Just wanted to say hi,

This is my first post on this forum. Looking to learn from others and incorporate what I learn....sharing ideas along the way.

I've heard people have like teams and help each other to become better - this is what I am looking for!

I have been playing on GG mainly 5nl/10nl and about 400 hands at 25nl

I would win money then just withdraw it and play 5nl again which doesn't really help with my plan of moving up the stakes.

So ive switched sites deposited small amount and going to grind it out and see where it goes. I can obviously redeposit if it goes to **** - but doubt it will.


My end goal is to -
understand theory at a high level.
Have a solid group of high level players

Possibly get staked along the way or get there on my own $.

Haven't done anything interesting as of late....

grinding ony 4k hands a day on party poker and running like dog **** - 47 buyins under ev in 80k hands.

I was questioning my game, expecting the toptop range of hands from opponents in every single spot and probably way over folding as a result of running bad.

Spent a full day studying instead of playing and also reviewed hands..........
One major thing I noticed is I was lazily just betting 1/3rd on most board textures... not being aggressive enough in simple spots and just overall half arsing it/ not concentrating enough.

run good, maybe but im taking a professional approach to poker from now on and if I half ass it I will just stop the session short and spend that time studying rather then playing like crap.
