Hello 2p2, I think it is finally the time to make myself known in this community. My name is Pol Pot, 21 years old, from Kampong Thom - Cambodia, and I am the best online poker player of the southeast asia. I have run multiple bankrolls from $10 all the way to 100k+, taking on average 2-3 months, on all known sites except GGPoker, which is my next goal. My vision is to be playing versus the likes of Llinusllove, Stefan, heroes of my childhood, and crush them, make them quit poker and go get a real job once and for all.

With this thread, I want to document my bankroll challenge. Here are the rules:

- Starting from the bottom, using 20 BI BRM all the way til nosebleeds.
- To get there in no more than 4 months.
- At least 1k hands daily. Study 6 hours every single day.
- Take one day off per month.
- Double digit winrates pre RB in all stakes I play.
- No hacking nor superuser powers allowed.

More real than reality. I was born and grew up in a very poor country, hence me, and my family, really need the money. Fortunately I have this talent that I can really use to the betterment of all my beloved ones.

I have a lot of goals, one of them definitely being teaching others how I did it (after I retire obviously), as I want to give back. This is the main reason for building big rolls in every possible site, and also of finally documenting my awesome story here.

Re-improving. Study, study, and after that, study a little bit more. My daily routine is definitely geared towards studying, not playing (I don´t need to play that much to achieve unreal results in every single stake I play, and I want to make this even more extreme).

Have you ever watched Rocky, Rocky 4 I believe, where he was training and used Drago's picture as his incentive to work really hard? I have this Linus picture here in my house, that I look, spit, stab, say very obscene things, every single day. This is my incentive: to crush, destroy, rip him apart, kill him, his family and friends for them and everyone else to know who the boss really is.

Develop this kind of passion and obsession and I´m pretty sure you will also reach the moon in any activity you do. That is possibly the best advice I could ever give you, or anybody else.

It's a clever way to combine names, but I still wonder, what got you to name yourself after Pol Pot and Russ Hamilton (2 terrible people)?

It was spontaneous. I mean, I´m cambodian, I´m a former hacker, there is this GG thing happening. Maybe if I was chinese, and this was about trading/investing, I would name myself MaodoffZedong or something like that? Who knows.

Well, I ran a little bit bad over most of the session, but thankfully, things went back to normal towards the end. Roll at 59.73, need 100 to move up to 5nl.

Btw, little piece of advice, complaining about bad luck is very very detrimental to your progress, don´t do it. Confident alpha players know their EV, and where it does come from. That is the only important thing in this game.

I admire ruthless dictators, like Pol Pot, Mao, Stalin, Putin etc, who killed/will kill millions of people. So what? I think they are one of the best possible teachers on how poker players should think about other poker players.

The average poker player, the average human for gods sake, is so tame, so full of pc crap, so worthless. That’s why so few people will ever reach the top. You guys are sheep, and sheep get slaughtered.

Not saying there are no alpha males in the world, exceptions exist everywhere, but the world is so full of pathetic, beta types, it´s just disgusting. Sometimes I catch myself thinking if I really want to coach others, why would I want to help people when I know for sure most of them will never succeed because most of them don´t have what it takes inside them? To make a lot of variance free money is a very good reason ofc, and $$$$$$$$$ trumps everything else, yet I really need to work on my mindset regarding this, to be able to coach people I don´t really respect a fu**ing bit.

Also, just look at carroters, quite a few people complaining the guy don´t post graphs, he's a loser, he overcharges for his crappy course, and yet, enough people buy it anyways no matter what the 2p2 1d1ots say. Not even mentioning that, for each 1 who buys it for the full price, 9 get it from the cheap resellers, and yet, the guy still seem to make money from his businesses
