Hello everybody!

This is my first post on this forum so why wouldn't it be a PGC thread.

I live in Belgrade, Serbia. Poker is lucrative here because it's not very expensive and you can easily earn a lot more than the average salary here.
I am currently playing MTTs even dough I achieved supernova last year trough SNGs, but SNGs are too depressing to me with never changing structures so I basically decided if I am going to play at all it would be MTTs...

Honestly I need some extra motivation to play currently because I am more interested in some investing/business opportunities for a while now (maybe I'll talk about it more in the future) and I am not sure how much more time can I give to poker...I will try to squeeze the orange while there is still juice in her it (big metaphor)....
Every day I think about all the options so I can get those millions because that is the ultimate goal lets be honest, few years ago I thought it can be poker, now I am not so sure anymore but at least it can help me big on that road....

I generally play 5 days a week, 40+ hours sometimes more...
Now I was on a 5 days break from poker and from Sunday (only in poker you can say I'm starting from Sunday) I'm starting with the grind...

I will post updates after every session and sometimes rant about life and business/investing opportunities and on the end of the month we can do some charities together or something similar it will be fun...

Ok this is the first session update, its not a good one but I started late today because of going out on Saturday...I generally don't like to start late, I start my sessions around 10.30 CET...I wake up around 7.30 and do my workouts so I can function properly and than my mind is ready for the game, and from tomorrow I will do that for sure....

Ok new day new update! Monday was better I slept good and did everything I want before I start playing so I was really eager to play.
I had some near one's like in big27 26th (99<KQs) and in hot33 26th place (ATo<53s) and in my morning schedule those are the two tournaments with biggest price so its a shame I didn't hit at least one
I had one FT on Winamax


I couldn't close it unfortunately AQo<77....

Tomorrow is a new day and again I am starting my early session it feels much better for me....

Tuesday was interesting it had ups and downs for sure.
I started 10.30 CET right when I planned that's always good...I ran bad for the first part of the day and couldn't go deep in anything but in the second half I had some deep runs but still I didn't close any of them ....
But I am feeling pretty pumped and satisfied with my game so no worries there...
This evening I am first going out to chill a bit than I will do some studying before bed.
Tomorrow is probably my last day before one day break, but I am not sure yet it depends of course as anything in poker but I would relate that to life also...

If anyone could tell me which of the microgaming platform would you recommend and why I would appreciate it a lot...

Hey everybody, after 4 days in a row tomorrow will be a first break day and today near the and i felt that I need that day...
Basically I had a few deep runs and one FT on Winamax but no significant results really...Had some bad beats in high eq spots but happens ofc...
For now this week I have over 25 hours of play I think and i will try to go 45-50...

This blog really gives me the needed motivation to play because somehow I feel that I have an obligation not only to myself and that is pretty cool...

New day, new updates...I did play today but I was not feeling to good this morning so I shortened my schedule a lot and played maybe half of what I had planned, but anyway I am satisfied that I played because that was the plan and I always feel good when I do what I planned ....

Tomorrow I'll see will I play depending on the mood I am in, Sunday is for sure ofc...

One more thing I would like to go to some country to play 3-6 months so I would like to hear if you have some suggestions about some good locations for poker players (with good weather preferably)....

I know that many players are going to Thailand. It is cheap, beautiful and warm. But sometimes they do not find time to play poker among entertainment in Thailand.

I choose a microgaming platform too. There are so many rooms.

Yeah, I heard that people often go to Thailand because of all those things I was thinking about Malta also, maybe I will go there in September for 3 months....
I saw there are many platforms that's why I was wondering which is good..I downloaded betvictory room yesterday because I read some good reviews about that room...We'll see I will not have much traffic there but it's nice to have more possibilities....

Today i did not play, I watched some final tables and studied a bit, tomorrow is the next grind day....

Unlikely event happened yesterday, i should of played of course but at 11am my uncle called me from the Croatian seaside and told me to seat on a first plane to come and hangout, and I did 11,20 am i was on my way to the airport in 3.30pm i was in Croatia..So i didn't play at all yesterday ....

I planned my return for Thursday, maybe I'll put in some light work while I'm here but that is optimistic

Ok, I didn't expect it but I have and update from yesterday
I played seven HUs while on an afternoon break and I must say I'm not an expert in HU play but that was the only relatively short format which was interesting to me at that time....I tried to play low stakes because of it and all HUs were 20$ buy in, because even the reg's there are not that good I guess no offence to anyone...
Basically i ran good and played well I hope and won 6 out of 7 against two opponents so that was good.

Ok I'm back! It was a great break for a few days filled with sunshine and most beautiful nature...
I played only one day for a few hours and that was that HU session that I posted so basically nothing...

Today I had first normal session and I played for over 10 hours and it was a solid session.
This July I'm not that into playing I'm more into enjoying and thinking about life and future plans which is something I often do because I am always interested in finding things that really fulfill me with meaning and purpose...
But still I keep working on my game and keep improving and keep grinding because I must earn time for thinking
I started working on some podcast with some friends and that is one of the things that really gives me pure joy because I feel like I can share some debatably solid information with other people...

When it comes to play today I hit 3rd place in big27 went out of the tour A4o<A4s he flopped the nuts...Guy was on Jaime Gold run he Kod everybody and literally he never had the best hand but sometimes they have to win its only fair that way...

