Hi Everyone, whats good?

Really enjoyed poker since the first time I played (much like all of you I imagine) and at this point I'd really like to give it a shot and see if I can acquire what it takes move up the stakes and become an accomplished reg . I'm not really gunna put a tonne of pressure on myself to try and become like a 500nlz reg in 3 months (lol) or whatever but sure it would be cool to get there one day. I also wanna drive across america at some point and thought it would be cool to swing by a bunch of casinos along the way and crush - like some sort of welsh ('english' to you yanks) cowboy so yeah I figured lets learn cash from the ground up and try n get there Kinda tough to show up somewhere and suggest we play 6max hypers (no hate). I wanna make this thread to motivate me and would like to invite and encourage everyone here to join me on this journey So please contribute when you can! will post 5 days/week (sunday-thursday most likely) hand histories and graphs!

Tiny bit about me; I'm a 22 year old Business graduate from South Wales (Studied in Bristol). I just landed a professional job maybe 3 months ago and I'm really enjoying it working with great people in a great environment. I have a wonderful girlfriend who's a little older than me (ya toyboy-in' it!), I spend most of my weekends with her maybe 3/4 of the month, oh yeah - and I really love physics, training & architecture!

I wanna aim for 5bbev/100k sample before considering moving up stakes and 80khands/month should be realistic once(if) I'm comfortable 4 tabling but for now lets shoot for 40k

To conclude;
5bbev/100
40khands/month
Study/Learn/Contribute as much as possible!
Be Happy!

We shall start at 5nl zoom!

Graph thus far below (trailed being a station for first ~8k hands feelsbadman) HH to follow! Glgl everyone!

    Fold out all of his bluffs obvi - thought I could maybe get it in with an overpair (maybe TT/JJ possible at these stakes given no 3b pre?) - would a small re-raise and jam turns be more viable? I think calling then checking is pretty bad here and calling and leading looks super strong and I'm only likely getting called OTT by hands that would've called a flop 3b-Jam anyways? My justification is that generally people don't CR wet boards like this light at these stakes (even though perhaps they should) and are kinda calling stationy, still I'm only likely getting it in against sets (could totally have 88 or 55 here - blocking 66 as played flatting pre) or bigger flush draws atleast some of the time against a competent opponent. - thoughts?

      I don't love a flat here but I remember MP being super agro albeit over a small sample (~55/44 20hands). I think flop call is standard and when checked to I don't necessarily think that betting here is great as I feel some of his floats will contain Ax, unless we intend to bluff K/T rivers given we block QJ, possibly most non club rivers too as he cant have a flush with a legitimate A (AxQc/Jc/Tc etc, which is a real possibility which would call flop & turn) & thus I like my river bet when checked to - Hard to call with Ax here as MP IMO. - Input?

      For the last hand I would just check turn & river and take our showdown value. Your play is fine if villain is folding all the Kx/Ax to a river bet but I probably won't try against random 5nl donk
