If opponents are playing "wild" and just bluffing a lot, you simply call down with decent value or raise with nut low. This works because their range is too wide. But I'm sure you've probably had this response a million times already.
If you're complaining about the times when you played higher stakes and you could call people down with 7-10 high, you need to re-evaluate your poker game. Calling down people with T-high or hero calls in general isn't where you make money in poker. Taking people to value town is your bread and butter, simple as that.
