The ignition withdrawal screenshot you posted is only the request for withdrawal but not evidence that it was actually approved/processed like in the email they send - “your withdrawal request has been processed”

It’s been hypothesized that +rep successfully reported you for collusion/multi-accounting, and that you were unable to withdraw due to being flagged for it after making the request.
