Bet $801 to win $729 Cleveland x Celtics... only because Lebron is Lebron. Its kinda big bet for me... its been a long time since I don't make any sportbets, I think might be the 1st of the year.

Its not the best move for me do this bet given my debts/bankroll situation, but its Monday and I want bet. Its fun how it feels few minutes before the game... amazing !

Im felling the unluckiest guy in the world... losing 35k last week hurt me. Not the 1st, not the last, but hurts...

Also yesterday guy 3betting 55% took lots of money from me, makes me pissed when I lose doing the right things and idiots drunk got lucky. Well, few times I was the lucky drunk idiot...as I was driving when this thoughts crossed my mind, I remember 4 times I could be dead, all this 4 times I was driving like an idiot, half of them drunk high stoned etc. From this 4, 3 had lots of potential to kill me or at least get paraplegic...

Im very lucky !!!! I also feel lucky in my personal life/other things, just at gambling I feel very unlucky. But in the most important things Im lucky.. money is nice and important, but not much.

If I lose this NBA bet, I will go gambling more and more. If I win, I take a break and go poker.

44 points, destroyed ! Game finished 111 x 102, 9 points dif , I had -7.0 @ 1.91 odds. Wasn't a hard game at all, during all game diference was always 7-15 points, never below 7, but got a little nervous when became 7 points twice in last quarter. That said, Celtics didn't make 4 dunks, NBA record... if they do just one, I wouldn't win... lucky lucky.

Won $730, bankroll now at $10,5k. Great! !! This brings some sportbets thoughts...

- I like betting big because its maximum hapiness and maximum amount of money ! I almost bet $1,8k, crossed my mind betting half of my roll , but in the end just $800 because if lose doesn't hurt much. Damn ****, Im betting to WIN, shouldn't think about losing...... But that mindset that lead me to homeless status.

Most guys I know bet ridiculous small like a nit bet $200 with $30k bankroll. theres 2-3 guys I know that likes betting big... Off course this 2-3 guys are broke like me... Im trying change to get better at this gambling carrer, and thats why I bet only $800. I won, its nice, it was fun game to watch and even better winning money, but if I had bet $5k would be 1000x better. And now I have that stupid felling ''could be better...''

- Im trying to have a normal routine and trying to sleep 2am wake up 10am... Here its almost 10am after NBA game and Im going to sleep lol. Imagine those people who have a job... like, a job. Poker Session Review

- skill game. 8/10. Really solid moves, paying attention everything. One small, but important change I made at my pre flop game. Now my ranges are stronger and I can cbet more and don't have to fold so much post flop. This games have so many fishs, so I want be in most pots possible, but I think I was trying that way too much. My results playing lag style (over a huge sample size) are the best, but Im confident its possible to be even beter than this... Thats why Im making small changes.

Today , everytime I got lucky I played perfect/no mistake and they did mistakes (betting in wrong spots, for example) and when I got unlucky they did mistakes (calling wrong hands for ex), and even when I made ''wrong'' calls at river, it was the best decision . I like a lot how I played today.

- mental game. 8/10. Started losing $800 very fast, 0/4 at 1/2 all ins... As a gambler I like rooting for my cards, or just seeing flop after someone bets etc, its fun, but doing this I focus a bit more at lucky stuff ... Im trying to have a mindset that after I bet, whatever happens doesn't matter...obvious Im lyeing to myself, because has lucky involded (even at long term), but w this new mindset Im stronger. Im new at this style...

- results: 4:15 hour, 3,2k hands, won $650, AIEV + $750.

Yesterday I finished the session extremely tilted...

watching Lebron James interview post game where his team lost vs Celtics I noticed his champion aproach when he loses... He could say anything, ''my coach sucks... if I had Celtics coach Id be the champion in 2018'' or ''wtf Green... '' or ''imagine being K Durant... look at his team mates... '' wahtever. Instead, he listed all his mistakes... one or two mistakes were pathetic... he probably tilted like ''wtf how I do this at game so important... Im the best, how I can make this mistake''. He even admited 1-2 mistakes were because he wasn't paying much attention. Man, he is Lebron James killing this playoffs... and he says about his mistakes. its Lebron James, 2nd best player ever, and he isn't THE best because the 1st is Michael Jordan...

