Update 11.09.20
Only played 2 sessions this week.
Ran like the sun.
Had some very high equity spots yesterday, wich i couldnt realize.
Lost with AQs vs Q7o - 3 handed in the 50k for at leadt 2k payjump.
Got 15th. in the 109/100k PKO. Lost a flip for 2.th in chips.
Got 27th.in the 80k guatanteed. Lost a threeway all in for the chiplead.
Overall i‘m very happy to make this much money.
My playstyle is very agressive in the latest stages, cause i want to move to the final table as a chipleader and go for top 3.
Therefore i take some more risk in the final three tables.
Today i‘m gonna spent some time with my girl and some friends in the evening. Might make a big rice-party. We see.
Tomorrow i can‘t play as well cause i‘m invited to the wedding of one of my best friends.
Next session will be a big one on sunday.
Gonna go for my rungood- 10k run with a bath in the river, and fire up some timbeys afterwards to finish the week strong!

I am currently trying to get up at 5 a.m to play 2h PLO CG.
By far the best time for europeans to play on U.S friendly sites.
But my main focus is still doing the community service till the end of september.
So my volume isn't that high.
I play my CG session in the morning and play tournaments on friday and sunday. Thats basically it.
Took a shot in a 630 on monday. cause i felt great that day. I bubbled with 11 left. Flopped the nut straight with AQ. Only one spade on the board. The other guy jammed all in with 2 times pot. yolo. I call. He shows a bluff with A7suited of spades and thought i would fold cause i'm scared of the bubble (Without knowing that OP is a degen deep in his heart). So i call with the nizzles and turn and river shows both spades. OP busto.
Donk wins chipleading pot. OP misses final table with a shot for 10k. OP goes to sleep early that day and wakes up happy to play some PLO CG. End of the story.
I was running my beautiful trail run in the valley since 3 days straight. It feels like it's the factor that keeps everything together in terms of my mind. I also worked a little bit on my handbalancing, since it's a hobby of mine, wich i couldnt do for over four months due to an accident. Ferels just great to be back in balance!
I never felt that strong and free before. Looking forward to make more progress in the next couple weeks and months.

UPDATE 24.09.2020:
Played mostly PLO Cashgames during the weekdays, since i‘m still doing the community service. BUT!
Tomorrow is my last day and then i will do some other work for one month before i can focus comepletely on playing mtt‘s.
For now i‘m still grinding cashgames in the morning from 5 a.m to 7 a.m.
And i can only play tournament sessions two times a week cause i want to keep a my balance between my girfriend, working out, mental health and a goid portion of sleep.
This will change in november when i start to trow in 4-5 sessions a week.
RESULTS WISE:
Played a crazy session yesterday night. Was working the whole day, came home, went for the rungood 10km run, took a cold shower and opened up some tables.
Four hours later i found myself on the ft of the 215PKO. Got 9th. after a very lose call, since i‘m a hunter (cashed more than 5th place cause of the boooties. YOLO)
Busted the 215 PLO.
Was still deep in the 215 100k and the 55 70k.
Got 12th or something in the 215 and 2th in the 55 70k.
We were headsup for another 4k. I turned two pairs with j10. He jammed with top pair and rivered the king. Close call. Was kinda rough to work 9h, play the whole night, and then go to work directly. The tournament ended at 7 a.m abd i had to work for the community services at 7:15 a.m. Lolz!
Anyways, i will put in another session saturday or sunday.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE CASH TABLES:
On monday i was having some rice crispies for breakfast, while sitting in the lobby, waiting for some action at 10/20 ( short ).
Shortly after the cards were dealt and i had the honor to play some hands against a four-times braclet winner Brian Hastings.
( Attention! Bad quality pictures upcomming! )
This was definitly a highlight in my PLO career so far.
Unfortunantly after around 50 hands he had realized that its too hard to play against a maniac and left.
No, i‘m kidding, some people joined and he didn‘t had the fish for himself any longer...
Second highlight was right after.
The table started running four handed, and i had around 45min left to bring in some hands.
I got called on the river holding the nuts. Opponent showed basically air and put me on a bluff. 2800 dollar pot. Yolo!
Next hand i bluffed the river with nutflush-blocker. Same betting pattern, same opponent. I had to gamble, cause he was on tilt, and chances of calling me down were still big. On the other hand it‘s not micros and people are capable of folding rivers. He did, and probably felt very dominated. These spots give you lits of confidence, and i managed to gamble my stack up to 5k in like 30min. Profitting around 4.3k.
Definitly a pretty cool way to start into the week this hot.

