End of month ... Im very tired, didn't sleep well last nights, played 27k hands in 4 days, which is a lot more than Im used... I also don't feel good playing 4 straight days, 3days straight maximum is good for me. But want write a month review.
I wrote this in the last day of February and in middle of month I review it.

I start March with $9,2k roll and $3k at bank ($3k is enough for 6weeks). very underolled, ''can't'' have a big downswing.
Major Goals:
- test hiv negative 100% conclusive. The results will be avaliable in 1st day of March...
SOLID RESULT !!!!! WEEEEEEEEE !!!!
- pay $12,5k to P2. Last debt... total debt was over $100k few months ago, $12k is nothing !
Done. 0 debts !!!!
Poker Goals:
- 100k hands.
Done!!! It was hard, was behind pace all month.
- $15k profit is 10/10. $10k is 7/10.Less than $10k will be annoying... $5k is 4/10. Less than $5k profit will be hard to acept, but part of the game. Have to remember even being the best its possible to lose
Done, won $16k, but given how good Im playing and that last week Im breakeven, at this moment my feel 6/10 about this poker results.
For the month, overall I rate my skill at 7/10 and mental game 10/10 ... There was many soul crushing moments because variance...
Sports:
- Sleep schedule: 8hours sleep, wake up at 11am.
Done. I slept most days 7:30hours, and EVERYDAY I woke up at 11am. It took a year for me finally ''learn'' about sleeping only 7-8hours like a normal person. For a decade I was wake up for 20hours and sleep 10hours... sometimes 35hours wake up, sleep 11hours, etc.
- eat better. Less salt, less pasta, going to a doctor specialist in food to eat like an athlete.
In middle of the month I started doing it. A lot less salt, a little less pasta... but still didn't go to specialist. Will go in April.
- gym 6x week.
Done, but had to skip 2 days because kneess was sore, didn't want to get hurt.
- Run 3x week. Run 5km below 28minutes. Run 10km (just complete is already good, doesn't matter time).
As I said above, skiped 1 week because knees, this make me change my Running goals to Run 10km and run 5km below 29minutes.

Ran 12times, but my longest distance was ''only'' 7km (49:40min) and my fastest 5km was 29:50min. Really slow...

NOT. Because knees... not going to happen and might don't happen not even one day.

I will add to this goals, weight goal that is less than 93kg. Im 190cm with 96kg... around 22-25% bf. idk. Will measure bf % in April and keep measuring often .
My lowest was 93,8kg day 29march... eh, can say ts done !
Thats it... pretty good month overall, got health results perfect, eating a little better, exercise almost everyday, and finally paid ALL debts !!!!

If I remember correctly I started writing this blog because I lost a lot in gambling while I already had a big debt with few friends, and didn't know what to do, saw a movie where one person write a letter to himself and I came here write this blog... the 1st post of this blog is pretty pathetic lol. wish I could delete haha. I was in my worst mental moments... anyway, in my mind Id stop writing blog when finished paying debts, but Im enjoying and will keep writing once in a while.. but won't make sessions review everyday, don't need do that anymore. I was writing here every session because I had to keep strict discipline... had lost not only money, but I lost my mind, and I had to have strict rules to (re) learn how do basic things, and writing here EVERY session help me with that.
Tomorrow will write my April plans... now sleep............