Imagine Lebron mindset playing poker... his skills is the best, and his mindset is also top. Again, its obvious, nobody became the best in a compettive league like NBA with only skills... but seeing him , while Im complaining because I run bad... like, **** off, just play at Lebron level... and even then, you should think about how you could improve, not about the river, or your team mate who sucks. He is abig inspiration for me.

Also GS Warriors, the best team, espn comentarist said ''GSW is coming even stronger today, because after losing they always come back better''. If I was GSW, Im always weak after losing...

- skill game 6/10. Im going to be more hard with my rates from now. A 5 now could be a 7 lastg week.

- mental. 7/10. As I wrote above, could be a 8 or 9.

I lost one big pot at zoom, and instead start 3betting, I just closed the zoom and focus on normal games. SOLID .

- results: 5hours, 4,4k hands, won $800, AIEV + $800.

1/2 is full of bad players, I should have 16-18evbb. I can't even believe how easy is this game, and I can't understand why I only have 10evbb. maybe Im doing some mistakes that Im not aware or just cold run in setups vs this idiots.

Today I played zoom, I usually hate zoom, but action was slow , I see lobby is full of regs worst than me, and I took a shot... I like what I saw and Im going to be playing zoom too.

After going broke I made goals, 200k hands in 6 weeks. But I was just desperate trying to win back the money I lost and few days later I made realisct goals, 50k hands after I got busted (14th May) and 100k hands next month. Basically, keep doing what I was doing last months: 100k hands, enough to have a good profit, and still being able to do many other things.

I already played 45k hands since 14th May, and probably will be playing around 60k hands .

Last time I wrote that Id be more ''picky'' with my rates... 9/10 is extremely high rate, and the only reason its not a 10 its because I got pissed/sad for running so bad. I think to be 10 mindset need to achieve a mode that the results really doesn't change my hapiness. There was a 30min spam where everything went wrong... The peak was 1 outer top full vs quads against big fish. By the way, its the 2nd day in a row I got 1outed in big pots... yesterday I didn't even wrote about it because following Lebron James mindset trying not complain and focus on get better, but 2 days in a row have to say lol. btw Lebron killing game 6 playoffs conference final... no surprise, but he is just too sick.

- results... I wrote all above wthout seeing results. I think I lost big... 1/2 everything went wrong, if I lose less than 1,5k Im ok. I imagine I lost between 1,5k-2,5k.

after watching HM... 4:05 hours, 3,1k hands, lost $350, AIEV + $900. Seems I played really good. 0 spew plays, pay attention everything ... I killed at small/medium pots. losing 350 today feels like a win.

Since the busto day (14th may), I played 49k hands, 9 sessions and ALL sessions I got positive AIEV ! Im killing, but running VERY bad. Im winning $1,5k with $6k AIEV, the real bad run is at non ev stuff... this 1outers etc. Im not complaing, Im just... no, Im complaing, obvious Iam lol. Acording to 850k hands sample size my AIEV should be at $7,5k.

Its very mean/sad/cruel run this bad especially after going busto... ya deck is mean and doesn't have a heart, doesn't chose when run bad, but still...

Anyway, Im extremely confident and motivated to play more this weekend. If running so bad I still winning $1,5k... kinda felling invencible at this **** stakes... (in before I lose $3k tomorrow , lol... hope not)

By the way, GSW going for the 7 game @houston... today was game 6, GSW could be knocked out, and in the end of 2nd quarter GSW was losing by 12 points and it was a real chance they losing... ****, they are the gsw !!!! best nba team ever... would be cool to hear what they talk during interval... - skill game. 5/10 I did some amazing plays, one special move, overall strong plays, but still, I don't like how I played... I think I played previsible in small pots...

