which is harder to reach 100nl or $100 tournaments?

So i want to start a goal for this year, but im not sure which is best i like both formats but i hate the fact that in tournaments you run good for the first few hours then when you get close to the money your stack dwindles. which would be harder to reach within a year 100nl or $100 buyin tournaments?