Sundays...I'm not a fan of Sundays for some reason...I mean everybody is chilling out on Sundays watching games going on some social daily activities, everybody has his legs up on a couch watching a movie or some s...there is a relaxing atmosphere all around us and this is the day that we "must" play the most! I don't like it

Anyways this Sunday for me was uneventful, played ~10 hours had some smaller FTs, won some SATs but without any bigger scores unfortunately...

But today is another day! I really like Mondays for some reason it gets me really pumped up to grind, and I am going on a vacation relatively soon so I must put in the work before that...

Short Monday! I played yesterday but session was not that long but in the end it was profitable and that is always good news...
I had one 3rd place in a 12$ 888 1kG for about 200$ ,5th in PokerStars deepstack 7$ for 130ish, and i had deep run in big 16 finishing 17th..lost two hands to the same guy A9s<A6o for a top 3 chip stack and went out with A5s<TT...meh...

Ok its like this..I felt really good today and enjoyed playing which is something I really appreciate a lot...
I think that my game was on a good level and the only time when I feel that my game is not on the best level is while I'm having lunch possibly because I'm too concentrated on the food I mean certainly that...

I bubbled in a few nice spots but I took one small tournament 10euro buy in for 350~ish....

Short Thursday, I played only about 6.5 hours...I must admit it it was too sunny and beautiful outside and I shortened my schedule a bit

I wasn't sure if I was going to play today but in the end i decided that I should and i played shorter session but of course my mind wasn't in the game...
Last few days same pattern appears again and again I am not that concentrated on the game unfortunately...as I said before mind is not a machine last 25-30 days my mindset was perfect I was very eager to play and I was concentrated during the session almost all the time so I am not that worried about these last few days even dough I don't like it that much...
Possibly because I am planning to much these days about this summer and my future plans I just cannot put my mind in the game...
But always positive and just move forward!

Sunday, sunday, sunday...I felt good and played ok i guess I was concentrated whole day so that is something I am pleased...Result didn't come but whenever I think i tried my best I am not disappointed.
Only point yesterday when i was sad is when i bubbled the big162 because getting ITM on that tournament is like 65-70% of my total buyins maybe I should of folded I am not that sure but i think shove was alright but of course I was hoping for a different result...

today i will study and I have coaching session tonight with one of the best online MTT regs, every time we had a session I learned a lot so I hope tonight will be the same...

Another bad day that is now like four in a row and that is pretty ****ty because not only its a negative day but I'm not cashing anything forth notice...
I really don't think I'm playing that bad I worked with a coach and he was satisfied with my progress...
Big thing is that I played a few days now evening session and I don't like those sessions because every tournament is like WSOP ME field and im sick of those tournaments I feel much better playing from the early morning and I will do that from tomorrow for sure...

It happens I know but it is annoying...Tomorrow new day its all good...

I will maybe go play MPN tournament in Talin in august i think buy in is 550$ 200k guarantee so its a nice tournament for sure I hope I make it there...

Ok July is over, after a few really bad days I kept on playing and kept working on my game with a good mindset and concentration and managed to have a good weekend right on the end of this months so it was perfect in that sense and determination payed of as it mostly does...

After four straight days of playing I will probably take this monday off, but who knows maybe I fire up a tournament or two...

In saturday I had some deep runs in 109BB and big109 but didnt manage to FT any of them. Good thing is that I had collected nice bounty in 109BB ~400$...Plus I won few sat for which I collected T money...
On 888 bubbled one FT of the 12$ second chance tour and i managed to win 12$ i think 1Kguarantee for ~400$..

This was a really interesting day I enjoyed playing it, I played about 12 hours and I was concentrated really good all the time i would say...
On stars I had a lot of deep runs, won some SATs and bubbled estrellas SAT for a seat in Barca AQ<KTs But without a big score I was really satisfied how I played...
I got 3rd in one tour on 888 12$ 2nd chance for ~400$...I was the chipleader but maybe didn't play that good short handed which is something I should work on more because I consider it my weak point and all the money is right there....and on the end shoved SB on BB 15bbs 66<A5s..

So on the end I am satisfied with the month I had it always can be better and I will try to improve my game as much as possible so I can go to some tropical island and enjoy playing from that island for a year or so that is one of my biggest desires...Run on the beach in the morning than grind a lot and in the evening drink some cocktails with local girls it will be soon...

I played a session on tuesday nothing that special happened i had a few FTs but nothing big and nothing in the top5..in one on winamax i finished 6th and on 888 i finished 7th both 12$ tournies... I played ok i guess but I realized if you dont sleep enough it can be a big problem...night before i slept about 5.5 or 6 hours and that is totally ok to function a to do your daily routine and obligation even if you are working some other job in which you dont have to be concentrated every single second for 8-12 hours 5.5 hours is enough...Poker is different in a lot of aspects I felt that my decisions were slower for a second or two and I was timing out often i when i make my decision i wasnt always satisfied with the deduction...So the thing is even if I dont like to sleep for whole 7.5 or 8 hours because I feel Im loosing time and I dont like that I think its a +EV thing to do most definitely and I will try to implement it as much as i can..........

Today I had some early morning obligations and i planned to play later today maybe some shorter session but Im not that sure that I will because when I sat down in my chair i was feeling restless and I wasnt eager to play and again poker is very strange you cant struggle trough it as you can in some other jobs..like lets say pro athlete even if he doesnt feel like training he can do it without consequences we dont have that luxury because our results at least mine will suffer a lot so i guess best thing to do is maybe some studying or something productive because outcome of this session will probably not be that good...I played 8 of last 10 days so I am not that upset about it, but who know maybe I still fire up few tournies...