Also made 1 or 2 mistakes at 0.5/1 going all in too light pre vs a gambler... By the way Im not playing very good at 0.5/1... small pots, not focus 100%, often I see a $30 bet and Im like ''whatever, 30... '' but damn its 30bbs !!! its a big bet! need more focus on this !

- mental game. 4/10. Lost 4 pots $500 each and got annoyed/pissed... I actually reacted well and didn't make any mistake, was focus hard to don't destroy my own game, and it worked, but damn... I was winning big and I was pissed lol.


My tilting situation started with my failed bluff.. I think my play was perfect, have to be spew sometimes to be balanced, but villain seems to be tilting... he had the nuts, at least I didn't got hero called, which would be more tilting lol.

- results. 9:30 hour, 7,4k hands, won $4,5k, AIEV + $2,9k. Finally a big session for me ! I was confident before this session, but if lose today and 2-3 more losing days, would feel like a fish lol. key moment to have a big day .

Games today were amazing... last 2-3 days weren't that good, today was really really good with tons of fishs and many tables running. Played a bit at zoom and looks very easy too... I had so many options that I didn't know what I should play, because everything was so sweet.

From last days, the worst rates I gave myself was on the day I had the best result winning $4,5k with $2,9k. Variance is huge... have to keep this in mind and just try do the best possible . Never get tired to say this...

Today Sunday was last grinding day in this month, time for month review !!!

I wasn't writing blog when May started, didn't write here any goals... I started May with a nice bankroll, won $18k in April and was close to make a ''big'' cashout, plan was play 100k hands at 0.5/1 1/2 for the last time before go travel and play 1/2-3/6 when back home.

But it was a disaster. 1st week I lost $27k in 1 day gambling destroying all my liferoll, friend gave me $5k, I double up gambling, but lost it all and lost another $10k loan... worst day for the month -27k, 2nd worst -20k, best day was around +10k. Took 1week break from everything, focus on not doing the same mistakes again. Got another $10k loan and in this 2nd 10k bullet its when I re-started writing blog , around May 14th.

One important thing I always forget... while Im losing big, like $5k or more in a day, its painful, but I have to remember its just painful during few minutes, later will be like nothing hapenned, its just money... next time Im losing $10k in 1 day hopefully I remember this and don't burn more.

Im going to review only counting since May14th, because everything that happenned before I burned

So, my goal since May 14th was 50k hands at 0.5/1 1/2 with good plays and no tilts and no gambling. At 1st I wrote that my goal was 70k hands and 130k hands in June to ''compensate'' for my gambling mistakes. I wanted to recover fast, erase my mistakes, but what is done is done, and I have to deal with the fact I will have to wait to go travel a few more months than my initial plan. And playing massive amount of poker isn't enjoyable... better play a bit less, enjoy playing and still have time to do many other things !

I didn't made goals in $$ results, but in my mind was win around $7k .

results

I played 75hours, 62k hands, and won $6,5k with AIEV at +$10,2k. Good results, but could been better if I didn't do few mistakes both at skills and mindset.

11 sessions won 6, lost 5. In ALL 11 sessions I had positive AIEV. It shows that Im very solid, but its also a bit of coincidence/lucky in non AIEV stuff and also because I play long sessions with 6k hands average per session.

- skill game for the month is 6/10 and mental is 5/10. There was days that my mindset was at peak 10 10 , but some other days was really weak. In the end my game was getting sharp and my mind stronger.


I failed at ''no gambling'' goal, but this time I got lucky (remeber Im only talking about May 14th when I got a new roll). I won $1k at sports and $4k casino. I cashout all this gambling money to my life roll because was broke , I mean, for real, total broke.

My money situation at this moment is good. I have $16,1k poker roll, and enough money in the bank to live 2months, maybe 10 weeks maximum. debts are $21,7k total debt, but with $16k poker roll Im not that far from paying all.

