Nice to get message from you parson!
Im bit fatigued still over earlier session, poker can be tough as weightlifting, or speedrunning. It really takes a lot of energy to focus on poker a lot.
My friends hands started to shake on live games yesterday, i noted, you havent eaten before you came right. He said, i have eaten 1 egg today.
Fasting can be good sometimes, but poker is activity that takes too much energy, for to be fasting same time, for long period.
And sometimes its really hard to eat, since people who play semi pro, or pro, usually do athletics too. Yoga is a lifesaver in this part, savasana practice makes you rest enough.
Yoga tho is not easy practice to follow, but benefits are very nice.
Still been taking break since last session, it was good, so its always good to keep longer breaks after good sessions. As finnish poker pro, who i admire on his skills on the game.
(Q high calls on river, against 6high) Patrik Antonius has said, it was good to start playing for him, only when he feels like it.
This has been very good advise for me, i sometimes tend to start play too much marathons, and end up with bad result. Now ill just wait till i have eaten good, i feel that i have energy, then go.
Love that im getting to do my work again, it reflects that poker goes much better too, since i get back my income, i felt i had to play so much, because i lost a lot of work.
Poker did help, but it also fatigued me a lot, close to burnout.
Now ill continue careful, avoid marathon sessions.
Ya it works out real nice to use many sites, also on mtts you need sometimes very diffrend kind of tournaments too, so you have selection.
Think im gonna play mtt+omaha cash+sng session later, but now ill just eat and rest.
