I definitely wouldn't describe myself as a nationalist, but I suppose I am a patriot of sorts, having chosen to live in the UK because I think it is the best country to live in (to my admittedly incomplete knowledge).

I also love the US in many ways and I look forward to spending time there in the future but like anywhere, it has a lot of problems.

I give England a lot of credit for fighting like savages and holding the Germans off as well as they did but no chance they they would have lasted without America and Russia stepping in.

Wanna make it clear again (and I know you know this), my issue isn't with tipping, it's with dealers complaining about lack of tips. I normally tip more than most, but when a dealer starts actually complaining at not getting tipped, that's where I draw the line.