Is OP still alive?
OP actually had some hard times. But he surprisingly managed to get over it!
Here‘s a quick update about why i stopped being active in this forum and why i decided to post again:
My plan of playing MTT’s full time by the end of 2020 wasn‘t going to plan. I had problems keeping a good balance between my relationship, sports and poker. But my relationship to my GF was what really made me struggling for the first half of this year. We had a lot of differences wich caused a lot of fights. This further caused a bad mindset. I don‘t know about you, but in general i do not play any poker when i feel stressed out.
So this kept on going for months, and i barely played any hands.
I also felt that i might lose myself over time, if nothing changes. But you can‘t really choose whom you fell in love with, right?!?
By the end of june this story came to an end and we took different ways to go for in the future.
After that i took a monthly break to regain momentum in life, and get back to myself. I went on long hikes with my dog, took cold baths at some mountain rivers and made a ton of workouts on a daily base.
On the 23.07.2021 i turned 30 years old. My goal was to be back on my mental state till this date, and then fire up some tables again and get this thread back alive!
What else?
After years away from Pokerstars, they are finally back in switzerland!
So i left WPN and go back to Stars.
Rakeback is still close to not even mentionable. But damn i missed to dynamics of the PLO Zoom pool and also the tournaments available are just insane if youre used to play on BCP.

Basically i just wanna share some funny stories and of course some results.
The goal of this thread was to make 10k and buy myself a new epic rice cooker. Due to my insane luck in life i managed to finish the challenge on the second day...
So let me know if you have some cool ideas to give this thing a new focus.

OP might be the whale in this lineup!
Came home from my workout and a little walk with my dog, took a shower and a snack, and shortly after, don’t know what happend, but i found myself at the 530 bounty builder with Apestylez and WizardofAz to my left and some swedish highstakes crusher to my right.
I managed to mincash and then i took a flip for the flight.
I‘m back at stars since three days and it looks like all the meta has really changed towards these knockout tournaments.
I would consider myself a bad reg at this format in terms of knowledge about the theorie. But even the sunday million was changed to knockout format.
In my opinnion it makes totally sence to put in the hours right now and focus on studying the theorie behind progressive knockout tournaments.
After the review of yesterdays session i found a lot if really high equity spors where i should have played differently cause of the bountys in play.

I wasn‘t in the mood to play a ton of volume yesterday. Just wanted to play some timbeys and enjoy the game as much as i can, having fun hunting some bootys.
Therefore i played a handfull of those bountybuilders.
Beside i was waiting for the PLO500 zoom pool to start running.
Btw, it‘s crazy how tjis dynamic has changed. Three years ago when i was playing on stars, you could play ZOOM500 any day, any time. Now we were waiting for like 3 hours to play in a pool with 7 people.
Where are the players who are winning a tournament on sunday, and then joining the zoom500 pool on monday to blast off half their roll?!?
Whatever. I had a bunch if interesting hands. One in particular, wich i‘m gonna show you later when i‘m home.
Overall we played only a couple hundred hands and finished off with a small profit, after losing two stacks in the last 5min of the session
So to say, i had a great day with lots of really interesting spots and a especially very much of fun! I just love to be back on the grind, putting in the hours, and playing some cards!
