If you can beat 100z, pretty sure 100bi is fine for 200z to just play indefinitely
If you're a winner at 200z, just take $5k and shot 500z with that imo. Move back down if you lose and grind it back up

I mean you can do it the long way and build up a 50k roll before shotting 500z but I feel like if you're good enough to beat 200z consistently, you can beat the softest 500z pools and should defo shot way before 100bi
And don't get me wrong, I get soulcrushed every other day

So February went pretty well. For this month, after my trip to LA, I'd decided to play a bit higher and shot-take some bigger games, which have gone well. Also achieved a "lifetime goal" which is to become a winning player at 500z.

1st Jan 2017 till now (have played a million hands of PLO since then ). Pretty sick that I'm barely in the black after a 40k month at that stake heh. Let's hope it can keep going up!

Not calling it a month yet since I'll no doubt have a lot of downtime over the next couple days but will spend a bit of time studying. Hopefully we can work on this GTO thing a bit more

For me, personally, pretty difficult in two different ways.
I kind of brute-forced my way into it, so there's a lot of huge mistakes during my learning curve. I think nowadays with solvers, there's a more clear cut path to learning how to play.
The other difficult way was just trying to ride out the downer. I don't think I'd ever been as upset playing poker before I played PLO, sometimes it's just so demoralising that you don't want to go back to it. At some point I remember wanting to self-harm and felt constantly down because of the great game (and I've had 6fig downers in NLHE before)...
Of course, I don't think I'd ever been as happy playing poker (bar super early days of NLHE) before PLO either. So take from that what you will
