Lol, IF i were to go to the GOMAD progress It would cost 8$ a gallon for milk over here (IM DEAD serious). Well thats if 2 Liters of Milk= Half a gallon? Because I bought 2 Liters of milk for 4$ just recently because of someone giving me some logic and saying health comes first and the extra money shouldn't be a problem. yes, like swedish house mafia.. they are pretty badass.. youtube has a lot of hour long or so mixes that transition all the songs well and play a wide variety, its very nice.

Cali seems nice, i live in FL.. it sucks here the live games are pretty juicy but I party too much to save up a roll.. soon i will stop lol

I think cali is all hype, I only like it here because of my family. Everything is over hyped if you don't have much money I think moving around from a first world country to another first world country there won't be a huge significant. I could be wrong though! seems like wherever the person lives they always think its better somewhere else (myself included i always thought canada looks like its the nuts). Live games have lower buy ins or minimal 200?

** A HUGE STEP FORWARD!!

I'm Going to pick "1" main problem, and work with it until I feel like I've gotten much better at it and keep switching around when the other one becomes a problem

I will always have this saved so I can always go back and see what is the big picture, the things I have to improve.

Check out: Erik S. on 2+2 forums in the cash games coaching thread (mental game coach) great guy he gave me an hour free (does this for everyone just to give him a chance), I really am considering him but will have to talk with Gordon as I do feel like this is problem, and if I slowly fix my mentality it will only get better. I still have a lot to learn in terms of poker+mentality. Theres so much I have to do, but I need to approach everything one by one, just like how I approached poker, it took me a long time to realize that the reason why I hit that
breakeven state is because I tried to hard to overload myself and learn everything which equals **** quality. Learning things one by one working one by one (doing gordons homework) THATS why doing the "homework" is so damn effective because your tackling every problem ONE by ONE. THATs why HU mastermind is SO DAMN good and it becomes a quality course. Anyways I been thinking it over, wondering why I play so less, why I make so much excuses. I wrote down every main problem I have, theres a reason why I had so little volume last month, I can't just go from 100 solid hours (which I'd like to mention after Gordon helped me get through the downswing I played my A-game everytime), to 200 hours of A-gaming. Thats double the work and thats super overload and just too much damn pressure for me.

I'd rather be playing 130 hours of quality instead of 180 hours of mediocre bull****. Being able to write all of this down and just vent and made me realize that my January goals are beyond ******ed its going for quantity over quality. Now thats still not a good enough excuse for my embarassing amount of hours (due to these bottoms faced below that just makes me seem so damn scared to play poker), I've written down my main problems I will be picking 1 main problem venting about it everyday I've had temporary solutions for everything thanks to Gordon's course(I usually speak VERY highly of Gordon's HU Mastermind course, but I do believe his tilt free today course is just a temporary it worked.. JUST FOR TILT though! I hvae so much more mental problems that I have to work on! because like everything everyone has there own way of approaching things one by one.

Lucky me Have so much to work for.

Main problems-

Anxiety why do I feel nervous?

I need to be happy before other people are happy

C-gaming

Trying to hard to get there to fast, when in reality I do believe its slowing me down.

Money

Missing home Family and Friends

Minor Problem:

Stoplossing: When I'm finally ready it will be time to let go of this 1 BI stop loss quit against a reg. I always been afraid of spiraling out of control and not being able to stop,
Plan on stop lossing against regs for BIs I will probably make it a 3 BI stop loss, then 5 BI stoploss, then slowly until surely where stoploss doesn't even exist

So obviously these are all VERY big problems and the winner for the one I want to tackle first will be...

HAPPINESS!!!!

Homework for HAPPINESS DUE TOMORROW!:

Go out for breakfast and try to speak to girls/waitress when ordering food in khmer. (I always get a damn good laugh when they give me a weird look because my accent is so bad) I usually ask my cousin how to say it before I say it.

Play 1 Game of Heroes Of Newerth, I really thought hard about what makes me happy, its when I play games with my friends and I really **** around and do dumb **** while playing with them.

Dinner with FRIENDS & COUSIN: I've been doing this once in a while, but going to try to make this happen everyday its the ****ing nuts because it makes me keep a smile on my face and a day to continue on and wanting days like this frequently .

Go to a park and scream at the top of my lungs: I feel like i've lost my freedom for such a long time, being able to do something this dumb will be able to make me feel like I've gotten some of my freedom back.

