In your opinion what do you think is a realistic hourly for 5/T LA?
Not sure about hourly etc as I don't log my hours for live. I mean the games are definitely alright, but diluted with European regs now. Just not as soft as they were made out to me to be. And sometimes during the day they really suck. But they're still alright overall!

Looking forward to Vegas? I am!!
I've been here since 27th Dec, so around 2.5 months. Really enjoyed it, and I cannot wait for Vegas! What are your plans? FB me and we can discuss
Oooooooooh what a day! One of the first hands of the day, a pretty bad American reg opens UTG, I flat MP w AJdd, BTN Russian guy (who turned out to be a ****ing whale) calls, and BB calls too. Flop comes down 983ddx. Checked to button who bets 75. UTG x/r to 225. I hate cold calling here but it seems reasonable. I flat, and Rooskie piles it in. UTG deliberates and eventually calls. I'm like "oh well I call too". I call and say "I have ace high at the moment guys." UTG then says "Oh **** so my diamond outs are no good?" and Rooskie nods his head and says "I have ace high as well." I'm like wtf I'm ahead? Hold hold hold!" Board runs out 2, 2 and Rooskie tables A9o and says "see? ace high!" ****ing wanker hahaha. I immediately get table change so I can't even get any revenge.
Get moved to O's table and I played a really really interesting hand, think I butchered it. O is in high spirits, chatting away. I open black 55 EP, call, O calls CO, BTN decent reg squeezes to 160. I gotta call here w 2 recs behind, especially with O behind. Only O calls, A63sss, goes x/x/x. 4c turn, I think leading is good here. I bet 325, O pops it to 825. He defo has hands like A6 and sets here, so I decide to call and basically never fold if I get there. Really hate it but it's not the worst I guess. River is like 9s and I xc his last 500 and he has Q7ss. Nh I guess.
Suddenly I'm in a hole for $3600 and feeling a bit dejected. Ground it out and won a bunch of small pots. Then O leaves, a new guy takes his place, young Asian guy who looks like he's a reg. Turns out he's a ****ing whale of the highest order. Before I knew he was a whale, he opens HJ to 40, I 3b T9ss to 160. Flop 973r. I cbet 110 into 330, and he makes it like 375. I'm like okay I call. Turn is a 6, I x and he bets 275. I'm like wtf is this reg doing. I call, river is a 2, and he bets like 450. At this point I thought I was getting absolutely dicked by JJ, but I decided to call and he shows me AJo. Insta green tagged him.
A few orbits later I get 22 on btn. He opens to 25 in MP, I call, and BB good TAG British reg calls. Flop is 236ssx. Whale bets 40, I make it 135, TAG makes it 385 and at that point I was snap mucking face up; he's very good but he's not doing this as a semi-bluff. Whale jams and I snap muck it. Whale has K5ss, TAG has 45hh and the turn is a spade. Sore one. Literally 2 hands later, UTG limps, the whale makes it 50, we peel 77 in HJ and BB calls. 200 in the pot. Flop is Q73ccx. The whale cbets 200 into 200 lol. I make it 630 but in hindsight I shoulda gone bigger. Folds round to the whale who's chip stack is made up of almost all whites. He counts it out like 4 times and eventually jams it in. I snap call and snap show. He goes "oh ****!" and turns over KcKx. Turn is the 4 of clubs. I frantically look at his hand, and then the board, and then back at his hand, and then I look up at my roommate who briefly catches my eye. $5,000 pot resting on whether or not this guy catches a club or a king OTR.
