Workout nr. 1 of the week
Getting used to the 2km grind

Had a pretty productive day today. Got up at 8am, worked out, had breakfast and then I drove ma girl to work. I also managed to get some paperwork done, which is great cause I need to update some official documents. Also, I prepared food for the grind today. Some vegetables+egg rice with shrimp (found a really cool Korean grocery store where they sell all kinds of fish, sea food @ a good price) and I also have fruit and nuts on stand-by.

We walked some lamas by a leash up a mountain
Pretty cool animals and they behave really well, no spitting or kicking as some would say.