Skype with one of my friends(or if I find someone on the BPC forums who want to babble random bs with me) P.S : IM ****ING AWKWARD at first, give me some time im still not use to this forum thing/ really communicating with people online (my friends also say im very awkward but its a good type how that even exists? I DON'T KNOW!!). EVEN when I've known Gordon for quite a while still when I talk I know I talk very awkward sometimes when I'm with him, I'm trying to change that its definitely gotten a lot better then before. I use to **** bricks before I talked to Gordon, and was more in Fear (Gordon use to scare me because all he use to do was yell at me, I'D LIKE TO ADMIT Though that really shaped me up and improved me a ton as a person! Still I know I'm damn awkward on skype with people I don't know /the forums). As you may notice I'm much more open as of late during this new years I've always talked personally, but I always tried to talk formal before and not really try to have fun with anything. This is how I really am and this is how I really talk, I'm not some robotic person who always talks formally that's no where near close to my personality. I like to talk about random bull**** I like ****ing around with people, and really tricking and messing with people in a friendly way of course, and don't mean to do any serious harm to anyone's life sometimes I do cross that line. If I sound like a little immature kid who curses too much well.. tough that really is what I am a Kid who really likes to **** around and do STUPID things. It's probably what I will always be outside of the poker world. I once had a much different approach in poker (strictly staying serious), you cant approach poker in that way you need to joke around live life and be happy. How am I going to be happy if more then 50% of the time I don't act the exact way I actually am, Yeah I have good intentions I want to do good things for people, but damn I need some me-time some doing dumb things and really enjoying life time. Anyways long vent about how my personality really is, I want to be doing this for 30 MINUTES (TALKING ONLY ABOUT STORIES/ THINGS that really make me smile and laugh, WILL BE AFTER MY POKER SESSION).

Florida- where old people go to die.

Buy-ins vary from place to place, Florida is just jammed full with old, retired men and women who just want to go play for fun. A lottttttt of easy money out there.

About the anxiety do feel it when you are up for the day? I remember I used to get really nervous when I was up for the day after the first 2 sessions and usually didn't play anymore session because of it.

What helped me get passed that was only checking results at the end of the day. That way I don't know where I am at profit-wise and just play for my expected hourly rate.

Although I can imagine it is much more difficult headsup cause you probably know how much you are up or down despite checking results.

I am sure experience and bankroll will get you passed this. I bet now that you started nl200, playing nl100 doesn't tilt you much at all.

I live in the Tampa area(Palm Harbor). Alot of the old people play limit. And alot of them smell and play really slow. They also play early in the day. Still a great poker state though.

Stop saying you can't keep track of calories. Go to www.myfitnesspal.com and plug in what you're eating or as close as you can find and estimate it at very minimum until you have an idea of how many calories you're getting per day. You also need to find your maintenance level of calories you need and eat a surplus. Go to the gym as everyone has already said.

Just get online and do some research on nutrition and fitness. You need to be at a caloric surplus tho if you want to gain weight and you need to be lifting if you want to put on muscle rather than just fat. You should also be keeping track of your macros(at the very minimum a good estimate)...so you should know about how much fat/protein/carbs you're getting everyday and you should have a target amount and try to achieve that everyday so you can put some weight on.

You are massively underweight for your height. I'm 6'0 and weigh 75lbs more than you.

Can't you go to a meat market or something and get some lean chicken breasts for reasonably cheap and cook them yourself? I have a hard time believing this doesn't exist in Cambodia.

Do some research, you have no idea what you're talking about and seem to be getting different info from everywhere. There is plenty of good info all over the internet about these topics. The reason most people don't do it despite the fact that there is plenty of info out there that anyone could find and apply....is bc it takes a lot of time, energy, and dedication to get in really good shape, esp if you're extremely fat or skinny.

Would be weird to have a piss bottle, since I sit right next to my cousin and hes on his computer all day. I usually just run up and take a piss when I have no action most tilting thing is when I have action and then I have to piss, I will always play it against fish without saying anything and then reg I say brb pee, if they leave then well whatever .

And no, I don't get the anxiety while I'm up I believe that's winner's tilt I do think I have some form of winners tilt, I think i have a bunch of problems that I am ready to conquer. I get the anxiety right before I play (not as much anymore when I pregame warm up), usually the anxiety lasted for a little then just vanished. Now I feel like I'm not into the game and sometimes just zone out and not A-Game. Although today I have a much different feeling (I would assume its because my happiness is super high will write a bit about it).

Thanks for the link, its pretty awesome I was browsing through it. Well during the lunch time I eat KFC and a lot of fatty foods chips, so I have been adding a good amount of calories in the side and been eating more then usual. Yeah, I still do go to the gym for a small period of time! At this very moment I don't even care at the moment if the fat is muscle or not, I just want to gain weight, so whatever gets the extra weight going in will be awesome. I'll worry about turning that into muscle later.

The foods exist but its so expensive, I DO no exaggerate the prices, IF i were to buy food at the supermarket its relatively expensive(like i said 2 liters of milk was 4$!!) WHY? I asked my cousin multiple times, and he told me its because EVERYTHING is imported from thailand/vietnam so as a result all prices are super ridiculous.

what specific sites should i even be researching from? I don't even know where to start its like its something I have zero experience and im just jumpin in the dark, thats why I was taking everyone's advice and I just got completely lost afterwards and just looked at people whose shown me results.
