Played B game today, felt a bit off after tossing and turning half the night. Only put in two sessions, and two hours study.
Fully comfortable and adjusted to 100nl now. Look forward to cracking the next stake in the next month or two.

Played well today, got in all hours and did some study. Going to run a few things thru solver tonight as usual.
Picked up some monies in quite a few spots like this today
Otherwise jammed AKs into AA twice bvb and nothing real worthy of posting
Also bought an omega 3 mega pack today, some vit D3 and starting a proper leangains IF cutting cycle and quite excited. Doing about 2000 cals on rest days and 2500 on training. Going to cut till about 10% bf and assess from there.

Well I can tell you something about bodybuilding too as I have been on stage twice I cover my 190gr of protein with two Cottage cheese, whey and meat twice a day.
Might get back on the PGC thread in october, only got 3 weeks of grind left before I have to start studying for my exams and will take a 6 week break from poker.