This month I did a simple but very annoying teeth surgery, couldn't do anything (not even eat !) for 1 week, and now its all good. Still have 3-4 sessions at dentist, boring, but easy.

About sports, I went to gym 6x week, but missed 1 week due surgery.

Running... For the few guys who read this blog, I love running, but Im terrible !!! This month I started following a coach program and was improving, but 10 days without running due dentist ****ed my progress... Im going to re-start . I did run ~10 times this month. Just for taking 10 days break, its incredible how my body lost progress...

I bought a really sick running watch Garmin, that **** does everything !!!!!! Im excited to run !!

- 100k hands poker, no tilts, play best possible, if do mistakes, don't make things get even worse. don't get pissed with losing days. Hope run good, but if run terrible, part of the game. I expect win around $15k, but $10k is OK, less than $10k will be tilting stuff. Don't forget variance is big and its possible to lose ! (in 9 months playing this games I never had a month below $12k ... so... I really don't expect winning less than $10k, but.... you know...).

- no gambling until pay debts. will be easy, but annoying not betting in big events... NBA finals, soccer World Cup...

- Pay ALL debts this month. depends on how I run, but its possible.


SPORTS

My plan was bet $1k at GS Warriors to win game 7 @ Houston, but house openned at -5.5 and few houses was giving -6.0... ok CP3 doesn't play, but Iguodala also out, there was a rookie starting for GSW today.... and Rockets still got good players. I decided wait and watch game.

End of 2nd quarter 11 points dif and house giving +2.5 to GSW. I like GSW, Klay, Curry, but not a big fan, so I really want bet at -2.5 Rockets... but other team is GSW, ****ing Warriors !!!! 3rd quarter started and when GSW was losing by 3points I bet $500 at 1.50. Small bet, small odds, but looks easy money... and it was easy. This team is just too strong!!!!!!

Im rooting for Lebron James in the finals, but Im almost sure GSW wins.

Btw I did some small bets this afternoon (its still May and my goals only started next month. lol) , lost $250, so finished the day breakeven. Was losing $1k at worst point...

Theres running 2 goofy tournaments, handball and basketball and only bad teams play, all games has huge handcaps like -45. I love this games and might be betting something on this , but I swear , only until this month ends. Don't plan make any big bets on this... but never know. Should be about even today (losing a bit because rake), but finished + $700. ehhhh better focus on poker !!!

Im betting on StarsBet and my acc is limited to win $300 per bet at goofy tournaments. I asked to increase, but they increased only NBA bets... If I wasn't killing hard at poker Id get a bet365 acc , but right now, best thing to do is keep betting small until Friday, then stop bets and grind poker to pay debts. maybe, just maaaybe do a big bet at NBA finals to speed up the paying debts process.

Btw have $11,5k roll now, paid $5,2k to friend today, my total debts are only $16k now. (5k P2, 10,5K F and 700 P1 ). tl.tr: did 2 health tests at hospital. 1 is important, other is not. I misread result and for a second I thought I got hiv, lol. but until now its all good.

For the few guys who follow this blog might remember I have antibodies in my body that don't let my organism to absorve all B12 vitamin when I eat food. This is not a big deal, some professional athelets have this problem and they can perform 100% and this also doesn't change lifetime spam, its literally not a problem... because I recently found this, Im doing B12 tests each 2-3months to see the best way do suplement.

Today I was scheduled to do B12 test.

Some might remember, last week of last December condom broke while I was ****ing a whore... two doctors said it was basically impossible to me get anything... but I as I said, I don't trust them. I did two tests for all std, 1month and 3month... I was scared during that period, anxiety kicked hard, it was tough weeks mentally to me. Well, after 3month test I got good result, celebrate a lot, amazing !.. all good. And I totally forgot that stuff, being sure I was ok... every doctor and USA hiv guidelines says 3month hiv test is 100% sure.

