At least your still doing it. If you aunt struggling you aunt trying hard enough. It's def tough but just keep improving.

I'm eating alot of boneless skinless chicken breast, lean thin cut pork chops, broccoli, carrots, peppers, onions. Also have chicken wings I cook in the oven in a pan with hot sauce and a little butter. Snacks been having a handful of mixed nuts and a banana and sometimes 1 or 2 celery sticks with creamy peanut butter.

Have cut out fast food, fried foods, and soda all together and feel good but maybe need to add in some other foods. I love chicken since I can make it so many different ways and have different spices to change it up.

I rarely check this area, but saw this thread today. Good luck buddy! My move should hopefully be complete in the next 2-3 months and then maybe I can start playing again (but probably back at .25/.50 to start). I was just starting to adjust to that level and then the ol big life move went into action. .

Anyway subbed and make sure to post a few hand histories in the thread!
