Some hands from today's session on Pppoker:
Raised pre, bet flop, turn and checked river.
1 outered for basically my whole stack. Bet large on flop, bet small on turn, called c/r and then called pot sized bet on river. I've had a veritable cornucopia of these occur within the past month.
A cooler goes my way. Session ended kind of flat, but I sunrunned for a bit which made for a positive day. I iso'd a limper, villain was in the blinds and leads out on the flop. I flat call with the nuts, turn villain bets large and I hit my redraw and set him all in.
I've been playing for about 1-2 months of 5 card PLO and I enjoy the action. I'm finally getting into a rhythm with preflop and postflop play after having played 4 card PLO for awhile. I've toned down my aggression pre and am betting less merged on the flop.
Also, I have noticed that playing earlier in the morning instead of sleeping into the early afternoon and playing after dark has improved my mental focus. I will continue to go to sleep around 11pm-12am and then wake up at 7am and start the grind after some coffee, reading discord, browsing 2+2, and watching about an hour of PLO videos.