Until today... I was at hospital already, HIV test is cheap, B12 is already a blood test, doesn't take any more time to do HIV, just few bucks more, lets make HIV test... past months only safe sex so Im not scared anymore... actually, idk why I did this test lol.

BTW, it was on my mind... how I missed that anxiety felling. its hard to explain, I don't like suffer, I don't want have 0,0000000001% chance of getting HIV, but ****, I enjoy the anxiety and suffering a little !!!!! Not in this stuff obvious... Off course its one of the main reasons I love gambling is anxiety and suffering... obvious Im ******. If gambling was only sure bets printing money wouldn't be so fun !

4hours later I go see results... I expect to don't be avaliable, but lets ''just take a look''... green is good, red is bad, left side is HIV, right side is B12. I see the left side first, more important obvious 1st, and RED ! WTF OMG Im dieing ! during 0,5 seconds my heart sank... then I see, they changed the sides and now left is B12. oh god... what a relief... maximum hapinness... HIV result still pending hahahaha.

Btw the B12 is bad result because its actually way above the good levels, which is actually a great news to me - antibodies make B12 level go down... if its higher, in my situation, its good !!!!

I have never see this anxiety/sufferring being fun as I see from this point of view... very nice. I might bet big on 1st NBA game on Thursday. Lets see. NO PAIN NO FUN hahaha. I think this is the reason why I love so much gambling and poker... and I think from now, will be easier deal with bad days at gambling, just think ''you enjoy because suffer is part of it !"

Winning $600 today at sports... my bets results at this moment are small because my Stars acc is limited to $300 usd per bet and Im not using bet365 acc. And given the last results/my money situation, I think its smart to keep betting small until I pay all debts. I asked to increase this stakes, but Stars still didn't reply, only increased NBA bets to $5,4k.

Today there was an amazing basketball game avaliable at bet365, but not at Stars... The game was total goofy, didn't even had a name league, it was listed as ''basketball game female'' ... Home team was killing with 45 points diference, 64 x 19 at 3rd quarter and away team had only 10% FT sucess. 10%, are you serious ? handcap at -48.5, perfect. Won another sportbets, $1k bet @ 2.00 handball +8.5 away team at German League. This was dumb bet, I only bet because I noticed I could bet $1k on this game, usually StarsBet limit my acc at $300 per handball game. Winning $1k is nice, so I went with + away because Im big fan of + handcaps. lol my strategy. My team started losing 4x0, thought I was burning $1k, but solid recover later.

Paid $5k to P2 . At this moment, I got $9,5k roll and life roll enough for 10weeks in the bank. Total debts now are $10,5k to F and $700 to P1. Expect pay both before end of June.

Playing 0.5/1 1/2 with $9,5k isn't very good, I feel really confortable with $13k, but I want pay fast all debts. In almost 1million hands playing this stakes my worst downswing was $6k (4-5 times), so I think Im safe. Btw Very nice rebuilding this time, easy and fast... off course got very lucky at bets and ran bad at poker, but overall, running good. After winning last handball game, I ''quit'' gambling, and bet $350 more at Euro handball. Im handball specialist. Never played a game, not even watch on tv, but I got my degree from bet365 live bets.

This Euro handball was +11.5, I bet at +14.5, very good bet. Kinda pissed, it was a game to bet $2k, I bet maximum I was alowed at Stars and don't have bet365 acc. Easy win +300... This rats from sportbooks aren't dumb, I can bet $1k at bundesleague but only $350 at random games that I might have an edge. I love betting sports, but I hate sportbooks !

Then I see +26.5 handball that turned into +25.5 which was amazing, fantastic !!!! Only running at bet365, not at Stars... I was already frustrated because only bet $350 at last game, and thinking ''I could be rich if this rats from sportbooks wasn't thiefts... **** this **** !!!" And at same time the dream basketball shows up, also my specialist , +55.5, love huge handcaps, at end of 2n quarter +40.5 was the dream... everything matchs with my theory and sometimes I think I only got busted w sports because I don't have discipline to follow my rules/theory and lose big betting in random stuff to have fun.

