When I say bench day I mean the workout day that includes bench (squat, bench, bentover rows) Prefer that day cause I'm not killing myself on shoulders lul

Won't be changing it up until at least November

You have shoulder issues/pain or just weakness?

If its weakness - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Vprklw8cu8

I'm a big fan of overhead press as a core lift (along with bench, squat, deadlift) and doing that once per week, maybe twice if you really want to push it.

Also, if you arn't eating a ton of good carbs, start doing that and you should see your strength instantly improve. Carb starved = no strength

No pain. Left shoulder has flexibility issues, probably some sort of weakness around the rear-delts scapular area, trying to work on it!

Main problem with shoulders is I'm feeling no growth/improvement there. Been stuck on 35kg for the past 2 sessions due to failing reps on 5x5 and I think I have to deload if I fail the 3rd time.

35kg overhead as a 60kg noob isn't a bad place to hit the first little setback.

If you haven't lifted much previously you'll have some gains to make in core strength, shoulders, lower back etc before you can lift heavy in the big lifts relative to BW with good form. It's just how it is and all you can do is eat and sleep as well as possible and then put a disciplined effort in when the calendar says so. Deloads aren't bad, focus on form and enjoy the lighter lift and come back stronger for PR time.

Keep it fun to facilitate easy consistency and you'll surprise yourself in the mid term.

True, I was pretty ****** tired when I went a couple days ago and that could have been why. I'll keep that in mind for my next shoulder workout!

So I took this advice. Ate some extra carbs today before gym and busted out that troublesome 35kg shoulder press like it was nothing (lul because it is nothing)!

Weights to be used in my next session:

Squats 70kg
Bench 45kg
Shoulder press 37.5kg
Bent over Rows 55kg
Deadlift 90kg

Feeling much happier now

Also I played a bit more yesterday and it became a slightly bigger day

Do you think c/calling with top set on river might be better then jamming considering all

high straight draws and lower openenders missed ?Btw your opponent`s c/back with full wrap on r board looks bad imo.

Is sqz from the bb with decent but not great KKss something you would do often?

I dunno about PLO but usually in hold em when you have a hand that's a bit too thin as a jam it's usually much better as a check call given villain should probably turn some pair + straight blockers or 2 pairs + straight blocker into a bluff I'd assume

I'm a noob at PLO though don't take my word for it

I'm not sure, I think my hand has merits for both betting and x/c but I'm leaning towards a x/c.
About betting 2p otr vs a check, solver might do so, but I think population definitely doesn't and underbluffs here.

maybe I should stick to hold em
