Decent volume last 2 days but still not where I want it to be, still haven't sleep good a single day since the weekend so I hope I can do that tonight and go for some 4k+ hands days the rest of the week

Haven't ran worse than today, lost almost 7 bi and 5 allin adjusted while my redline kept going straight down. Wanted to play 5k hands today but don't think it's a good idea to keep playing while running this bad, obviously I'm also not playing my A game. Will review most losing hands now, don't think I made too many mistakes and was just running bad like I did when I played at 5 and 10nl but my redline just can't keep going down this hard even when I get destroyed by card distribution

I've got to say my mental game in general is pretty good as I've played SNGs professionally for a couple years but in cash games I sometimes get annoyed pretty fast and then just quit for a couple hours/the day, closest I've gone to tilting is making a bad play for max 1 buyin before I quit. I guess this will improve with more cash game experience and also when I'm more confident about my game

Winning day feels good, decided that I'll just slowly complete the $400 rakeback bonus and focus this week more on studying, will probably buy 1 month of GTOWizard to help me do that. Will go back to my old volume after that and try to still be able to get 4k+ hands on days where I don't run good

Day started really good then lost back a bit, still nice to win 2 days in a row, very low volume though but just slowly grinding the $400 bonus this week and will probably buy the 1 month GTOWizard sub tomorrow

Thanks! Probably won't move up until august unless it goes very well, I want to have a pretty safe bankroll for 100nl as I might start to go back to playing poker fulltime there around september, we'll see how things go

Breakevenish since last update on super low volume, almost done with the $400 bonus but last months volume was terrible, feels a tiny bit useless to grind without rakeback but ofcourse should still be profitable even though I'm still down at 50nl, I'll 100% go for $800 rakeback on the next challenge
