Did manage to get my ass to the gym though.
Lowered all my weights across the board by 3 sessions worth [so 7.5kg for most exercises and 15kg for deadlift]. Finding that I'm getting a bit of pain in the upper thigh region whilst squatting so I'm trying to figure out why as well as making sure the movement is performed properly.
No surprise, but finding these weights a *lot* easier this time around than the first time!
