Im very satisfied with this goal. I pay a lot of attention to villain and hero betsizes and make one or the other additional bb/100 hands. I also took up enaugh time for doing this and controlled the boards and how other cards on later streets change anything.

Other matters
The chess WM is very interesting. There hasn´t been a winner so far and the games becomes more and more thrilling.

Summary
I learned some new things this week. Im getting better and better in achieving my goals (1) take up time, (2) analysis of the board and (3) paying attention to betsizes. Unfortunately my new computer crush 3 times on friday. I dont like it. So I updated all my software and hope that was the reason. The chess wm is very thrilling. After 6 games Carlsen is in the lead with 4-2.

Day 116 + 117

Goals of the week
I want to add another goal (4) plan the hand for 1 street + take up 2 seconds after making this plan. Planning a hand is a necessity. And the moment where you should do it is the flop (Flop-River). I will add the other streets when I have mastered this goal. My other goals (1) take up time (2) board analysis and (3) paying attention to betsizes should become a normal part of my game and I will also focus on this goals.

I did it well the last days. I also took up enaugh time, analysed the board and payed enaugh attention to betsizes.

Other matters
I already read the 3rd book of "A Game of Thrones" and can recommend it to everyone. The book doesnt have chapters 1,2,3... instead each chapter is written about one character. Its like when you in a film and you are a part of it. Try it.

Are the books only for HU and what topics are talked about?

looks like limped aces, although at this point you should have a clue about villains limping range...

Against an unknown i am not folding top two here, and as he only limped i cant really put him on JTs, maybe JTo would limp I'm not sure.
T6, 56 is very possible too.
He might also very well be raising his draw, so i believe with folding equity added and the times where we are ahead, (9T, 74, T8, QT hands like that) we would be best off raising AI here.

I called in this situation and should shoved any blank turn. That would be the 2nd best play. 3betting the flop is better because villain will call with worse (AA, KK, A9,....) and there are a lot of cards on the turn which will reduce the action. We are ahead vs his range when all the money will be invested on the flop.

Summary
Im satisfied with my learning process. I learn more and more and there are not many spots where I dont know what to do. Next week I will make some plans and structures to attack just regs. Fish will be neglected in december.

Goals of the week
My main goal is too take up enaugh time. I was very successfull the last 2 days and want to have this process as a routine. So I have to practise this again and again. I will also consider betsizes, board analysis and planing the hand. My main focus on limits will be NL400 this week. I will start playing every reg until he leaves or I lost at least 2 buy Ins.

Day 124 + 125

Learning target: take up time
I took up my time and played great. On NL400 I made a bad mistake by not paying attention the stats. I 3bettet crap was a player who dont fold to 3Bets. I observed the betsizes, analysed the boards and planned the hand. All in all I like the last 2 days.

Other matters
I like thrillers so Im looking for new stuff. I prefer thriller with several printed books. So I just started Jack Reacher from Lee Child. The first book is very entertaining and thrilling. He describes the situation as if you are Jack Reacher. I will definetely buy the 2nd books of the the printed books.

I got it. The challenge is over. I needed about 4 month to reach this goal. Im so happy. I would never thought in my dreams to come to reach this goal so fast. Im very proud. When you are disciplinated and have enaugh motivation you can get it. And mostly with structure I got it so fast.

Coaching Project
I just can say thx to gordon. Without him I wouldnt get there where Im now. I learned a lot from him. I say thanks again that he choosed me as his student. Im thrilled about on our further cooperation and the next month with him as my coach.

What is next?
I will play NL600 from now. I will start playing Regs mainyl on NL400. I will do this when I have no action. I also got a new job which starts now. So I will just play 1-3 hours daily. My blog will still updated every 2nd day. I hoped you will follow my blog in the future.

What type of job did you get OP? How many hours would it take to make the same/more in a given week in poker at 200-600nl assuming you beat as you have? Are you just doing it to have another type of challenge in your life or whatnot? Amazing progress and results. Really nice.

Yes, they just play HU, sometimes SH. At the moment I concentrate to battle with NL400 regs. So I would guess maybe 50:50.

I cant see the advantage in this. I run under ev. So i try to ignore the ev-graph.

you can do whatever you want. There is enaugh good poker stuff on the market (bpc, ps.de, dc, bluefire, ....).

Goals of the week
Last week I didnt openraise enaugh. So I should do it more often. I also should should use more often the injection logic. When Im angry I forget to use this. I will also pay attention to breaks, betsizes and how fast villain reacts. This week I will try the "evans gambit" in chess in online games.
