I'm eating alot of boneless skinless chicken breast, lean thin cut pork chops, broccoli, carrots, peppers, onions. Also have chicken wings I cook in the oven in a pan with hot sauce and a little butter. Snacks been having a handful of mixed nuts and a banana and sometimes 1 or 2 celery sticks with creamy peanut butter.
Have cut out fast food, fried foods, and soda all together and feel good but maybe need to add in some other foods. I love chicken since I can make it so many different ways and have different spices to change it up.
