Goals of the month
(1) plan the hand In the first half of the day it was very good. In the 2ndPart I played very fast without much planing. I didnt make much mistakes but I lost 50 $ which could be saved by playing slower. Its more important to be the learner than to be the grinder.
(2) instant handanalyse: Not very good again. Have to improve a lot.

Other matters
My cold is not getting worse I can play my game. Ok, in the afternoon my head is not so clear but I dont make any big mistakes and try my best. Since yesterday I play NL200.

I barrelt again and Villain folded. I could easily have a straight and anything else has to fold. I thougt for some seconds.

Summary
Its my best week so far. I hope we can continue this good run. Im very satisfied with my rise to NL200. It was much better than my rise to NL100 und I could win some money. My sinusits is not so easy. I try my best to play so many hands as I can and so good as I can.

You could have it, but it looks as if his range has more straights than yours.
I think most BBs will xC the odd hands like 45s there in your place.
You could xR A5 or K5 (and those, too, might be xCed), and sets and flushdraws.

He, otoh, is on the flop bet-calling precisely all pair+oesd type hands (along with his flushdraws), all the A5 25 35 45 65 75 85 95, which he has more of in his preflop range as well..
When the draws hit, you might make flop made hands fold by the river, and those are sevens there and an odd 2pair. He most likely did have a weaker 7 or a missed FD.

Thanks for your detailed analysis. I think checking is fine and betting is also ok. Its not a clear decision.

Learning target - plan the hand:
I still have problems when fish take my money in a long game. I get impatient and play faster. I make some small mistakes. To beat higher stakes I have get get a clear head and play more slower.

Other matters
I ordered the componenets for my new computer. They will arrive in the next 1 - 2 weeks. Than I can open more rooms and maybe use HEM2 instead of HEM1.

Hey, 5 components of my new computer has already arrived. I hope all other components will arrive until tomorrow so that I can assemble my computer. Yesterday I had a tough day. I was 600 $ down on NL100 vs 1 big fish. He was a maniac and hit everything. I cursed a lot. I tried not to make stupid things and fighted back. Luckily the fish didnt leave the table and I could fight back to end the match with a profit of 100 $.

Summary
Im healty again and have beaten my sinusitis. Next week I will get my last components of my new computer so that I can assemble it next weekend. I had a good week and could improve with my learning goal at the end of the week. I hope and will try everything that this condition will be permanent.

Learning target - take up time
I will change my goal again into tooking up time. I will try my best in improving this goal. I will add another goal after 1 week. Until than I will try to count until 3 before I make any decision. The decision are made by intuition.

I got the last components for my new PC. Now I watch some videos how to assemble a new computer. I also ordered two new thriller books (Lisa Gardner and Lee Child). When I like the first book of the series I will order the rest. If you have any recommedation please let me know.

Summary
I had no time to post yesterday because I had to assemble my new computer. I sata-cable is missing so I had to order it on amazon and can finish with assembling my computer on tuesday or wednesday. My week was ok, I could learn some new things and had my main focus on taking time. I did it better than I thought and will have this goal one more week. I just had 1 coaching last week with gordon. I want more because Im an learn addicded person. It was ok that I had just 1 coaching because gordon was on travel but I want more.

Nothing has changed. I took up enaugh time for thinking. When I feel bad I make a short break of 5 minutes to calm down and to analyse myself.

How do I learn the most when I have coachings? I mark all the hands where I dont know how to play or which Im interested. Then I ask Gordon how he would play the hand vs an unknown villain. All this things will be written down in an extra sheet. Before I start a session I always check it.
