Thanks for all the replies, I thought it'd go without saying that I was stretching before and after the runs. Since last post I've been stretching mid-run too; there are probs 2 traffic lights per mile I stop at so when I stop and pause the app I stretch out the hammies for a few secs. I've run 32 miles in the first 4 days. Planning to take a day off from grinding tomoz and smash out 10 miles (I'm capped at 10 per day), will defo do the 10 miles but might grind after it. We'll see.

Grind last night was great, went in and instantly won a flip. 4bet jammed JJ for 1k vs an American rec, he called and I showed instantly and asked if he had a pair. I then played a fun one. Guy opens UTG, SB awful spewy reg calls, I call BB w A9hh. Flop is 965ccx, xs round. Ah turn xs to utg who bets 75 into 100, I make it 260, he calls. River Tx and I bet 775 into 620. Genuinely debated jamming 1400. Anyway he calls after a minute and we win. I actually don't mind a jam if it's for like 1100ish, but this is just too much.

Xs to rec who bets 700 into 1100ish, the spewy reg then makes it 1900, rec calls. Turn Ax, rec checks, and reg piles it in. Rec is like **** this **** I call. Rec has got 78o, and the reg has got 54o, river is a fkn 7 and the reg scoops and the rec goes off his nut about how he knew he was good with 8 high etc. Absolute madness. The same reg 3bet earlier and bet flop on 234r, then bet/called a jam on 3x turn w ATo vs A3 and pinged a 5 for a chop lmao.

One more hand I played, there's a guy here from Leeds, super super nice guy but speaks with a very thick Yorkshire accent. When I'm speaking to players that are clearly not native English I talk a bit slower, but this guy's accent is so thick it's hilarious to see these Chinese dudes try and decipher what he's saying. Leeds bets out 220ish, and I don't **** about and make it 750. Folds back to Leeds who drills it in and I call. I instantly told myself "Okay gaz you have called, wait until he turns his hand over before you turn yours over, you're entitled to see what he has!" three seconds later however I couldn't take the excitement and tabled my hand. Turn brick river diamond and he taps the table. Was like a 4k pot so relieved he didn't have KQdd type hand.

Ran really really well yesterday, back at it today after I go for another run. Not gonna lie, after running 63 miles in 9 days (doing 3 more miles today to keep ahead of the pace), the fun factor of this bet has worn off and I'm sick to my back teeth of running
