Busted my bankroll on ACR. 5th on a €20 Hyper + €100x4 spin&go. Not happy with the way I'm managing my bankroll, still rushing to higher stakes as I'm running out of $.
Figured out a lot of Poker caused pain permeates the other compartments of my life and that is counter-productive and seriously debilitating. Start compartmentalizing.
I respect that you are posting honestly about your results, that's good to do.
The point of all this is to have a diary where my f***-ups are engraved so I cannot forget or create false narratives. I am obliged to face them.
Just finished a desperate

Being honest about your sessions is great, but what are you doing to change. It seems like you have more of a gambling problem than anything else. Why are you even near a Roulette table if you're going to try and make a living out of this? At this rate you have absolutely 0 chance of success.
You can thank everyone for their input and say that you are not going to repeat past mistakes all you want, but so far that's all we are seeing. I promise you that there isn't a person reading this thread that doesn't want to see you turn it around but instead of discussing what steps you need to take to do that, you just keep on posting bad results.
This place is a wealth of knowledge from a lot of guys who have been there. I suggest you step back from poker/ gambling and invest some time into identifying and correcting your issues. I bet this thread would be a whole lot more positive and helpful if it switched from watching your downward spiral into helping you get in control of your demons so you could take a realistic shot
Taking a more disciplined approach now and working on my game with a couple friends using Raise Your Edge Masterclass' charts.
Trying to play 200 MTTs/month at ABI15 on PokerStars.it and WPN.
It has been a while: we lost the son, I worked off my debts, saved up and invested in crypto pre-covid and ended up with more than $50K. Then GME happened.
Lost more than $40k buying GME at 290 and BB at 18. With the few thousands left I desperately tried to make it all back playing on ACR and... I started making 5 figures scores.
I quit my job March 2021 and went on grinding online, live and traveling.
I even ended up playing the 2021 $10k WSOP ME in vegas, qualified winning a $250 single entry sat, the first one I had played.
Plan was to check-raise turn, but I would rather put in the flop 3bet given we are three-way.
I don't love the bluff-catch with UTG1 still in the hand. Also MP bluffs that check back turn are only JXs spades. [Uploading Image...]

Upped the spending a little after few recent wins but it's not at all time yet. Will play a few supermillions satellites but def shouldn't open anything bigger than 200 and play all the low-mid stakes. Until I have filled this ~30k swing.
Sat the 10k super millions on gg on sunday, 3 bullets in 100$ step, won the 1k sat but busted two levels from end of day1.

I am behind with the review schedule but I seem to have lowered the abi a bit this month, let's see by the end of it.
Took a desperate shot at higher stakes yesterday since I had cash on accounts from sunday. After the VENOM day2 bust I was very resolute at only playing <50$ but I did open right away the $215 100k on acrt along with the two $109 and ended up busting both.
$215
Need to study better preflop vs rfi ranges:
And opening ranges too apparently:
Limped pre, xx flop, I like the lead to get value from draws, 22, 33 and overcards with blocker.
3x, c; bet 1/3, c; x, x; I should go bigger at least 75% pot.