Handball +25.5 top top game finished 43 points diference haha, and the dream basket 47 points diference.

If this 2 games were avaliable on Stars without any limit, Id go with $2k in the +14.5, win $1,6k, $2k in the +25.5 lose $2k, and $5k in the basketball +40.5, losing $4,4k today. More the potential $10k loss from yesterday... Id be ****ed if I had non-limited account . Idk if its just variance this games failing or if its an obvious signal that I don't have a clue about this sports. By the way, I don't know position name in hanbdall or basketball, nothing, but I truly believe that I found a leak in sportbooks system handcap for specific games. Add to my own thoughts the fact I got 3 (!!!) bet365 accounts limited last year... idk what think, Im probably +ev bettor in this sports, but not much as I used to think. Or maybe bet365 just banned myself because they saw I was winning, no idea...

That said, I can't compare my winnings at sports vs poker... win a lot more at poker with solid consist results over the years, so , whatever, Im going to focus on poker next 2 weeks.

Starting roll $9,8k, $11,2k debt. Looks good, easy. Just go easy consist.

- football $1k @ 1.85 to home team win
- football $1k @1.70 to home team win.

I think this two bets are really good. At bet365 its 1.80 and 1.66, got 0.05 better price at StarsBet. Only have $9,8k roll, a bit dangerous betting 10% of my roll in this games... but I think its almost impossible lose BOTH bets, so worst realisct spot is losing $300.

Crossed my mind betting half of roll in each game and at worst case losing $2k and left $8k roll if 1 lost 1 win, and winning almost $8k if both wins. But disaster happens both lose... I don't want get more loans again...

ps: Lebron 50pts yesterday LOL ! and still lost game.

- skill game. 6/10. Did couple mistakes, slight overplaying hands vs fishs because I was too tilted...

- mental game 4/10. Ran anful, terrible, worst possible... jesus !!!!!!!!!!!!!! got tilted, did some mistakes...

when I was already closing tables I saw fish alone at 2/4, I sat, just to lose $1k there... so ****ing tilting... at least, even in most weak moment - I hate losing when Im leaving - I didn't do anything ridiculous...

- imaginary results: lost big... around $3k.
- total results 8:30hours, 7,8k hands, lost $2,5k . AIEV + $500. games were amazing, my hourly rate today is on average $150-$200... real AIEV +$1,6K.

make me furious play 8hours in a Friday and get rewarded with this... $3k , 20bi below ev.

This is the 2nd worst session of all year for me... sick . At least, I reacted well... not good,but not too bad .

off course Im gambling... won $1k at casino, lost $600 at sportbets basket random game, now I bet another $600 at another random game.

Will bet big tomorrow. Im tired of debts... either I have big debt, or 0. Lets see.

Finished only - $1,5k yesterday overall (casino, poker, sports). Worst point was - $3,5k... after poker I recovered $1k doing goofy plays at sports and casino.

Bets for today:

- $3k home team -1.0 handcap @ 2.60. Very very good bet !!! Bet365 is giving 1.90 at this same bet.
- $1k away team draw or win @1.85. Good bet... not great, but good.

If lose both Im down to $4,1k roll and idk , will go on tilt and pray for the best. If win both, I will have $13,7k !!!!!!!!! If I win the $1k bet Im at $6k roll, not that bad. If I win the $3k Im at $11,8k .

I almost bet $2k at Austria vs Germany. Plan was watch 1st 10 min and see , I was going to place my bet to Germany wins at 1.65 and Ozil scores... tilting stuff. But right now is Im saving $2k because Germany is LOSING the game hahaha.

If I still have chips tomorrow, I will go on -11.5 GSW x Cavs. Love Lebron, but its GSW.
