands or a video, fairly straightforward I think. Lately iv been going through notes before my sessions too.

Ran fairly average today, got set over setted a few times but maintained my A game.

Nothing really interesting lately, bunch of standard spots.
