I've been playing really bad recently - ton of spazzes so I thought i'd make my own tread to controll myself a bit and motivate to grind.
I"m going for Supernova again this year (only 53k vpp now) and after lazy 6 months, it will be nice to track my progress and post some random thoughts.

I have challenge with my friend - 150 hours of poker in October so I have to increase volume a bit and hopefully this blog would help me a lot - more goals later.

I've lost around 6 BI on Thursday after 3k hands and I took the rest of the day off.
I came back today and played around 7h but still running pretty bad (20bi ds since Oct 1st)

1. Interesting hand vs unknown donno what to do OTT
2. 160hands on villain- seems regish, feel like I should be checking more on these dynamic board when posiition is more important. I don't think he is bluffing here ever..
3. 20% 3bet sb vs btn, wide defend anyway, he vbets **** out of me here, not sure about river...

Nice volume!
1) I would fold to 4b because of his sizing - he is directed towards (? ) value and I think you can exploit that by just folding - it will be very tough play OOP without info and if we assume he calls QQ probably and 4b AK,KK+ and some bluffs (KQo ?). btw. you could have bigger sizing. As played I would play same.
2) Donkbet/fold turn, but I think you could fold flop as well and spare your mindset and money, it is close spot.
3) Fold turn, belive to second barrel if no info - playerpool read .

I'm running terrible this month- many many coolers and setups also not playing well overall.
I didn't play for two days and went over ton of spots not really sure what I'm doing wrong
I hope I can beat that variance with my volume.
Plan is to play at least 30k hands this week, watch couple of RiO videos and a bit of work in flopzilla.
