I know how you feel about online poker. I am struggling to be successful online, I know I am like a dinosaur, from the casino. I know I can beat it, but I have to actually commit to working hard at it. Poker has always been recreational for me, for fun. If I want to win I need to earn it.

Online is tough, bots are hard to beat, good players are hard to beat, even bad players can be hard to beat. On live, you get much more info, and it indeed, is more real poker, then on online.

There are probably a lot of good live players that cant beat online, and vise versa.
It takes almost lifetime to get good on both.

I just finnished on 3-4th on mtt, and thats about time i have now to donate on poker. Good sessions.
Freaking variance call, it was correct but by the slightest margin was my last hand.
99 on btn, raise 3-4bb 2 callers. Flop
632, 2clubs. SB Shove, BB shove, i call
Sb shows K6o, BB shows A4s (flushdraw+gutter).
River flush card. SB was shorter then me so i finnished before him.
Both were kind of short stacks so i decided to call, most likely will drop the shortest stack eather way and get more money, if im lucky ill drop even BB, i felt i was ahead, but not by much. And on worst case i drop 4th, what is not bad.

I rarely play cash online, since they upped rake, it just frustrates to see how your money goes away even when playing correctly, but winning small.

Did also play cash session for 15mins, 1 hand bothers.

I was betting gutshot+top pair on omaha pl4, other was making fast calls (flush draw possibilities on board). And after turn quick call, and rivered third club, made a bet.
It was 2.2 on 5 pot. I called with straight, turned over flush. Its really hard to face the fact that straight is no good there, but i need to get my head around it, if im gonna win.

Other then that hand session was good.

Streaming is also infact the most profient way to become succesful online, rake has been upped so much, that ive expirienced playing good game, just few mistakes there and there (it used to win a lot). And i still loose, nowdays to win at online, got to play tight, since rake, ofcourse mtts specially, raising with rags nowandthen is winning tactic, but on cash games, raising with rags is just a lot of risk, since players tend to be tilted you play against, and fold nothing. Ofcourse there are spots, but rarely, even on cash.

I tend to go nowdays really low stakes, dont mess with my head if i loose.
And games are softer, rake is smaller. Its a true grind online, so winning should not be first in mind. Since rake, and smaller edge, wins are kind of rare, specially on mtts. I have expirienced playing 4 days about break even, and win good win 5th day, then play breakeven for like 10days. So breaking even really should be embraced.

Just came from work, exhausted always on weekend. If ill play today, it will be late mouse stuff, gonna see a friend and go sauna.

I won 1 mtt, and cashing out on 3, 2 still going. Did 2-3 that did not cash in, but win was a nice. Havent won one in 2 weeks.

Played omaha cash this morning, had really stupid (well not really, but a stupid still) hand, where i played QT top 2 pair QT3 2suits flop to all in with 50bb deep.

Two pairs in omaha really go down in value, on 4way+ pots, had same hand with flush draw against me, and rightfully lost to flush on turn.

Other then that mostly good session, if i got time ill hit mtt session later tonight. Got to do my work stuff now.

Been doing good online, cant play live now since i have yoga when tournament would start.
Just dont have any energy to play right now, played 2 short sessions earlier, gonna probably play 1 later. Just lost 1 client because this covid thing.

I have been winning past 4 sessions, not much, but 1 mtt win, some cash wins, some sng wins. And glad with that.

I will be waiting till i feel like it, hope to hear from you peeps. I love other poker players, no-one understands us, but us.

Had start session where i found leak with betting top pair good kicker too small on flop, had 3 way pot and 1 peep hanging on with gutshot, that hit river. It was badbeat yeah, but also nice leak found.

Now playing mtt session, took 4 hours approx, was losing first 2 hours, now i grabbed 1 win, 3 cashes, and 2 mtts still going. Had 2-4 mtts that ended up without a prize.

Love tournament poker, gonna be resting after these, and got some work tomorrow and prepare for that.

Thanks once again for all you peeps being my poker support, i have had very much better success since i started keeping this thread.

Playing short cash+spin format session to clear out some small bonuses.
Really good session today, now gotta just keep it up, and not let my game slip.
Breaks are really nececcery, and gonna have a nice break after this 6-7hour session.

Im stuck like couple bi:s today, and i deserve it. I still lack good folding capabilities on omaha cash, now gonna go instruct a yoga class. Ill be making music, and playing later today.

We have to remeber that most players are losing constantly, winning awarded quite rarely, bad play punished almost always. I think winning poker is breaking even most of time, some wins, maybe 1-3 a week, just to maximize on those days is really important. And keeping losses to minium (breaking even dosent sound so bad here).

Yoga was good, i was afraid that i have to pay people back, and they will quit.
But only 1 customer, other customers said, they are bored as hell, just staying home, its nice to have something new, and they said they feel very much better after yoga. And i feel good because of that, it is not easy thing to instruct good yoga.

Im gonna do 3-6hour session later. Mostly mtt me thinks. I was like 6th on one sites leaderboard on omaha earlier, might grind that too a bit, and do a sng or two.
First nutrition, probably cs with friends, maybe yoga etc. Late mouse gets the cheese has been written somewhere, and i think it fits poker, your brain dosent wake up till its late, and games are softer, the later it gets.

I was just making olive, blackbean, spinach vege pizza. Once heard that healthy food cant be good for you, i disagree.

I went to cooking school for 3 years, i was thinking about poker, and cooking, they are quite similiar.

On poker your cooking your story, you want others to belive that your story is legit, your dinner is good. Once they notice you as good cook, they wont even notice when you do some mistakes, and food aint excellent. Haha, dont know, i tought its funny idea.

Ok here i go, its time for mtt grind.
Started with a beat, and a cooler. Had 2 nice days on mtts, guess its time for this again.

learned something,
played 50% of time really good.
I have cutten down losses, but i found out again, that im not great as i think.

Glad that i cut the losses, but i could again have won, if i played better. I had money in couple times really stupid. KT top pair against AT, deep stack shove... whyyy...

Etc. Guess it was time to find leaks again. Losses kept quite small, but really played bad this session. Good that i have other stuff to do tomorrow. Think i might played so much that i cant do it properly now.

As for couple past days still winning, not big. But atleast winning, and i dont really deserve to be after this session.

Gonna finish these tourneys, then take a break for rest of day.
