How to plan How to plan

Hi fellow 2+2ers.

So I recently got back into poker, and I'm trying to plan in my day now in a way that's going to get me to live healthier and become a better poker player.

I have a job on the side so I don't care about the variance of the game. Question though, what's the best way to go about this?.. I wanted it to look something like..:

10:00 Wake up, go for a run, breakfast, shower etc.
13:00 Check forums whether I got some feedback on some hands I posted from
session, watch 2 poker video's.
15:00 Grind grind grind...

Well, you got the idea.

Does anyone have any tips about things that have to get planned in there [obviously regarding poker]?
