You get the bill from the electricity company and then u have around 10 days to pay. The bill looks roughly like a shopping-receipt and it has a barcode. The 7/11-Shop can use their normal scanner for that (if it dont works because the bill is too crumpled, they enter the codes manuely). The hole thing needs a few seconds and then u just pay it with cash (or credit card) and receive your receipt for it, so no big thing. Just dont forget to pay, otherwise it could be, that u receive no more warning/reminders and they just cut off the power and then it need some time to get it back...).

Thats the usual way for foreigners with long-term rentals, if you only rent shortime (or if the landlord or the rent-agency want to make some extra money) then its more like as a hotel, but u have to pay a higher price for that service (I wouldnt say scam for it at all, its just normal to have worser conditions for shorter rents...).

forget one point, I think for this smaller rooms its more unusal that a foreigner rents that for a longer time and so the conditions in the ads are more for shorter rents, just see it as a negotiation thing, say u think about to stay longer and that u expect the 4 baht price for that.

Basically I'm happy with the way I played, although my EV and the redline suffered a little bit towards the end. I'm pleased with my W$WSF of 46,6 and W$WSF Rating of 1,09. Not so long ago my W$WSF was always under 40, which basically indicates huge flaws in ones game. Been able to identify these flaws and improved my game a lot since then. Also playing just 2 Zoom tables significantly boosted my focus and therefore my winrate.

Why you not get the money hand 2? Misclick?

Well, usually (I know it's PLO10 and everything is possible with these guys) when you raise there you won't get called by anything other than AK also and chop the pot. By raising, the pot would get significantly bigger and therefore more rake would be taken out of the pot, which is then in 99% of cases chopped. You should probably take a note on guys, who do this minraise moves. I mean whoever does this might be capable of calling another click-back-raise also. So, I might have lost some value. Didn't even think about it that much at the time, I was pretty much sure he had AK with nothing else, that he wanted to wait for a save river. It's not, that it isn't ok to click it back there, but there are a lot of people who are just dumb enough to pot raise it again and let Stars put the rake-fist in even deeper.




This guy is a NIT with all his heart and soul. He's definetly taking it to the next level. If this guy raises me at any point of the hand, it might be a wrap, that I'm leaving the pot pretty soon. On the other hand sucking out on somebody like this is absolute bliss tho.

So I have to make a very sad update and anouncement:

Yesterday I got very very drunk and got the invincible-high on a lot of coke and decided to cash in my liferoll on Stars and play PLO500 with it. To make a long story short, I lost all of it and I'm absolutely devastated right now.



I'm here for greatness and not for that degen-loser-****!!! To be fair, I have to say funny-degen-loser-****. Because as we know, most degen stories are, although they have a sad outcome, very funny while they actually happen. Met with a good buddy of mine the other day (the one I mentioned in my original post, who introduced me to PLO) and we had such a blast talking about our and foremost his old degen stories. I literally cried laughing. He had some really big heaters in the past on Stars and with his degen bankroll management he played PLO 5K with 30k or so in his account, which he made in 3 days or so after he cashed in 200 bucks. So he played 4 tables 5k PLO 6max and got absolutetly murked by these guys. He ran really bad, got the money several times in pretty good and got sucked out for all his money that night. He's a guitar player and from his last heater before that, he cashed out some money before actually losing everything again and bought himself two guitars. And that night, where he busted his 30k roll after the last big pot he lost he took one of the guitars and swung hit his monitor (which he also bought from his last upswing) right off the table, hitting it several times on the ground completely destroying it and the guitar (which was worth like 2k or so haha). I mean I wasn't there when it actually happened, but the way he told me that story and the images in my mind of him doing it just killed me. Oh, and don't leave mary-jane out of the equation. Man we laughed so hard, my face hurt for hours. These stories are pure gold, they will crack me up until my last breath.

So I didn't play a lot on saturday, maybe 150-250 hands. Sunday session was a bit longer, but not very succesful. Just couldn't really get a groove going. When you have a W$SD% of 42, there is nothing much you can do. At least I sucked out some of those mother****ers in 4bet pots, when they just call me with their crap and flop the nuts on me like it's nothing. Made some bad plays myself also, you know when you run bad and suddenly you suspect everybody to be bluffin. So I took a lil beating, but whatever. Like JNandez said in one of his latest videos "You can't win every battle". And it's important to lose the minimum in those sessions, because in PLO you can lose so much so fckn fast.

Not sure if I am just missing it, but when are you going to Cambodia? I want them hooker stories man! I haven't paid for pussy in a while and I want to live vicariously through you.
