Hello my name is RUBRUB12 and I have been playing poker since I was 13 years old. Ever since I loved the game. I had and still do have this burning passion to be a professional poker player. To be able to live a life I want to live. I want to be able to have that freedom in life to be your own boss.
For those who don’t know me from my previous threads, im a 20 years old I love to travel and meet new people. Oh and I left my moms house to live in my car. I wasn’t able to play poker at my moms house because she didn’t like the idea of it, so I decided it was time to leave. Well not being rich I cant afford a place at the moment so I live in my car. I play on ACR under that screenname. Yeah so it’s a weird life I know. But I wouldn’t be able to do it without my amazing girlfriend. I do love my life.
So I use to jump around the stakes playing a mixture of sngs tournaments then slowly moving into cash. I have won a few tournaments online that probably led to my gambling addiction. I then played 25nl where I won and lost a lot and had to move down, binking tournaments on the way helped keep my bankroll alive. I would usually run up a big roll and lose it all at cash. It was a bad life. Not till recently I decided to change my life for the better. I got a free 10$ on ACR and decided that I would play 2nl for at least 10k hands to prove to myself I can move up.
I have stayed discipline and will post the graph after 10k hands. I turn 21 in 2months and im going to pursue my dream of becoming a professional poker player. I have a savings that I have saved up for this moment since I was 13 years old. I have never touched it and am happy to use that bankroll to play the live games. As of now I play on ACR and am trying to put in as much volume as I can
Well yeah so that’s my life and I will use this thread to post my 10k hand graph after I play 10k hands I will start to post regularly on my 10$ challenge to run this up. This is more of a disciple challenge then an actual making money challenge. I obv have money to deposit a large sum but I need to be discipline and grind my way up.
Keep in mind the time between where you are now and where you view yourself going-- it is reasonable to expect it to take 3-4 years to get to being a solid winner at midstakes, if it's even possible for you. With that said obviously you've chosen your path so good luck.
My prediction is you've played 9k hands already with a nice winrate, hence why you've asked the question. Mate, you gotta start taking yourself seriously if you want other people to. It's all well and good brushing off the negativity, I'd do the same but it feels like you just turn everything into a big joke. After 10 or so of these threads I still can't figure out if you're trolling or not and that says it all...
I hope you make it so you make everyone that is taking the piss out of you look like a complete bellend. Fk the haters and good luck.
I'd love for that to happen too mate but it's not gonna. He's literally made like 10 of these in the past year and they all pan out exactly the same. He completely ignores everyone's advice, even when it's constructive and then disappears without any explanation. I'm always rooting for the underdog too, but they at least have to take themselves seriously. I've made a few of these threads and haven't had a great deal of success but funnily enough I don't have 20 people taking the piss out of me. There's obviously a reason some people do...

I'm willing to devote my whole life to this. Thank you man!

Define make it? Reality is he's living in his car playing the lowest stakes possible...let's say he goes on a sick heater where will that actually put him? I guess even rock bottom is a solid foundation. I also don't see how him ''making it'' would make anyone look like a complete bellend as they're probably warm in their house on stable internet lmfao. One thing is for sure he will need a lot of luck.
