I would just avoid any high fat or fried stuff, probably a higher carb intake at lunch and proteins for dinner. I do intermitent fasting so I also workout fasted*.
higher carb at luch gives the body more time to digest/use those carbs. Also a good tip is eating within 45 min of your workout, that way your metabolism is at its peak* a

As for dietary plan, just try eating regularly (and not trash mainly), like every 3-4 hours, with 2 big meals per day.

Yeah I've seen a lot of Elliot Hulse stuff and he says walking on an empty stomach in the morning is the absolute best. Ideally I'd like to eat before I run but it's just too time consuming to eat, wait for a bit, go running, come home, prep for the day etc. Wanna get up, run, shower, go to casino and eat!

Thanks a lot for the advice guys. It's super hard to track cals etc when you eat in the casino so I'm just gonna eat regularly, healthy, no bad stuff, run every day, and weigh in in a week and re-evaluate then.

Yesterday was garbage. First table the game sucked, I got flush over flushed for 3k pot and in the same orbit I open 1010 in CO, reg 3bet sb, reg cold 4b and I piiiiiiiiiiled it in and ran into AA. Both regs are good, I expect my jam is fine. Lost about $3450 overall. Tried rly hard to rostucko but it just wasn't happening so called it.

Going in just now to play for a few hours and then will likely flick in the $350 6max in a few hours!

8.08 miles done in the first two days. Running again tomorrow and then probably a day off on the 4th day.

Busted the MTT in 14th place, 17 got paid so made like $200 total. Had two tilting spots. Ran 77 into 1010 just after the bubble burst and then got red A9 in vs black KQo for a marginal spot but the guy was 3bet jamming light and we were 4 handed so happy with my play. Ran out 3c7s7c9cAc and got the extreme "just won wsop main event" celebration to boot. Ah well! Did well considering I was down to 400 chips after 100% slowroll from rec. Other guys said it was nitroll but it was clear slowroll. He called a 3bet and flop cbet/turn jam on J762ssxx with pocket sixes after about two minutes. When I busted him I gave a wee "karma" and a smile.

Ran another 4 miles today, 12 in total. Today was super tough as I ran later in the day and it was super hot.

Still very much struggling with nutrition. Everything has been healthy but I'm concerned I'm not eating enough. Just eating chicken and rice and asparagus and barbeque sauce when I feel hungry.

Somebody post a meal plan with pictures and I'll give them a 2.5% freeroll in the next MTT I play!

2500 kcal is def not enough for you with running 4miles a day. Not sure if the weight loss is a troll but if it is, add some bananas (and other fruit), peanut butter and that **** to up your kcals.

Srsly tho if goal is weight loss then 2500 with an active lifestyle should be a small caloric deficit which is good for fat loss, if goal is maintenance then just eat till your body tells you to stop and make sure as little as possible of your intake is processed foods and as much as possible is home cooked from fresh produce and u ll be fine
