New Goal: No fapping till I win a sunday major (not counting tomorrow)! I've only watched 3 pornographic films in the past 5 weeks and now it's time for NO FAP
Crummy week so far despite being up a cool thousand. I don't mind that I haven't been volume bossing as I went ****ing ham for 4 weeks straight, but my lack of study/exercise is disturbing, instead of improving everyday I've been falling back into old lazy habits and just not working on improving and robotabling. Another 4 day span w/o any exercise at all that **** is unacceptable! Gonna start making a daily list of goals to try and help keep my **** in check
Saturday:
10,000 pushups
Four thousand eight hundred forty two crunches
A few sets of planks
Epic bike ride
Finish A Clash of Kings
Study a ton of shove/fold situations while I ship mad satellite seats
Go to bed at a reasonable hour, no 3am nonsense
Sunday:
Not the usual 16-20 tabling! 4-6 table the biggest tournaments and fill in with smaller majors or high value turbos after I bust the big ones
NO SKYPE I am not even opening this hugely -ev piece of **** program
NO musica until I sit there and explain every hand to myself in detail for at least 2 hours and get my brain into the thinking hard zone
Breaks will be used to get AWAY from the computer and to do some sort of physical activity
