This is a troll right? I feel like people on regular complain constantly about the exact opposite lol

This.

Also wtf at him having 42o being standard for live that’s defs not the case. If anything it becomes a more likely possibility considering he’s a huge action player but to call that standard is ridiculous.

Oh I never ever think he has junk, but I think he can have a whole bunch of AQo, QJs etc etc etc type hands that are happy to flat pre/re-iso/win all the dead money postflop that we are able to fold out/flip vs at worst. Genuinely didn't think he'll have any QQ+ here.

+1
I have seen a lot of stuff live, however the super coolers are few and far between imo. Maybe it's a sample size thing; you play 30 hands an hour live if you're lucky and you play 800 an hour on the internet. But you've got a lot more live experience than me from the sounds of it, maybe you've just seen all the horror stories and I haven't

Haha yeah normally ppl complain online is rigged and they can only trust playing live!

I think when he says standard he means the cooler itself, i.e. him flopping quads without a PP in the hole, and me just having what will be the best hand 99.99999999999999999% of the time in this spot. I'm sure that's what he means. I hope that's what he means!

I haven't played since the heavy defeat. Not much to update, flying home tomorrow and tbh I'm happy to be wrapping up the USA trips for this year. Really enjoyed playing live so much this year and I will for sure be back next year. Might get one more session in tomorrow before going to the airport, we shall see!

PPs as it stands, think it's pretty much locked up atm...

22 - 29
33 - 66
44 - 33
55 - 43
66 - 51
77 - 48
88 - 47
99 - 48
TT - 47
JJ - 38
QQ - 50
KK - 52
AA - 60

RIP to the guy that reserved 3s and then decided against it haha.

He sorta just got the guy's attention and changed the subject. Really nicely done, especially considering the reg in question was stoned out of his ****ing nut hahaha

Also in for Ollie to Vlog the pen bet <3

***

Got back to London at midday yesterday. Tried to stay awake until 10pm but crashed at 7pm and was wide awake at midnight. Went into Leicester Square to find a 2/5 running. I was getting chips and I asked the guy at the desk if he would play the 2/5 game and he was like "**** yes there's so much value". In I went. Managed to grind out a really nice £1160 win.

First main hand it goes limp UTG, unknown reg makes it 25, whale calls, unknown ABC fishy guy makes it 125, I make it 400 on btn w pocket thirteens and the isolater jams like 1400 eff. Total sigh call and he has the pocket fourteens. We RIT and I bink a thirteen on the second runout. Was gonna gg if I left so thank God we chopped!

Not much else happened, got a few cool spots and chipped up nicely. Had a weird spot where UTG limps, +1 makes it 20 and I make it 100 from SB w AA. HU to a Q32r flop. I cbet 70 into 210, he calls. Turn is a 4 and I bet 255 into 350. Immediately after betting this I wish I could take it back. The bet itself is ofc fine (can argue about sizing etc), but in this casino there is a promotion where if you win a pot w 56s you pay 0 rake for a few hours. So naturally everyone rofls around with 56s to win. I legit remembered this 2 secs after I bet, thankfully he didn't have it, and just folded.

One last one. Limp, drunk guy makes it 15 in HJ, BTN nitty rec from above makes it 65, I smoooooooooooth call AKo from SB and 3 ways to a K95ssx flop. BTN bets 115, I call, turn 3x I xc 285 and river 7x goes x/x and we win. Was snapping him off if he bet river.

Flying up to Inverness today for 2 days, then back to London on Friday night.

Spoiler:
Mark it in your diaries
Spoiler:
Tell your girlfriends you are busy
Spoiler:
Get a fkn babysitter in.....
Spoiler:
...coz the GazzyB stream train is back on Friday night! CHOO CHOOOOO!!

Congrats to DeathGlory0 for winning the PP thing, I will sort everything out when I get back to London on Friday. Also someone (I think it was nomalice) sent the $50 twice, pls out yourself and I will send it back to ya!

Like everyone else, I make many mistakes while grinding. The difference between where I am right now and getting to where I want to be is minimising these mistakes as much as possible. Felt like I played pretty solid tonight, couple of mistakes here and there, but good to be back.

Also massive shoutout to my buddy Scott, fantastic travelling companion over the past couple of months and the patience of a saint when it comes to listening to me moan about runbad. Loves a piss bottle too!

I appreciate the fact that you say hello to the dealers when they sit down and say hello to the table. Most people just ignore the dealer and sit there but not you sir. A very friendly engaging person overall at the tables is much appreciated. Thanks. And good luck!
Cheers bossman, win all the money while I'm away. Re the dealers, I have a lot of empathy for them. Detest seeing Mr Sung going ballistic at them every time he gets stacked as if it's their fault. Anyone who treats dealers/waiting staff/porters as an inferior is a total prick imo.

Also I started taking $1 to the bathroom with me every time I went. The guys that have the worst job in the place get by far the least tips.

Didn't run well today, but it went hand in hand with some really really bad poker from hero. Waste of a day, really disappointing stuff. Some hands...
