Former Pro, Rekt by Ecommerce - Now Pro Again

Backstory
Hi, I am Fred from Singapore. I am a former pro 2014-2016 in Macau playing 25/50 to 200/400 HKD. I got crushed in the China peak holidays "National Day Golden Week" losing almost all the hands that were flipping or ahead then I was presented with the opportunity of Ecommerce but did not succeed after a year of trying in 2017. So here I am becoming a pro again! Mainly playing china apps!

Why BIGYESlittleno?
Naturally an introvert but I love new experiences! SAYYES will lead to new experience but SAYNO will lead you being comfortable and routine
SAYYES to ecommerce: did not succeed but did improve me as a person for business mindset
SAYYES to nofap: on 18th day of nofap, had sex twice and it felt so present instead of just wanting to bust a nut
SAYYES to starting a youtube channel: asked by my friend and in the works currently
SAYNO to drinking: still enjoy it occasionally but i get alcohol rash from drinking "asianflush"
Setting Goals
Setting long term goals are kinda pointless since no one really achieve their new year resolution because you get pumped up for a couple months and stopped. So for me i will set only 3 months goal!
Poker
1) Play 120hours for the next 3months
2) Achieve a 215k Profit for the next 3 months
Fitness
1) Lose 5kg over the next 3 months: 74kg currently
2) do intermittent fasting 2 times a week
3) go to gym 3 times a week
Youtube
1) have my channel up by end of june
2) grind for 3 months before setting a vision
