I'm currently having $140
decided to transit into playing full time.
Few questions:
a) What stake should I play (eg, bankroll)
b) should I buy a poker software to find my leaks
c) how many hours should I dedicate myself

How the hell did you decide something like that without having any knowledge about anything poker related? At least you only "invest" 140$...

a) I don't play MTTS but for hypper S&G depending on your EV it's good to have at least 100 BI. In MTTs were the variance is bigger... Go figure. You shouldn't play anything with more than 4$ BI.

b) Yes and no. You need a lot of software but you won't be able to use them on your own properly. If you wanna get good at poker try to find a coach.

c) All that you can. Fulltime means that you are living with it so...

Dont play MTT with 140 dollars, unless you are gonna play .5 and thats not even sorty the time. Get a job in mcdonalds, save up about 600 to play 1-3$ MTT and also save another about 100 for bare bones soft.
