Some interesting comments, glad to see the general consensus is to stick up for the dealer.

The moral dilemma for most people would be "do I do the right thing and stick up for the dealer here or do I say nothing and allow a man in his 40s who's just trying to work to be bullied and physically threatened and made to feel like **** by a rich old man who is gonna be dead in a few years anyway in the hope that I can win a few hundred bucks off of him?"
Thought that was obvious tbh.

Aight so the above happened (and I cannot stress how utterly pathetic it was from P, the dealer chucked a couple of chips towards P and they fkn touched his fingers and he went mad). The dealer is understandably taken aback and calls a floorman. P is seat 2 and I'm seat 3. The dealer is continuing to deal and understandably shaken up and has shouted floor a couple of times. The casino is super busy so I stand up and see a floorman standing with his thumb up his arse and bellow "FLOOOOOOOOOR!" As floorman is coming across I go over him and say "look you've gotta stick up for your dealer here, S2 is way outta line." Floor comes over and he's a wee Mexican guy who has shown himself to be spineless a few times in the past. He comes up and P is shouting about how the dealer has always done this to him because he hates him and is jealous of him. The dealer explains what happened, shows the motion of him chucking 3 yellow chips in the direction of P and then the floorman nods his head and actually turns to P and apologises on behalf of the dealer for what happened. I'm sitting there going "no no no that's nonsense" and P is rambling about how the dealer hates him. The dealer honestly looks like he's about to cry with frustration and yells at the floor that he's gotta stop this because it's been going on for about a year. The floorman is standing there mumbling at P about how he's right and the dealer is in the wrong and the dealer is shouting at the floor about how he can't take it any more and I just felt so sorry for the dealer. I then ask the floor if I physically threaten the dealer am I allowed to stay in the game as well. Floorman smiles and closes his eyes and doesn't reply and I call him spineless.
Soooooooo the game moves on and P is visibly livid (the old ****) and so am I and the whole table is like awkwaaaard. P limps a couple of times and I raise him with garbage to a size I know he won't call and he folds and I show him my cards and am like "look, seven high, good fold." I did this a couple of times and tipped the dealer $10 twice and said "Here it's P's money, you can have it." P obviously understands what's going on now and starts to bluff into me and show me and is ****in raging and I'm just sitting there loving the tension between us like "please god one time let me stack this old ****er."
So a couple of orbits later and P gets it in on JTA and the turn is a T and they get to showdown and the other guy shows JT and I start going to the other guy "what is that? A FULL HOUSE? NICE HAND, WOW A FULL HOUSE!" and I slap the table and congratulate this wee Chinese kid who barely speaks any English and probably doesn't know wtf I am saying and P is livid (but mainly livid coz he lost the pot) and rebuys. I say "Justice!" a few times for extra funsies. P wins a few pots and is like "when this guy over here (motioning to the JT guy) wins a pot there's a song and dance but when I win won nobody cares." So then I get stacked and P slaps the table and shouts "justice!" and I'm just like alright fair play you old ****er you can give it as good as you get.
Sooooooooooo then a few orbits later and P opens to 35 in HJ and I 3b J7dd to 125 and he calls. Flop is KJ3fd. He x I x. Turn is a 7 which brings two flush draws. P bets like 60 into 250 and I raise to 300. He drills it in for like 1k total and I take a few seconds and say a very quick prayer to the gods of poker and justice and call (not a slowroll, legit took 5 seconds max). The river bricks off and he stands up and holds his cards over the muck which is normally a sign they've got it and he goes "what do you have? I called you." and I just sit there completely silent and motionless and he eventually turns over his hand. He's got JTo. I take a biiiiiiiig deeeeeep breath and lean over the table and look at his hand, and look at the board, and look at his hand and say "what is that?" and the dealer (different dealer) goes "one pair - jacks?" and I go "two pair? he's got two pair?" and the dealer is like "no, one pair" and I go ahh okay, and turn my hand over. I then look up and beam at the old **** and go "two pair!" and he is looking at the board and I slap the table and go "YES! TWO PAIR!" and he starts to bustle about grabbing his jacket and **** and I go "justice!" and he ****s off into the night and the whole table is abbbbbbbsolutely loving it. The guy to my left who is the kinda guy who's like 46 and has played poker for fun all his life but has recently discovered what the word 'range' means turns to me and goes "I was rooting for him, I wanted to stay in the game longer!" and I'm stacking chips and go "that's an awful attitude, I'd rather the old **** got stacked and left the game after threatening a dealer." and the guy is like "oh uh erm yeah i mean I'm so glad he's busted but er I er I just meant I wanted to win his chips first before he left" and I just went "ok good luck."
I'm well aware that my behaviour was petty as **** but honestly **** that guy.
